The data is stored in the form of an excel file with a large amount of data, causing problems in the storage system such as data accumulation, data loss, no data analysis and delays in the reporting process. The process of data storage and data retrieval will be well integrated by building a data Warehouse at the Regional Library of South Sumatra Province. Data Warehouse is a system that contains several years of history and facilitates decision making. At the data Warehouse design stage using the Nine-Step method (Kimball, 2002), in this method there are nine steps in designing a data Warehouse, namely Process Selection, Grain Selection, Identification of dimensional adjustments, Fact Selection, Storage of initial calculations in the fact table, Reviewing the dimension table, selecting the database duration, tracking dimension changes, and prioritizing, querying the model and selecting the physical design. This study discusses the application of data mining in predicting the production of NPK Fertilizer Formula 15-15-15 PSO at PT.Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. In its application, this research uses the multiple Linear Regression Algorithm by utilizing production history data for the 2019-2020 period. Increasingly sophisticated technology makes it easier for everyone to get the information they want so that thanks to the sophistication of information technology with the help of the internet, online media is increasingly easier to access, making online media one of the alternative media for public information that is effective in meeting the needs of human interaction. The largest social networks include Facebook and Twitter. The objective of this research is to measure how much the community responds as Prabumulih's follower in receiving the information provided through social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram). E-government can be interpreted in various ways because basically e-government can manifest itself in various forms and scope. The factors that influence the role of social media use in Prabumulih City Government are Technology Capacity, Interaction and Social media variables. In getting respondents, the writer used a questionnaire so that 200 respondents were obtained. The data from the questionnaire was managed using the SPSS program with the AMOS analysis model. From the Estimate value obtained from each variable is as follows, Technology Capacity has an estimate value of 0.863, Interaction has an estimate value of 1.06, and Social media variables have an estimate value of 0.857. Muhammadiyah Rs Palembang is one of the health service institutions that organizes complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. The development of a chatbot information system at Rs Muhammadiyah Palembang was carried out to make it easier for patients to find out about Rs. Service information such as the number of available patient rooms. The process of developing the chatbot information system uses the Unified Process (UP) method. With the availability of faster information, it is hoped that it will make it easier for patients to find out about services at Muahmmadiyah Hospital Palembang. \u0000Teknologi komunikasi kini telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat dan semakin canggih. Dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis web , sekarang tidak hanya dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk berbicara jarak jauh dan mengirim pesan singkat. Dengan adanya sistem informasi web ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengakses internet lebih cepat dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi yang selalu update. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat belakangan ini telah memasuki hampir semua bidang kehidupan, hal ini ditandai dengan banyaknya pengguna komputer, baik untuk kepentingan perusahaan atau bisnis sampai kepada hal-hal yang bersifat hiburan, pendidikan dan kesehata. Rs Muhammadiyah palembang adalah salah satu institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan dan gawat darurat. Pembuatan Sistem informasi chatbot di Rs Muhammadiyah Palembang dilakukan untuk mempermudah pasien mengetahui tentang informasi pelyanan Rs.Seperti Jumlah kamar Pasien yang tersedia. The results of observation and interview done to school operators in some high schools in Palembang show that  there are different factors which determine the effectiveness of the system, for example, the content of information, ease of access and availability of the system which often has not been in accordance with the users’ needs. One approach used to evaluate the effectiveness of the system is the System Utility. The approach by Kendall & Kendall, 2007 (in Martoyo, 2015:638) review the success of the system implementation from six points of view, namely possession, goal, place, form, time and actualization utility. This approach is included in the category of system effectiveness evaluation viewed from the user's expectations. The results of this study demonstrate that of the aspect of variable utility and value of the Dapodikmen system is 4, 2636. This study aims to produce a multimedia-based learning media at AMIK AKMI Baturaja which can be a driving force for student learning achievement. In this study using a research method of literature study, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The media development method uses MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which consists of six stages, namely concept (needs analysis), design (design), material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. . The result of this research is a multimedia-based learning system presented in the form of e-learning.
