Fruit can be processed with non-conventional techniques by utilizing microwave technology. This study aims to analyze the use of microwaves in fruit extraction. Research methods are qualitative methods with Case Studies. Data collected by data analysis method by reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the greater the temperature, power, and solvent ratio will produce fruit extraction with high levels of pectin. The solvent used is a kind of ethanol. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan galur Pras-1, varietas New Jaliteng, dan 3 kultivar lokal kacang panjang (Vigna sesquipedalis (L) Fruhw.) yang berdaya hasil tinggi di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lahan Peruri, Karawang pada bulan Juni sampai September tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 5 ulangan. Higher selling prices compared to vegetables in general and consumer interest in hydroponic vegetables are opportunities for profit. The purpose of this study was to determine marketing strategies and efforts to increase the competitiveness of hydroponic vegetables. This research is a case study at CV DewaPonik which operates hydroponic vegetables in Bantul Regency. The data analysis method used SWOT matrix analysis. The results showed that the highest value weighting result of 3.92 was in quadrant 1, by developing the Strength – Opportunity (S – O) strategy as the main priority. CV DewaPonik needs to improve the quality of hydroponic vegetable products so that they can compete with other farmers and need to add types of vegetables so that consumers can buy various types of vegetables. Factor II is Long Boiling (L) consisting of four levels, that is: L1 = 5 minute, L2 = 10 minute, L3 = 15 minute, dan L4 = 20 minute. The parameters observed: Carbohydrates, protein, fiber, water activity, organoleptic texture, color, and flavor. The statistical analysis was obtained, that ratio flower banana: wheat flour provided highly significant effect (P<0.01) to carbohydrates, protein, fiber, water activity, and organoleptic texture and had no significant effect (P>0.05) on organoleptic color dan flavor. The long boiling provided a highly significant effect (P<0.01) on protein, water activity, organoleptic texture, and color and had no significant effect (P>0.05) on carbohydrates, fiber, and organoleptic flavor. Tanaman kelapa sawit yang merupakan tanaman tahunan yang berpotensi dalam penyerapan emisi karbon. Penelitian dilakukan di perkebunan kelapa sawit lahan berpirit PT. Mopoli Raya bagian afdeling I Damar Condong. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dengan metode sampling tanpa pemanenan (non-destructive sampling) untuk pengukuran biomassa pohon hidup, pohon mati, dan kayu mati dan metode sampling dengan pemanenan (destructive sampling) untuk pengukuran biomassa tumbuhan bawah dan serasah. Pengamatan pada plot-plot contoh sesuai dengan asal tipe bibit kelapa sawit bersertifikat. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan pada Agustus – September 2020, dengan plot ukuran 20 m x 60 m sebanyak dua kali ulangan pada kelapa sawit kategori dewasa dengan tegakan umur 15-20 tahun dan kategori tua dengan tegakan umur besar dari 20 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2020 – Mei 2020 di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian dan Bisnis UKSW Salaran, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang. Pengujian C-mik tanah dan variabel pendukung (C-organik dan N total tanah) di Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian dan Bisnis UKSW Salatiga. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kentang dan kacang babi ditanam pada bedengan bermulsa dengan rasio 2:1 (P1), kacang babi ditanam pada setiap sela dua bedengan kentang bermulsa (P2), kacang babi ditanam pada setiap sela bedengan kentang bermulsa (P3), tanaman kentang dengan sistem monokultur yang ditanam pada bedengan bermulsa (P4) dan tanaman kacang babi yang ditanam pada satu bedengan persegi empat (P5). Data akan dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan jika menunjukkan signifikansi akan dilanjutkan dengan uji rerata tengah dengan BNJ 5%. Perubahan iklim berdampak pada pertumbuhan output sehingga akan menyebabkan penurunan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan iklim dengan menggunakan indikator suhu, curah hujan, dan kecepatan angin terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi di Pulau Jawa menggunakan data tahunan 2004-2018. Analisis regresi dengan data panel digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan. Provinsi yang dianalisis yaitu Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, DIY, dan Jawa Timur. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa suhu dan curah hujan berpengaruh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi di Pulau Jawa, sedangkan kecepatan angin tidak berpengaruh. The solution is eviromentally friendly control is the use of trap combined with theattractant of lemongrass (Cymbopogon nardus L.). The purpose of this study is to get the dosage oflemongrass oil which is ablest to trap most fruit fly on citrus plants. This research was conducted atDesa Kuok Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar and at Riau University Faculty of AgricultureLaboratory of Plant Pests, from September to November in 2020. The treatment of the givendosage of lemongrass oil was 0,125 ml per trap, 0,250 ml per trap, 0,375 ml per trap, 0,500 ml pertrap, and 0,625 ml per trap. The experiment used a complete randomized design with 5 treatmentsand 4 repetitions. The result showed that the species that attacks the citrus plant is B. carambolae,B. papaye dan B. umbrosa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keragaan agronomi dan kadar gula enam genotipe jagung ungu dan jagung pulut yang berpotensi sebagai pangan fungsional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Penelitian Faklultas Pertanian-Peternakan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Metode penelitian yaitu metode experimental denagn enam genotipe jagung yaitu P1= Jagung ungu, P2= Jagung pulut, P3= Benih berbiji ungu keturunan pertama (F1) hasil persilangan (P1♀xP2♂), P4= Benih berbiji putih keturunan pertama (F1) hasil persilangan (P1♀xP2♂), P5= Benih berbiji putih keturunan pertama (F1) hasil persilangan (P2♀x P1♂), dan P6= Benih berbiji ungu keturunan pertama (F1) hasil persilangan (P2♀x P1♂), diuji menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dan diulang tiga kali. Karakter yang diamati adalah karakter tongkol, karakter biji, dan karakter kadar gula biji. Karakter tongkol pada genotipe P2 [Jagung pulut] secara genetik memiliki karakter yang lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan ke lima genotip lainnya. Karakter biji pada enam genotip beragam diantara karakter yang diteliti. Kadar gula pada biji yang tinggi ditunjukkan oleh genotipe P2 [jagung pulut] dan P6 [F1 hasil persilangan (P2♀x P1♂), sedangkan kadar gula rendah ditunjukkan oleh genotipe P3 [F1 hasil persilangan (P1♀xP2♂)], P4 [F1 hasil persilangan (P1♀xP2♂)], P5 [F1 hasil persilangan (P2♀x P1♂)].
