Berdasarkan penelitian, vitamin D dapat mengurangi infeksi dan kematian akibat COVID-19. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi di luar rumah, sehingga tetap memiliki peluang tertular COVID-19 meskipun memiliki imunitas yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan penggunaan vitamin D pada mahasiswa Universitas Airlangga prodi non ilmu kesehatan pada masa pandemi. Penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data didapatkan melalui survei online. Dari 207 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam mengisi kuesioner, sebanyak 101 responden pernah mengonsumsi vitamin D. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan terkait vitamin D di kelompok mahasiswa non kesehatan Universitas Airlangga sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori sedang (56,4%). Hasil survei menunjukkan sebanyak 85,1% responden mengonsumsi vitamin D dengan tujuan menjaga daya tahan tubuh, sebagian besar yaitu sebanyak 70,3% responden memperoleh informasi terkait vitamin D melalui internet atau website, serta lebih dari setengah responden tidak tahu terkait dosis dalam satu kali pemakaian maupun dosis maksimal harian vitamin D. Pengetahuan responden tentang vitamin D perlu ditingkatkan, tenaga kesehatan khususnya apoteker di apotek perlu secara aktif melakukan edukasi untuk menyediakan informasi yang benar.","PeriodicalId":31942,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Farmasi Sains dan Komunitas","volume":"5 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91266268","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Kasus COVID-19 yang terus meningkat mendorong pemerintah untuk menetapkan berbagai macam kebijakan untuk menekan angka positif COVID-19 seperti penerapan protokol kesehatan, physical distancing, dan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Pandemi COVID-19 telah menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, salah satunya yaitu terhambatnya pelayanan kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, penerapan telefarmasi di kalangan masyarakat dapat menjadi sebuah pelayanan alternatif demi mengurangi tendensi interaksi aktif secara langsung antara apoteker dengan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan layanan telefarmasi di era pandemi COVID-19 dari perspektif masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Cross-Sectional dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebar secara online melalui google form. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling dengan kriteria inklusi masyarakat umum berusia 15-65 tahun yang berdomisili di Pulau Jawa. Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap 243 responden, 90 responden (37,03%) pernah menggunakan telefarmasi dan dari 90 responden tersebut semuanya (100%) merasa terbantu dengan adanya pembelian obat secara online, 56 responden (62,2%) menyatakan pelaksanaan pemantauan terapi obat melalui telefarmasi berjalan dengan efektif, 58 responden (64,4%) menyatakan pelaksanaan pemantauan efek samping obat berjalan dengan efektif, dan 72 responden (80%) dapat memahami Informasi obat yang diberikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan telefarmasi di era pandemi COVID-19 efektif dari perspektif masyarakat. Namun, pemahaman dan minat masyarakat terkait telefarmasi masih kurang sehingga penggunaannya masih cukup rendah di masyarakat. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan promosi kesehatan terkait telefarmasi agar masyarakat lebih mengenal telefarmasi dan dapat memaksimalkan penggunaanya di era pandemi COVID-19.","PeriodicalId":31942,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Farmasi Sains dan Komunitas","volume":"30 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86545476","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Regarding the development of local tourism, social capital is described through 2 dimensions: bonds, and bridges (association). Bonding social capital is understood as close kinship capital (family environment to peers). Bridging social capital (association) is described as the capital of relatively distant kinship (coworkers and colleagues). This article describes the relationship between social capital, bonds, and bridges related to local tourism development. The research was conducted in Kampung Hijau Banjarmasin. The results show that the social capital of bonds and bridges, rooted in religious values and inherited through family parenting, play important roles in nurturing caring personality towards the environment. As a result, residential areas along river banks that were formerly slums become organized and healthy spaces.","PeriodicalId":31942,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Farmasi Sains dan Komunitas","volume":"33 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84453214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the design implementation does not consider the humanist aspects, especially for tourists with limitations (parents and children), who are unable to access. This study aims to provide perspective on a tourist destination that uses the concept of ecotourism as well as combines with humanist architecture, to ensure that environmental relationship with humans remains in synergy. A qualitative method was used to explore phenomena and problems that occur in study objects to produce ecological and universal design concepts. The humanist concept needs to be borrowed to complement the ecotourism concept for the architects and related stakeholders to plan a tourist destination from two perspectives of the concept. We argue that the eco-humanist tourism perspective provides an understanding that a tourist destination is successful when the fulfillment of human needs is met without harming the environment, social, culture, economy of the tourist destination. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the elderly were active in activities inside and outside their homes to fill their spare time in their old age, but during social restrictions and physical distancing, they were forced to stay in their homes for an indefinite time. Through qualitative methods, this research explores the activity space of elderly women who are still active in daily activities both at home and in their neighborhood before the pandemic and during the pandemic where government policies limit/influence the activities of the elderly. Participants of the research are 60 years old elderly women and over (WHO, 2020) who live in Banyumanik residence. The results showed that there was a decrease in the scale of the activity space used by the elderly during the pandemic, namely from the environmental space scale to the residential space scale.","PeriodicalId":31942,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Farmasi Sains dan Komunitas","volume":"89 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88123669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most Balinese are Hinduism. Like in any other country, Balinese Hinduism also adopts the caste system. The caste system in Hinduism means that people are classified based on their social status. Balinese people live in a complex caste system relationship that has continued to exist since the days of the kingdom in Indonesia. This research aims to know the perception of the Balinese local people against the caste system in the modern era. The method used in this research is by interviewing one local Balinese person from each caste who might be related and an expert from each caste, analyzed uy using the perspective of Arjun Appadurai. The research aimed to describe and analyze Desa Pancasila as a strategy to implement Pancasila at village level. The research design used a qualitative descriptive and literature review. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results showed that the community’s potential with the diversity of natural resources, human resources and cultural resources could support the implementation of Pancasila national values. Local actors (local government, community leaders, and youth groups) have a significant role in implementing national values. The collaboration of local actors is in-depth dialogue, sharing vision, building trust, building commitment, and sharing knowledge. The obstacles occurred because of the globalization process and the lack of community participation. We argue that three possible solutions to overcome these problems: (1) to put the community leaders as facilitators to implement the national values; (2) to build awareness of the communities about the nation and state through joint movements to build national insight; and (3) to make a regular interactive dialogue between local leaders and the community related to the implementation of national values.","PeriodicalId":31942,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Farmasi Sains dan Komunitas","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84536989","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data are collected through interview, observation and analyzed descriptively using analytical approaches. It is found that the KBL knowledge domain, for the heritage destination, is based on the merchant batik spirit and the history of the kampong.
