In America, business schools are often out of reach of the lower middle class, especially in rural areas and small towns. Idayu 2 Pakis Malang Vocational Program, the vocational program has not found additional solutions in terms of operational performance. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage digital entrepreneurship that remains current. In addition, children's independence is highly expected and creates jobs, especially for Intellectual Disability children. Children with Intellectual Disability have a level of intelligence that is far below average which is characterized by limited intelligence and inability to interact socially. The condition of Intellectual Disability children who have below average levels of intelligence makes it difficult to think logically, making them less able to find and realize their desires. This study aims to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students with disabilities, especially those who were most often the subject of previous research, namely students with limited intelligence and inability to interact socially or often called Intellectual Disability. This research was conducted using a continuous development research method. This continuous development research method is a method used to develop certain products and test the effectiveness of these products, the authors conclude that to achieve success in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit, learning practices must be packaged in interesting learning for children with special needs, especially Intellectual Disability students. Surveys with question items that have been tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha with construct validation using a correlation test. The research respondents were 200 high school teachers in East Java in July 2021.The results of the study show that only the experience variable has a significant influence on the use of online assessment in the learning process. Thus, the final conclusion in writing this article explains that the Canva application is very easy and practical to access in learning activities. This research involved 56 university students. The sample was treated in the form of learning with the STEM approach. Student CT includes 5 indicators, namely: (1) Interpreting Problems, (2) Analyzing Solution of the Problem, (3) Applying Gained Solution, (4) Evaluating the Gained Solution, and (5) Concluding the Results Attached with Supportive Evidence.The results of the study prove that based on the results of the Independent T-Test, there are significant differences in students' CT in the STEM class and the conventional class. The increase in CT in the experimental group was also significant based on the results of the Paired Samples Test. Thus, it can be concluded that the STEM 4.0 approach facilitates students to master the concepts of learning materials (Science) with the help of technology (Technology) and is strengthened by the application of these concepts in making simple products (Engineering). In addition, concept mastery is also supported by linking environmental phenomena in learning (Mathematics). Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The subjects of your research were junior high school students from several schools in Langsa City, Aceh and the border areas of North Sumatra. The informants who participated in this study were 44 students. Coming from 3 schools namely SMPN 2 Langsa, SMPN 3 Langsa and SMPN 1 Babalan, North Sumatra. The research was conducted in May 2021. The data validity technique used source triangulation and interactive analysis was used as a data analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of Generation Z are not fully owned by children in their early teens in research settings. In some cases, differences in character and values between teachers and students become obstacles to strengthening character education. Integrity character is the weakest character. Barriers to social relations in the development of Generation Z are caused by the fact that they are in the stage of finding their own identity and characteristics. In this situation, the teacher can take the role of guiding and providing support so that there is no gap between generations which results in culture shock between the teacher and student relationship. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research was carried out July-August 2021. Data collection techniques were interviews (4 supervisors, 2 supervisor teachers, and 5th semester students), documentation, and observation. Data analysis with data reduction techniques, data display, and verification and confirmation of conclusions. The research indicators are concrete experience, reflection and observation, abstract conceptual, and active experimentation.The results showed: 1) difficult experiences: internet facilities and networks, low student activity online, lack of confidence in students and also practitioners during the teaching and learning process, difficulty adjusting learning media according to class level, lack of content knowledge, difficulty linking material and examples in everyday life, as well as the selection of learning models. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed using the paired sample t-test technique which aims to determine the difference in the average interest of teachers in participating in practice-based training with the average interest of teachers participating in theory-based training.The results showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.187 0.05. The sample in this study were all students with mild mental retardation at SDLB Sumber Dharma Malang, totaling 5 students.The results showed that there was an increase in the average score from pretest 58 to posttest 93 in students' reading ability. The use of the repetition and feedback method is carried out by teachers who have slow learners at SD Negeri Klepu 02.The research method by taking descriptive elements produces case study data with purposive sampling technique which obtains an overview of the use of repetition and feedback methods in supporting the learning of slow learners. Data collection was done through participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation data. After that, to get the validity of the data, a triangulation process of sources and techniques is needed. Technical activities of qualitative data analysis include data reduction and data presentation, and at the end of drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that the use of repetition and feedback methods can support the learning of slow learners.
