Andragogy can play a role in education based on cultural values for teaching and learning in the context of teaching as cultural activity and the culture of teaching. This study will explore local wisdom, social systems and andragogy in the lungguh krama neggak system in Sembiran Village, three basic theoretical foundations were analyzed which were correlated with other theories, namely (convergence theory, structural functional theory and behavioristic theory. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and document studies using a research methodology that has been designed. Data were analyzed and processed systematically). descriptive research through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the lungguh krama neggak system is based on the existence of three qualities in Sembiran Village, namely as a authorities Village, Traditional Village which is formed in accordance with state regulations and ancient Balinese traditional villages with the ulu apad system. Sembiran village has a very unique traditional social organization known as it's called ulu apad. Lungguh krama neggak is a system of social stratification of the indigenous people of Sembiran based on the order of marriage of its citizens. The recent condition of the nation which is vulnerable to conflicts in the name of religion is the cause. Indonesia as a country with high diversity both in terms of religion, ethnicity and customs and race is allegedly vulnerable to division. Thus, the moderate path is the only way to ensure Indonesia's unity and unity. Descriptively this work tries to narrate forms of religious life which are full of tolerance, moderation and mutual respect at Kramat Ratu Mas Sakti Temple, Mengwi Badung. The unique thing that happens in this temple is that Hindu and Muslim communities carry out religious activities in the same place and simultaneously. They worship according to their beliefs but are in the same place. This condition makes them look after each other and respect each other. Harmonious life is a priority and a shared need, so they try to work together for it. Ornaments in sacred buildings, especially temples, of course contain very deep philosophical values. In general, the ornaments on temples, especially Pura Dalem will be related to wayang reliefs, reliefs that tell about the final journey of humans and so on. This is different from the ornaments found in the Pura Dalem Segara Madhu. The uniqueness of Pura Dalem Segara Madhu in Jagaraga Village can be seen in the reliefs located on the walls of the temples. Relief depicting the history of Balinese people against Dutch colonialism. There are also reliefs depicting ships being attacked by sea monsters, people driving cars and others. This uniqueness is a tourist attraction for people to visit the temple. The uniqueness of the ornaments owned by Pura Dalem Segara Madhu, Jagaraga Village, becomes an interesting thing to study with regard to the philosophical values contained in it. By using a qualitative descriptive method, this paper examines the philosophy of ornamentation in the Pura Dalem Segara Madhu. The results of the study are that ornament is a work that is produced in addition to relating to the beauty that is captured by the human senses, it is also related to the values of truth and virtue in the teachings of Hinduism. In addition, it can be understood that all the reliefs contained in the Pura Dalem Segara Madhu Jagaraga are related to each other regarding the struggle of the people of Jagaraga Village. This reaffirms that this temple is not only related to the spiritual life of the community, but also relates to the history of the struggle of the community which is the spirit of social life. Seperti salah satunya adalah tradisi tabuh rah. Tradisi ini merupakan bagian dari ritual atau yajna yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Hindu Bali. Dalam tradisi ini sarana yang digunakan adalah dua ekor ayam jago yang diadu. Darah yang keluar dari ayam tersebut akan digunakan sebagai tabuh rah. Namun, pada masa sekarang ritual tabuh rah telah mengalami perubahan makna menjadi tajen. Perubahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor dan salah satunya adalah sebagai penyaluran hobi yang dimiliki oleh laki-laki Bali yang disebut sebagai hobi bebotoh. Artikel ini berupaya untuk menelusuri nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam pergeseran makna dari ritual tabuh rah menjadi tajen tersebut dengan menggunakan metode hermeneutik filosofis dari data yang diperoleh melalui library research. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Nilai yang terdapat dalam ritual tabuh rah dapat dijelaskan dalam bentuk hierarki nilai Max Scheler yakni nilai yang paling tinggi adalah nilai kesucian sebagai ritual yang sakral serta bertujuan untuk penyempurnaan roh dari hewan yang akan dikorbankan. Nilai spiritual dilihat dari ritual tabuh rah merupakan implementasi dari ajaran tantrayana, nilai vital dapat dilihat dari tujuan ritual tabuh rah sebagai implementasi ajaran Tri Hita Karana, dan terakhir adalah nilai kenikmatan. 2). Terdapat pergeseran nilai dari ritual tabuh rah menjadi tajen. 3). Nilai yang hendak dicapai di dalam tajen adalah nilai kenikmatan, yang merupakan bentuk penyaluran dari sebuah hobi, dan ingin mendapatkan kemenangan dari perjudian tersebut. The case that occurred was triggered by a misunderstanding in interpreting the main teachings of religion. The emergence of religious extremist groups that actually have the potential to damage national unity has urged the government to take concrete steps regarding religious moderation. The basic principles of religious moderation, namely balance and justice, are offered as a solution to this problem. The internalization of religious moderation is expected to foster religious adherents to be tolerant and socially harmonious. This program is important, because intolerance correlates with the inability of Human Resources to think, which results in threatening welfare, amidst the onslaught of IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. For this reason, internalization of religious moderation is examined in relation to improving the quality of Hindu human resources. This research uses qualitative methods, with the type of literature research.
