Variabel terikat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Minat Beli (Y1), Keputusan Pembelian (Y2) sedangkan variabel bebas yang digunakan, yaitu E-Service Quality (X1), Persepsi Risiko (X2). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden masyarakat khususnya Kota Semarang yang pernah melakukan pembelian online di Shopee minimal 3 kali, usia minimal 18 tahun, dan yang pernah memberikan ulasan minimal 1 kali. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis, dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa E-Service Quality dan Persepsi Risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Variabel E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel Persepsi Risiko tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel Minat Beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dan variabel E-Service Quality dan Persepsi Risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Minat Beli.This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of E-Service Quality and Risk Perception on Purchase Decision through Interest in Buy as an intervening variable among Shopee Users in Semarang City.  The dependent variables used in this study are interest in buying (Y1) and purchase decision (Y2), while the independent variables used are E-Service Quality (X1) and Risk Perception (X2). The sample in this study consisted of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the criteria that the respondents were individuals from Semarang City who have made online purchases on Shopee at least 3 times, aged at least 18 years old, and have given at least 1 review. In this study the SPSS program version 26. The analytical method used is path analysis, the results of research conducted indicate that E-Service Quality and Risk Perception have a positive and significant effect on Interest in Buying. The E-Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The risk Perception variable does not affect the Purchase Decision. The Interest in Buying variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dari variabel Islalmic Corporate Governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis peran kinerja keuangan terhadap fraud. Pengujian selanjutnya untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran Islamic Coporate Governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi pada hubungan kinerja keuangan terhadap fraud. Subyek dalam kerangka penelitian ini berfokus pada perusahaan perbankan syariah selama periode 2016-2022 memiliki populasi 9 perbankan umum syariah. Total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 63. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan metode analisis yang digunakan pendekatan dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap Fraud. slamic Corporate Governance mampu memoderasi kinerja keuangan terhadap Fraud. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa pengembangan penelitian menggunakan variabel Islamic Corporate Governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan.This research has the novelty of the Islamic corporate governance variable as a moderating variable. This research aims to test and analyse the role of financial performance on fraud. The next test is to try and explore the role of Islamic Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in the relationship between economic performance and fraud. the result of this research can provide important information for sharia banking which is useful for improving performance and suppressing fraud in sharia banking. The subject in this research framework focuses on Sharia banking companies during 2016-2022 with a population of 9 Sharia general banks. The total sample used was 63. The sample selection method in this research used purposive sampling. The method used is quantitative, and the analytical method uses WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results show that the role of financial performance has a positive effect on fraud. Islamic Corporate Governance can moderate financial performance against Fraud. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran psychological meaning dan dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 orang anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis regresi berganda, uji Sobel, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological meaning berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan dukungan organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng.The importance of the ability to manage workload should be able to increase job satisfaction further. This research has the novelty of the intervening psychological meaning variable and the object of research at the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. The study aimed to analyze the role of psychological meaning and organisational support in mediating the influence of workload on the job satisfaction of members of the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. This study used 76 members of the Central Java Police Ditpamobvit. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study applies multiple regression analysis, Sobel test, and path analysis. Keberlangsungan suatu optik terletak pada keberhasilan optik tersebut membawa para konsumennya tetap setia melakukan pembelian ulang kacamata resep untuk keberhasilan rehabilitasi refraksi. Penjualan optik XYZ masih jauh berada dibawah para kompetitornya sehingga perlu merumuskan strategi yang tepat agar dapat meningkatkan niat beli ulang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh atribut produk, pengalaman konsumen dan nilai yang dirasakan terhadap niat beli ulang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik <em>non probability sampling</em> yaitu sebanyak 126 reseponden diolah menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan Smart PLS versi 4.0. <em>Experiential marketing theory</em> dipilih sebagai pisau analisis pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel atribut produk, pengalaman konsumen dan nilai yang dirasakan berpengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang serta kepuasan konsumen terbukti secara statistik mampu memediasi pengaruh atribut produk terhadap niat beli ulang. Optik XYZ diharapkan mampu untuk terus memberikan kelengkapan produk yang akan memberikan nilai ekslusivitas yang diharapkan oleh konsumennya agar niat untuk membeli ulang semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. </p><p align=\"justify\"><em>An increasingly tight and competitive business environment requires companies to adapt to every change and be ready to accept all existing challenges. An optic's sustainability lies in its success in bringing its consumers to remain loyal in repurchasing prescription glasses for successful refractive rehabilitation. XYZ optical sales are still far below its competitors, so it is necessary to formulate the right strategy to increase repurchase intentions. This research aims to find out and explain whether product attributes, consumer experience, and perceived value influence repurchase intention. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique; 126 respondents were processed using path analysis with the help of Smart PLS version 4.0. Experiential marketing theory was chosen as the analytical tool in this research. The research results show that the variables of product attributes, consumer experience, and perceived value influence repurchase intentions, and consumer satisfaction is statistically proven to mediate the influence of product attributes on repurchase intentions. Salah satu kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan mempertahankan motivasi. Faktor kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada BPR Weleri Makmur Kantor Pusat Gayamsari Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 pegawai. Analisis menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi, variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.</p><p><em>Every company needs to think about ways to improve the performance of its employees in order to encourage the company's progress. One of the keys to improving employee performance is to maintain motivation. Compensation factors and the work environment can increase employee motivation and performance. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at BPR Weleri Makmur, Gayamsari Semarang Head Office. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaires to collect data. The sample in this study was 64 employees. The analysis uses SmartPLS to test structural equations. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis SEM, dan alat analisis adalah AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel rotasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi motivasi kerja terbukti tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh total terbesar terhadap motivasi kerja dan juga memberikan pengaruh total terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work rotation on the performance of Civil Servants at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri within the Ministry of Religion of Demak Regency with work motivation as an intervening variable. Data was taken from Civil Servants at five State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Demak Regency, totaling 203 respondents. The approach in this study was quantitative, using the SEM analysis method, and the analytical tool was AMOS 22. The results showed a significant influence of leadership and organizational culture variables on work motivation and employee performance. Meanwhile, the work rotation variable does not significantly affect work motivation and employee performance. Work motivation is proven to act as an intervening variable mediating leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. However, work motivation is proven not to act as an intervening variable mediating job rotation on employee performance. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dan dihitung dengan rumus Hair.   Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SEM (Struktural Equation Model) Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan   variabel brand ambassador dan social media ads melalui brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi  perusahaan dalam membuat kebijakan dan menyusun strategi. Beberapa strategi yang dapat  dikembangkan perusahaan adalah mempertahankan brand image yang baik di persepsi konsumen, menggunakan brand ambassador yang identik dengan keunikannya untuk mempromosikan produk, serta terus berinovasi dalam mengiklankan atau mempromosikan produknya menggunakan social media ads untuk meningkatkan purchase intention pelanggan.This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and social media ads on purchase intention with the brand image as an intervening variable. The population in this study were men who used Ms Glow's skincare products at Esa Unggul University, with a sample of 115 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and calculated by the formula Hair. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) Partial Least Square. The study results from show that brand ambassador and social media ads variables through brand image positively affect purchase intention. This research is helpful for companies in making policies and developing strategies. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan terpilih 23 perusahaan dengan 69-unit analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis statistik menggunakan deskriptif dengan alat analisis data IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan direksi, dewan komisaris independen, kepemimpinan ganda, jenis perusahaan, sustainability committee, aktivitas perusahaan, kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report. Struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi variabel sustainability report.This study analyzes the effect of board size, independent board of commissioners, dual leadership, company type, sustainability committee, company activities, foreign ownership, and ownership structure on sustainability report disclosure. The research population is companies in Asia that participated in ASSRAT in 2018-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and selected 23 companies with a 69-unit analysis. Data collection techniques used documentation and statistical analysis techniques using descriptive data analysis tools using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results showed that the size of the board of directors, independent board of commissioners, dual leadership, type of company, sustainability committee, company activity, and foreign ownership do not affect the disclosure sustainability report. Peneliti menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling, menggunakan rumus Cochran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Lokasi penelitian di UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi Medan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Bauran pemasaran 4P berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa, Setia Budi. (3) Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (4) Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (5) Tempat tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. Hal tersebut disebabkan konsumen mengabaikan Harga, Promosi, Tempat dari produk yang dikonsumsinya.This study aims to determine the influence of the 4P marketing mix on Purchasing Decisions at MSMEs, such as Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis. The population of this study was consumers who had purchased the Syifa Potato Donut UMKM in Setia Budi, Medan City. Researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling method, using the Cochran formula with a total sample of 99 respondents. The research location is at the Syifa Setia Budi Potato Donuts MSME, Medan. This study found that (1) 4P Marketing mix has a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. (2) Product positively affects purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. (3) Price does not affect purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. (4) Promotion does not affect purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. (5) Place does not affect purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. Kinerja suatu perusahaan ditentukan oleh perilaku dan kondisi para karyawan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh sarana prasarana, iklim kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory yaitu menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel tertentu melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada instansi Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu metode sensus, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan tujuan memperoleh bahan-bahan yang relevan akurat dan terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana prasarana dan iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sarana prasarana, iklim kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model pengaruh bebas sarana prasarana, iklim kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai.Human resources in an organization is a critical aspect of determining the effectiveness or failure of an organization. The behavior and conditions of the employees determine the performance of a company. The research aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure, work climate, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study uses explanatory research, namely explaining the influence of particular variables through hypothesis testing. The population of this study was 80 employees at the Pedurungan District Office, Semarang City. The sampling technique is the census method so that the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection method uses a questionnaire to obtain relevant, accurate, and reliable materials. The results showed that infrastructure and work climate positively and significantly affected job satisfaction. Infrastructure, work climate, and job satisfaction significantly positively affect employee performance.
