In this paper, a delayed feedback chaotic encryption algorithm based on polar codes is proposed. In order to protect encoding information, we make uses of wireless channels to extract binary keys. The extracted binary keys will be used as the initial value of chaotic system to produce chaotic sequences. Besides, we use the chain effects of delayed feedback, which increase the difficulty of cryptanalysis. This networking model would be useful for ISP (Internet Service Provider) networks in order to control their own networks via the controller. Unfortunately, it is difficult to fully implement SDN in ISP networking due to financial and operational constraints. In this article, we will identify the various migration challenges for hybrid SDN in ISP networks, and investigate on the network planning tools currently available in the market that with regards to facilitate the migration process. Respiration rate is one of the basic indicators for long-term detection of physiological health. However, the current research and product reports still have some issues in inaccuracy of estimation, reliability of long-term use and so on. In this work, we introduce a physiological signal acquisition patch with 3axis (gyroscope and accelerometer) sensor. It uses compressive sensing and principal component analysis methods to improve estimation accuracy and to reduce more than 60% of the transmitted data for power consumption considerations. With Euler Angle calculation, the respiration rate can be estimated more accurately than by traditional accelerometers and other sensors. To solve the attitude control problem of the four-rotor UAV, a robust PID control method is proposed. The dynamic model of four-rotor UAV is established by Newton-Euler equation. Then a PID control method is proposed to realize attitude control. Finally, digital redesign method is used to construct and adjust controller parameters. The output response of the whole hybrid system can approximate the output response of the analog system.
