Organisasi yang berhasil menerapkan Total Quality Management (TQM) mampu meningkatkan persepsi kualitas dimata pelanggan dan sekaligus menurunkan biaya yang terjadi dalam organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Total Quality Management pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Evaluasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan 10 (sepuluh) unsur utama Total Quality Management menunjukkan bahwa unsur yaitu obsesi terhadap kualitas, pendekatan ilmiah, komitmen jangka panjang, kerjasama tim, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kebebasan yang terkendali, kesatuan tujuan, keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan telah diterapkan dengan baik oleh perusahaan. Honandar","doi":"10.35794/emba.v11i3.49709","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35794/emba.v11i3.49709","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to measure how much influence student learning motivation has on the online learning process throughout 2020.The objects of this research are students of the accounting study program, Faculty of Economics, who are still actively participating in learning online during the pandemic with a total sample of 171 students selected by simple random sampling. Based on this amount that have 26% from first semester, 22.2% of third semester, 24% of fifth semester and 26.9% seventh semester. The collected data is processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis assisted by SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. As for the interpretation of the data, namely the outer model test, inner model, and hypothesis testing, the research was carried out referring to Hair, et al. (2014) and Garson (2016) in Risa (2021).The results of this study indicate that students' learning motivation towards online learning has a positive and significant effect with the results of calculations using the assisted SEM-PLS method. SmartPLS software version 3.3.3 shows that the influence of motivation (X1) on online learning (Y1) is positive (0.801) and the significance is P Value < 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and the t statistic value is 13,372 (13,372 > 1.96) (z value -score normal at = 0.05). According to Hair et al. (2014) in Risa (2021), the t-statistic value > normal z-score value indicates a significant effect. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan Iklan berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan konsumen, Perhatian konsumen berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembeli, iklan dan perhatian konsumen berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembeli. Analisis uji R Square pada penelitian ini diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,497. It emphasizes the importance of creating an environment conducive to entrepreneurial pursuits and outlines potential solutions after graduations. This study aims to examine the effect of Students Who Live with their Parents and Students Who Live Separately with their Parents on Entrepreneurial Intention through Entrepreneurial Characteristics as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 100 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Sam Ratulangi Manado, in several study program from the Management, Accounting, and Development Economics. The sampling technique used in this study was Purposive Sampling while the data analysis used in this study was Path Analysis. The classic assumption test used in this study is the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Faktor Hygiene, Motivator, dan Keterlibatan Kerja serta Hubungannya terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Manado Quality Hotel secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dan Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, dimana populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Manado Quality Hotel berjumlah 62 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik sampling Jenuh. Artinya bahwa sampel yang diambil adalah semua populasi yang ada pada Manado Quality Hotel. Dari hasil uji secara parsial, diperoleh Faktor Motivator dan Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Manado Quality Hotel, sedangkan Faktor Hygiene berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Manado Quality Hotel. Turnover intention merupakan masalah internal yang sering terjadi di perusahaan yang menghambat proses kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja, Job Insecurity dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan CV. Kombos Manado baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 46 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan pengambilan data menggunakan angket kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keterikatan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Insecurity dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
