It will be a challenge to design a resource allocation method meeting various QoS requirements and effectively using substrate resources. In this paper, a cost-and-QoS-based resource allocation mechanism is proposed to solve wireless resource slicing problem in access network. It virtualizes substrate wireless resources and builds a combined and non-convex optimization model, then uses simulated annealing optimization algorithm (SAOA) to complete allocation of virtual wireless resources. Conventional counting methods are mostly based on the utilization of the segmentation masks as the prior information for estimating the number of the cells in the image. We propose in this work a novel cell counting scheme that uses the features provided by a deep convolutional autoencoder (DCAE) as the inputs of a shallow regressor network, instead of using the segmentation masks. First, the cellular image is given to the DCAE whose task is to reconstruct the original input image with an encodingdecoding scheme. The latent representations located in the middle of the DCAE are extracted and used as the final feature representation of the images. The second step consists of using these features as the inputs of a neural network based regressor whose outputs will represent the number of the cells in the image. Contrary to the general network model, the tandem network model exists a link between the adjacent nodes. To repair one failed node over the two network models, it might cost a small price over the tandem network model compared to the general network model. The paper concluded that the optimal repair cost in the tandem network is obtained no matter where the position of the failed node is. Meanwhile, the minimum repair cost was obtained over the tandem network and the general network model. Generally, various image processing techniques are used to enhance the quality of images before the segmentation step. Therefore, the segmentation of blood cells is still a challenge. However, in this research, deep learning semantic segmentation - cutting-edge technology is applied for segmentation red blood cells and white blood cells in blood smear images. The experiment result shows that the global accuracy of our model yielded 89.45%. Firstly, a new imaging system architecture for the application is proposed in this manuscript then a theoretical analysis is discussed to minimize the factors causing nonlinearity in CIS. Secondly, a simulation for the proposed design is presented to give the performance analysis. The CMOS image sensor comprises a pixel array of size 200x200, which is designed in TSMC 0.18um 1-poly 6metal standard CMOS process technology with a pixel size of 15um and a fill factor of 60%. Combinational logic with the vertical and horizontal scanning DFF chains have been designed to produce input global control signals and read the output signals generated by each pixel respectively. The simulation results depict the right output signals for each pixel within the respective row and column with the changing input signal. In this paper, the factors affecting the main parameters of circularly polarized wave, that is, the axial ratio, are analyzed. The relationship between the relative distance of two H shaped apertures and the axial ratio bandwidth is analyzed. However, the RF fingerprint emitted from wireless device could be seriously distorted due to the channel propagation. Therefore, the characteristics of the wireless channel will affect the identification of radio frequency fingerprint. In this paper, we investigate the impact of channel propagation on RF fingerprint via both simulation and practical experiment. Four RF fingerprint features, including frequency offset, I/Q offset, constellation trace figure offset and transient on/off signal point, are evaluated under different channel conditions. We set up experimental environment with 12 ZigBee devices and one USRP receiver.
