Qualitative with a literature approach is the method of choice in this article. This study conveys the concept of religious moderation in Islam as an effort to direct Muslims to be the best with indicators of noble character, helping each other, respecting the views of others, spreading goodness and justice, having noble character, not blaspheming and demeaning each other, not blaming each other, and not feeling most correct. Then, the values of religious moderation are found in Q.S al-Baqarah verse 143: 1) Tawassuth is an attitude that is not extreme, practising religious teachings without reducing or exaggerating, and not taking sides or leaning towards one group; 2) Tawazun is an effort to balance life for the world and the hereafter; 3) I'tidal can be interpreted as an effort to be a just human being in various matters for peace and not taking sides with anyone.","PeriodicalId":323020,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Syi'ar","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123309223","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses qualitative based on primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation analysis. The study results found that internal control for Productive Zakat at the Indonesian Zakat Initiative Bengkulu Branch begins with tidying up the data and distributing the data to each member in the related field. Each member gets a regular schedule. Part of this work is done manually and partly using an e-donation application. The best supervisors get awards for achieving work targets and provide sanctions/reprimands for those who do not complete their work targets. Finally, this study recommends further discussing effective zakat control in Indonesian zakat initiatives.","PeriodicalId":323020,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Syi'ar","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131030496","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While placing anger at the right time is called i'tidal / balanced. The main problem of this research, how is anger in Islam and its relevance to mental health? This research uses a type of library research (library research) with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that feeling annoyed and angry is a human thing to happen. One of the things that are affected when holding anger is a disturbance to one's mental health. Mental health can be disrupted because you always hold on to frustration, hurt, to disappointment. Indeed, anger that arises can be turned into something harmful or beneficial. Anger triggers the body to decide to defend or fight. These emotions trigger responses, such as fear, excitement, to anxiety. The body will be filled with hormones that cause stress, such as adrenaline and cortisol. Frequent temper tantrums will harm your heart health. Anger can trigger physiological changes that affect the blood, temporarily increasing the risk of a heart attack or related problems. Thoughts and emotions can affect health. Emotions that are free and can be expressed naturally will not affect health. However, depressed emotions (especially fear or negative feelings) can drain mental energy, negatively impacting the body and causing health problems.","PeriodicalId":323020,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Syi'ar","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114738029","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data was collected from various journals, books, and research results published online. Data analysis techniques use flowing techniques (data reduction, data display, and drawing research conclusions). The nature of data analysis carried out in the study is descriptive-analytical by making descriptions and analyzing all library data that has been obtained. This study concludes that the Da’wah Tarbiyah of KAMMI has a romantic relationship with Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) and the Muslim Brotherhood. The typology of the Da’wah Tarbiyah is conservative, accommodating, and reformist, carrying out the vision of uniting the state with Islam. KAMMI built Da’wah Tarbiyah by conducting political communication with the PKS as the house of the movement. This organization makes public opinion so that the Muslim community accepts Da’wah Tarbiyah. This extra-campus organization fights political communication and public opinion by integrating da’wah and politics so that Islam can become a formal ideology in building the country.","PeriodicalId":323020,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Syi'ar","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115478006","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Syabibi","doi":"10.29300/syr.v22i1.7187","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29300/syr.v22i1.7187","url":null,"abstract":"This study discusses prophetic leadership models and how to facilitate them in the public bureaucracy. Prophetic leadership is the ability possessed by leaders to influence subordinates following Islamic demands (leading to the pattern of the leadership of Rasulullah PBUH). Systematically we work. Starting with searching for sources of reading (al-Qur'an, hadith, journals, and books), then reading interactive, making reading tables, and reducing the essence of reading before being transferred to the worksheet. This study found that leadership can be explained through extrinsic and intrinsic motivation theories. Prophetic leadership belongs to innate leadership because it uses spirituality as the basis of value. In Islam, prophetic leadership not only stems from intrinsic or ethical motivation but also combines divine-world motivation (Hashanah) and Akhirah. Then it is known that the triggers of prophetic leadership can result from imitating the Prophet Muhammad and social experience. The process of its formation took place for a long time, so it is concluded that prophetic leadership can be applied in the public bureaucracy if the state civil apparatus of the country has religious maturity. Efforts to realize prophetic leadership can begin by analyzing the level of religious maturity. Bringing spiritual nuances within the organization is considered to be sufficient to facilitate the ASN of a mature country. We are just at the analytical stage and predict its application opportunities. The next researcher needs to raise the best practice case from this model and formulate a measuring tool to assess the successful application of prophetic leadership in the public bureaucracy.","PeriodicalId":323020,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Syi'ar","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126142757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. The theoretical basis uses narrative theory. Then the result is obtained. First, Emha Ainun Najib is a literary figure, more inclined to Sufism using Sufism literature when communicating with the congregation. Second, Emha Ainun Najib is a Sufi poet who is not much different from Sufi poets such as Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah, Ibn Arabi, Al-Hallaj, and Rumi. However, they are already included in the category of a Sufi, while Emha is still not at that stage. Third, Emha Ainun Najib, during his lecture, conveyed his religious experience through literature: form of Sufistic poetry, without letting go of the pure nature of God, who is One, transcendent, and immanent. Fourth, Emha Ainun Najib is a character or lecturer who can demonstrate coherence in conveying his messages of Sufistic value to the Ma'iyah congregation of love celebrations and Emha when conveying his ideas, and thoughts through the Sinau Together approach (lectures & joint discussions). In addition, through the CakNun.com youtube media, books and poetry.","PeriodicalId":323020,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Syi'ar","volume":"2007 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114203346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
