In 2005 the population of motorcycles in Indonesia had exceeded 25 million units, while motorcycle sales data until the end of 2006 showed a relatively slow growth rate. tall. Motorcycles are the prima donna for most Indonesian people. The results of the analysis obtained t values ​​> from t table with a regression coefficient value of 2.624 > 2.009. it can be concluded that the advertising variable (X1) partially influences the purchase decision (Y). Purchase decisions are influenced by advertising by 48.8%, while the remaining 51.2% is explained by other variables not examined. This means that advertising has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for the Honda Vario FI in Pematangsiantar City. Simultaneously testing the variable Advertising and Work brand image on purchasing decisions is carried out by the f test. The test results with the help of SPSS obtained an F value of 33.87 with a significance of 0.000. The F value obtained > 3.20 and supported by a significance value < 0.05 indicates that the two independent variables together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This is supported by the results of testing the coefficient of determination which shows that the magnitude of the influence of the two variables simultaneously is 48.8% which can explain the employee purchasing decision variable. This study was concerned to investigate the quality of the instruments, the profile of literacy, attitudes, and religiosity of PBTs-IU, and the relationship between literacy and attitude towards the theory of evolution with religiosity. An explanatory mixed method was conducted by using a quantitative survey and in-depth interviews. A total of 153 (16 males and 137 females) from 185 prospective biology teachers at Islamic University (PBTs-IU) participated in filling out the questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha tests have been conducted to examine the quality of the instrument. PBTs-IU profiles were analyzed by descriptive statistical test, and a correlation test was used to determine the relationship between variables. Furthermore, triangulation was chosen to analyze the results of the interviews. The results of this study showed that the instruments used are valid and reliable, the profile of literacy, attitudes, and religiosity of PBTs-IU was high level, and there was a positive and significant relationship at the 0.01 and 0.05 levels between literacy and religiosity and attitudes and religiosity. The longer the production well is produced, the smaller or weakened the Pwf pressure will be, therefore an evaluation is needed in order to produce optimal production. The data needed include: well production rate (Qo), well flow pressure (Pwf), Pump Intake Pressure (PIP), Total Dynamic Head (TDH), Pump type, namely IND-1000 pump, Number of stages, Type of motor, HP motor, motor voltage, Electric current, OD motor, Total voltage, and Total starting voltage. The evaluation methodology used is to determine the optimum production rate through IPR calculations using the vogel method, Pump Intake Pressure (PIP), Total Dynamic Head (TDH), number of stages, and horse power (HHP). From the results of this evaluation, the optimal production rate (Qopt) value was obtained, which was 988.552 BPD. This optimal production rate value is still included in the capacity range, which is between 600-1260 BFPD. This study employs the definition, design, and development phases of the research and development process. Validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and test questions were the study tools utilized. Techniques for data analysis using percentages and N-gain. Based on the findings of a study using guided exploration modules to enhance students' ability to solve quadrilateral problems in class VII SMP, which was  valid with 76.92%. Results from the practicality test with practical categories were 79.37%. Student ability to solve mathematical problems shows effectiveness. The presence and concentration of an element in the hair can reflect the state/health status in which a person lives and works. The sulfhydryl and disulfide groups in hair are able to bind trace elements that enter the body and then are bound in the hair.  This study aims to determine the levels of Lead (Pb) in the hair of motorcycle workshop workers (mechanics) in the city of Padang.  The type of research used in this study is a descriptive survey, which is to describe the levels of Lead (Pb) in the hair of motorcycle mechanical in Padang City. Laboratory examination using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method to determine quantitatively lead (Pb) levels using are 10 samples. Based on result show that there are 8 respondents who were positively exposed to lead (Pb) but still in normal levels. And the highest lead (Pb) value was in hair sample 6, which was 0.9404 mg/kg.
