The aims of the research to determine the effect of probiotics and organic acids from (Hymanachine acutigulma) silage to the percentage of small intestine weights and ceace. This research was held on two months at the experimental fary Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. Data analyzed in description by 6 treatments and 4 replications. There is 3 Pegagan duck as a variable unit: P0 (control), P1 (diet + organic acid), P2 (diet + probiotic), P3 (diet + tetracycline), P4 ((diet + organic acids + probiotics)), P5 ((diet + organic acid + probiotic + tetracycline)). The observed variables were small intestine weight, duodenum weight, jejenum weight, ileum weight and ceace weight. The results of this research indicate that the effect of probiotic and organic acid from (Hymanachine acutigulma) silage can increase the weight of the small intestine, duodenum, jejenum, ileum, ceace and total bacteria acid lactat. The conclusion of this research is the provision of probiotics and organic acids from (Hymanachine acutigulma) silage can icrease the weight of the small intenstine, duodenum, jejenum, ileum, ceace and total bacteria acid lactat","PeriodicalId":322148,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd Sriwijaya International Conference on Environmental Issues, SRICOENV 2022, October 5th, 2022, Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127036752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Waste is widely used in road construction, including the use of waste materials or natural materials. Crumb rubber is a waste product that comes from unused car tires and can pollute the environment if not treated properly. Using scrap tires (crumb rubber) in combination with asphalt is one technique to get around this problem. There is still a lack of information about crumb rubber and solid natural rubber in paving roads. This paper will follow the rubber asphalt research conducted and produce a map to identify research areas that have not been further investigated. According to the search results, much research has been done on the usage of crumb rubber, but little has been done on solid natural rubber. The utilization of a blend of natural rubber and crumb rubber is the suggested study topic that more researchers could pursue.","PeriodicalId":322148,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd Sriwijaya International Conference on Environmental Issues, SRICOENV 2022, October 5th, 2022, Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134025888","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the application of Biofloqua technology (Biofloc-Aquaponic), the addition of swamp bacteria can increase fish growth and affect survival, feeding efficiency and productivity of farmed fish, and also be environmentally friendly. The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using Biofloc technology and floating aquaponics in increasing striped snakehead fish culture productivity using swamp probiotics. This study used a completely randomized design with three replicates and two treatments for rearing snakeheads using a floating aquaponics of water spinach system with Biofloc and a system with Biofloc only. Striped snakehead fish were kept in a pond with a density of 100 fish m-3 and molasses were added every week. The results of this study show that the aquaponic Biofloc system with probiotics from swamp can maintain the water quality of the rearing medium, increase the efficiency of fish feed, fish growth and survival rate. The integration of Biofloc and aquaponics technology with probiotic swamp starter can be used as an integrated aquaculture system with continuous vegetable production.","PeriodicalId":322148,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd Sriwijaya International Conference on Environmental Issues, SRICOENV 2022, October 5th, 2022, Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128823705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
