How - ever, in all published works to date, there has been no report of a layer of silicon carbide formed between the diamond film and the silicon substrate. The presence of a layer (15R-SiС) 1-x (C diamond ) x in the structure was revealed in the studies of structures with a diamond film obtained by us on silicon substrates by chemical vapor deposition. Diamond films were obtained on single-crystal silicon substrates with (111) orientation and n-type conductivity by the well-known CVD technology in a hydrogen-methanol (CH 3 OH) mixture with the addition of a certain amount (know-how) of ammonia (NH 3 ). The diamond films consisted of small single crystals 3–5 µm in size, closely interlocked and constituting a continuous film. When studying the current-voltage characteristics of structures created on the basis of the obtained diamond films, a blue-white glow with a blue-violet tint was observed, which is explained by the mixing of blue-violet photons with photons re-emitted in the diamond film.","PeriodicalId":321102,"journal":{"name":"Physical Sciences and Technology","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134292719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method describes the simultaneous distribution of lithium ions on surfaces of cylindrical silicon crystals, which speeds up the process of obtaining the required detector structure. Here in this work, we aimed to identify the most optimal regimes of the electric field applied in the process of bilateral ion drift, as well as to investigate the effect of the thermal factors to create a drift of lithium ions. We can estimate these optimal regimes of voltage and temperature by making theoretical assumptions based on the numerical method for solving the Poisson continuity equation, the calculations of Pell and Louber. At the same time, simplifications were made to neglect the internal interaction of particles. The paper shows the results of modeling the process of bilateral drift under the influence of a stepwise increase in temperature and reverse voltage. This bilateral drift procedure facilitates the fabrication of silicon-lithium nuclear radiation detectors with large diameters and sensitive areas.","PeriodicalId":321102,"journal":{"name":"Physical Sciences and Technology","volume":"81A 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121165800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, under certain conditions, this is not the case. In the article, as a result of comparing experimental and calculated kerrograms, it is shown that during electro-optical measurements in nitrobenzene using the Kerr effect, a strong electric field and absorption of radiation from a probing laser affect the properties of the medium under study. An estimate of such influence on the value of the Kerr constant is made. It is found that in the tip-plane system when using a ruby laser, the Kerr constant near the tip changes. The established dependence of the Kerr constant on the distance to the tip made it possible to obtain a calculated kerrogram that coincides with the experimental one. Thus, it is shown that the measuring instruments can influence the results obtained, that is, under certain conditions, the electro-optical research method is invasive. This fact should be taken into account when processing experimental kerrograms.","PeriodicalId":321102,"journal":{"name":"Physical Sciences and Technology","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121076403","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The expected effect in this case is to increase the contrast of images of noctilucent clouds fields and other extended objects, as well as the registration of new types of meteor phenomena. The implementation of the task involves the use of receivers that are available at the CAR of the NKU, including digital cameras, an optical image amplifier and infrared light filters. As a result of testing the devices, the CANON 2000 model with CANONZOOMLENSEF-S 10-22 lens was recognized as the most promising digital camera, which has the largest field of view with good image quality. This camera has been successfully used for optical registration of noctilucent clouds and meteors. Its application for observations in the infrared range was achieved by using a light filter 093 = RG830. Experiments conducted to obtain daytime images of tropospheric clouds and images of noctilucent clouds have yielded positive results. In addition, experiments were carried out to obtain infrared images of cloud fields by using the NPM-8 KM complex (electronic brightness amplifier) + CANON 600D (digital camera), which can also be considered successful within the framework of the task being implemented. In the work, a computer model of a universal cryo surface with automatic maintenance of a given temperature in the range from 80 K to 300 K was created, which is intended for efficient production, taking into account all possible wishes of the system user and solving a wide range of problems. In the course of the study, working drawings of the cryo surface were obtained, a computer model of a universal cryo plate was developed, and thermophysical processes in it were studied. Based on the created mesh of the model and the results of the consumption of the working cryo-liquid, the optimal temperature values of the cryo surface were determined.
