The purpose of this research is to analyze how companies implement Knowledge Management (KM) based on the four KM lifecycles by Bukowitz and Williams The data comes from any scientific paper about the implementation of KM in companies in Southeast Asia from 2016 until 2022. This research utilized Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PICOC methodology. This systematic literature review observes and identifies the KM implementation through the KM lifecycle. KM lifecycle consists of four cycles: get, use, learn, and contribute. The get stage consists of three main modes of implementation: company ways of seeking information to decide, company ways of seeking information to solve a problem, and company ways of seeking information to innovate. The use stage consists of two main modes of implementation: company ways of combining information in new/different ways and company ways of combining information in exciting practices. The learning stage consists of one primary mode of implementation: company ways of learning from experiences to create a competitive gain. The contribute stage consists of one primary mode of implementation: employee ways of dispatching their knowledge to the communal knowledge base. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000

Along with the development of CBT research, it is necessary to map and trace references related to CBT so that it becomes a reference in research. To that end, using bibliometric analysis by analyzing 334 articles, the study aimed to answer the question; Who is the most influential author in the CBT study? What are the most cited references in studies on CBT? In the Scopus database, what are the most cited journals? Specifically, the study used co-citation analysis to map important references, as well as journals that have a broad influence on CBT topics. Data visualization in this study used VOSViewers as well as content analysis of several related documents. The results of the study showed that the most widely used reference in publications related to CBT is D. J. Timothy's book. The study also emphasizes that Timothy is the most popular author in the discourse on CBT. In addition, in CBT publications, the most influential journal is Tourism Management. This study has implications for researchers who want to conduct studies on CBT in determining references and determining destination journals. \u0000

In the free management of a library, an institutional repository is an essential aspect because, with it, graduates can publish their writings to the public. However, the number of graduates and repository data from various universities differ. It requires integration, automation, and graduation registration systems, so everything is interrelated. As a result, everything is interconnected and cannot proceed if the first stage is not completed. So it is necessary to create an online library free submission system that can combine these three systems. Digital technology development is a task that needs to be accelerated right away. This article attempts to discuss the findings of studies on how archivists work from home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia led to developing soft interpretative skills. A case study approach was employed in this descriptive qualitative research. Questionnaires and interviews were used as the primary data-collecting methods for samples from the local government, the business sector, and ANRI. The findings demonstrated that the perception of soft skills has evolved into an implicative function rather than a meaning-based one. Based on the study's findings, it was determined that soft skills provide an essential and crucial purpose, precisely the demand for digital literacy. It was also determined that the implementation of WFH during the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated the use of digital literacy abilities. \u0000

This study uses a survey method to foster the level of relevance of the LIS curriculum with the work competency of the LIS graduates. Seventy-six graduates participated in this survey to map the level of relevance of the 30 major courses of the LIS curriculum with their work competency. The result of this study shows that Computer Applications and Internet (92.3%), and cataloging for a monograph (91.5%) have a very high level of relevance with the work competency of the graduate. It indicates that the teaching materials on information organization and ICT use in the library should comprehensively and deeply be presented in LIS courses to strengthen such competencies. Similarly, Library Internship (91.3%), a course required to enhance any work competency of a LIS graduate, is very relevant to the work competency of the graduate. This means that the majority of LIS courses should involve a significant amount of the practical component. Bibliometric and Secondary Literature only show 47.8% and 50.5% of relevance for the two themes, respectively. The teaching materials for Bibliometric and Secondary Literature should not be described in as much length as other courses within the LIS curriculum because of the neutral degree of relevance of these two courses. \u0000
