This paper mainly analyzes the linear speed control of the winding system based on fuzzy PI where the winding tension of the system is considered as a load disturbance. Based on the actual system, the mathematical model of the winding system is built in Matlab/Simulink. The fuzzy PI control method is applied to improve the transient and steady states of linear speed control in trip winding system. And the fuzzy controller adopted into the fuzzy PI controller has been designed in detail. In simulation, the control effects of the conventional PI controller and the fuzzy PI controller are compared under the same conditions. The simulated results have shown that fuzzy PI control has better control performance than the conventional PI control. In this paper, we introduce a novel method for processing reverse skyline queries over arbitrary spatial objects. The proposed method also processes reverse skyline queries efficiently because it reduces the number of disk accesses by pruning unnecessary traverses of nodes. Since arbitrary spatial objects may have overlaps with each other differently from point dataset, the proposed method allows users to choose a precedence among overlapped objects, which is useful for various applications such as decision support systems and data mining systems. Toimprove the network transmission capacity,it allows nodes to encode the transmitting messages.Some researches show that the network coding theory makes the node reach the maximal network traffic introduced by max flow min cut theory.Our paper uses network coding theory to optimize the performance of P2P network resource sharing.Lastly,we implement a P2P content sharing system based on network coding and design simulations to evaluate its performance. First, the fuzzy equivalent matrix is achieved by fuzzier the standard uniform data sets; then, the objective function of the improved automatic FCM clustering algorithm is optimized by the amendment of membership function and distance measuring function; The Lagrange multiplier optimization algorithm is calculated to update iteration of membership degree and clustering center. Finally, the automatic clustering is obtained by the degree of cohesion and separation. The traffic flow data of an extra long highway tunnel in Shaanxi is taken as an actual example to apply the improved automatic FCM clustering algorithm.
