In this research, we therefore propose the conceptual framework for cost-effective traceability system based on federated clouds. The basic structure of traceability system comprises the centralized and internal traceability systems which conform to EPCglobal Network including, Electronic Product Code Discovery Service (EPCDS) and Electronic Product Code Information Service (EPCIS). The Tricircle OpenStack API is adopted to control and manage the traceability systems which are deployed in the different public cloud providers. In addition, the cost model of federated hybrid cloud (COMBSPO) is applied to the conceptual framework to discover the lowest cost solution for implementing the traceability systems in the various public clouds providers. As an example, it can be applied in order to track and trace the almost exact position of a thief or burglar within a specific territory in nearly real time. The main purpose of this study is to develop a GPS-based navigation system integrated with a POI (point-of-interest) database of locations and places in Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, which are collected from a mapping system. To do this, a network application for smartphones was initially developed running on Web browsers and Android OS - by using PHP, AJAX, JAVA and JavaScript - in such a way to better indicate and trace the current location and information of the searched place as well as the possible relevant paths and routes. Accordingly, the data collected via MySQL is used to better search and trace positions and distances of routes derived from GPS technology and by means of Google Maps functions, enabling users to search for the current location, destination and the best possible traces to reach to the destination. The results of this development indicated that the developed navigator system could significantly increase the scope and accuracy of the searched places, resulting destinations and possible traces and paths. Applying a Petri-net based repair model techniques enabled the administrators of the hospital to improve and benchmark the overall workflow of tasks from both administrative and client/customer points of view. Cause some small step process. Accordingly, by following the proposed approach, the quality of the offered service was significantly increased and boosted leading to the higher extent of customer/patient satisfaction, retention and loyalty toward the treatment process service. In addition, the developed system enabled the administrators and managers of the different hospital (treatment and healthcare) wards to better monitor, evaluate and asses the performance of the staff. Comparing the original/master model with real/authenticate data (event logs) eventually enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the offered service within the less duration of the treatment time. However, in authentic classrooms, instructors have limited time and inadequate resources to monitor and investigate all group activities of students with respect to the whole knowledge creation process. This paper is divided into two main parts. Firstly, we designed implemented and evaluated novel technical infrastructure that can automatically and unobtrusively capture, collect and format the students' individual and collaborative activities in terms of datasets. Secondly, we conducted an empirical research to analyze these data with data mining and process mining techniques. LPR is based on image processing technology. This paper presents an image processing method for localizing and recognizing a Myanmar license plate. The localization of license plate is performed based on Euler number and license plate aspect ratio. The character recognition is implemented based on partially cut character structure of the number plate. The proposed method shows a reliable performance by detecting even skewed plates without skewness correction. The comparison results depicted whether or not the defined workflow is consistent with the actual one recorded in the log files. Thus, the performance was evaluated based the token (or state) behavior, e.g., missing tokens, remaining tokens, left-over tokens and error tokens, in each of the processing steps. This paper introduces main ICT systems in energy sector, gives a short overview to the key trends in energy sector today and studies how ongoing changes affect to energy supply chain especially from electricity supply chain perspective.
