The problem of finding data and delivering information is a problem that we really need to overcome. Along with the development of increasing use of electronic systems in general public services, the e-certificate application for Bina Baca Quran is a Mobile-Based Information System application that functions to make it easier for students to get certificates after graduating in Quran reading development activities. The waterfall method is used to design this application with steps - the study of literature, data collection, analyzing data and analyzing the needs of a system and designing a system. Based on the test results, the application can run smoothly and as expected and there are no errors or bugs in the functional testing process. Malnutrition occurs from the baby in the womb and in the early stages of the baby is born, but the stunting condition only appears after the baby is 2 years old. Identification of stunting is one of the efforts to improve the health status of toddlers, so far the decision to determine toddlers affected by stunting is only based on height and weight so that the decision process becomes ineffective and the possibility of errors in the status of children under five being identified as stunting. In order to help the North Lampung Health Office program, a Decision Support System (DSS) was built for the determination of stunting toddlers. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method used in this system, the advantage of this method lies in its ability to conduct more precise assessment because it is based on the value of criteria and weights of preferences that have been determined, in addition SAW can also select the best alternatives from a number of alternatives that exist due to the ability of leveling or grading process after determining the weight value for each attribute. The criteria used by anthropometric measurements of children affected by stunting are Height by Age (HBA), Weight by Age (WBA) and Weight according to Height (WBH) and Body Mass Index by Age (BMI/A). One of the problems with modern agricultural processes in greenhouses is maintaining stable room temperature and soil moisture conditions. Currently, automatic watering is only carried out with a scheduling system based on certain times, such as morning and evening. Based on observations of two gardens, the condition of some plants looks dry and wilted due to lack of watert. Therefore, it is essential to have a system that calculates soil moisture content and room temperature, which will then provide the results of these calculations to turn on the plant watering device. Fuzzy logic is used to determine the condition of the system that will send a signal to the IoT hardware to carry out the process of watering plants automatically by paying attention to air temperature and soil humidity. This rule is applied to the Smart Farming application, called Tani Cerdas, to manage modern agriculture based on the IoT. Permasalahan yang terjadi kurangnya integritas terhadap institusi dan faktor malas terhadap suatu pekerjaan. Kinerja merupakan totalitas kepuasan Kerja merupakan sikap (positif) tenaga kerja terhadap pekerjaannya, yang timbul berdasarkan penilaian terhadap situasi kerja. Penilaian tersebut dapat dilakukan terhadap salah satu pekerjaannya, penilaian dilakukan sebagai rasa menghargai dalam mencapai salah satu nilai-nilai penting dalam pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menghasilkan keputusan dari evaluasi kinerja dan untuk meningkatkan layanan akademik dalam pembelajaraan kampus merdeka. Metode penelitian menggunakan SMART Quality (Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique). Kriteria penilaian berdasarkan service quality meliputi keandalaan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), kepastian (assurance), empati (empathy) dan tangible. Lokasi dan subyek penelitian dilaksanakan pada Institusi Perguruan Tinggi peneliti di Universitas Muria Kudus, penelitian ini difokuskan pada tenaga kependidikan. Survey dilakukan langsung melalui kuesioner. Responden populasi sebanyak 136 tenaga kependidikan. Hasil akhir diperoleh rata-rata evaluasi kinerja mencapai 60-86% dengan korelasi kinerja terhadap layanan mencapai 76% dengan korelasi 0.928.
