The tunable filtering-power divider can not only achieve dynamic frequency selection and power distribution, but also downsize the system. By electrifying the upper and lower surface electrode of the liquid crystal (LC) and changing the voltage value to result in the change of the LC pointing vectors so as to alter the effective dielectric constant of LC substrate, the center frequency of filtering-power divider can be tuned to achieve the high-speed dynamic frequency selection and power division. Different from traditional noise-cancelling LNA, this circuit includes local feedback, current reuse and considering bond-wire effect. Besides, this design utilizes a couple of differential-to-single buffers to reduce the mismatch of the differential signal output from single-ended-to-differential LNA. Bond-wire inductance and ESD is inevitable for the chip, but they usually bring about some negative effects. However bond-wire inductance can also be used for impedance matching and acting as current-source. To boost the LNA performance, the layout should be optimized to minimize the device and interconnection parasitic effects. Fabricated in a TSMC 0.13μm RF CMOS process, the LNA achieves a gain of 25dB and a NF of 2.0 dB over the band. The cylindrical conformal traveling wave slot array antenna at 35 GHz is designed and calculated in this paper. A 6×48 array antenna is designed by the array antenna theory and the Taylor distribution. At the center frequency 35 GHz, the gain is 25.59 dB with a -17 dB sidelobe level and the beam direction is 45°. From 34.5 GHz to 35.5 GHz, the beam direction is only about 1° maximum difference. The orthogonal slot coupled feeding structure not only broadens the bandwidth, but also avoids the problem of complex feed network in the design of antenna. The circularly polarized axial ratio can be improved effectively by a similar slot coinciding with the cross slots on the circular radiation patch. Two feeding ports were introduced to broaden the AR bandwidth, and respectively achieve left-hand circular polarization and right-hand circular polarization. Reflecting plate layer in the antenna structure improves the gain of antenna significantly. With the help of CST microwave simulation software, the result shows that: the gain of the antenna reaches 7.3 dB and the circularly polarized antenna has a 3-dB axial ratio (AR) bandwidth of 11.3% and a -10-dB impedance bandwidth of 18.1%. The antenna was constructed and measured with its measured results compared to its simulated ones. Reasonable good agreements are observed between the measurement and simulation. Pulsed I-V measurements were performed at different ambient temperatures to extract the relationship between transistor's channel currents and channel temperature under various power dissipations. The temperature-dependent access resistances which play a vital role to the channel currents was also extracted. By using the extracted current-temperature relationship and access resistances, current differences between DC I-V and pulsed I-V were translated into channel temperature differences versus device power dissipations, from which the nonlinear channel thermal resistance was determined. This extraction method was applied to a 400 μm gate widths GaN HEMTs. Finite element analysis (FEA) was also employed for the verification purposes. The proposed dual-mode resonator is composed of a side-slit square patch loaded by two L-shaped open-circuited stubs. This paper proposed a blind adaptive beamforming algorithm based on Max C/N0 criterion. Additionally, the performance difference between algorithms based on Max SINR criterion and Max C/N0 criterion is analyzed in the presence of interference. We take the dipole antenna as an example to expound the method. Firstly, from the analysis of the characteristic modes approach, mode 1 and mode 3 are found to be the main radiation modes for a dipole antenna. And then, band pass filter equivalent circuits are designed in the light of the modal coefficient graph of each mode. Finally the two band pass filter equivalent circuits of mode 1 and mode 3 can be combined in parallel to be the equivalent circuit of the dipole antenna.
