Many think that intelligent children are children who have logical intelligence and those who are lacking in that are considered unintelligent, even though there are many other types of intelligence. Some of these intelligences are linguistic and interpersonal intelligence. One way to hone linguistic and interpersonal intelligence is through a youth trainer program. The purpose of this research is to find out about the youth trainer program, how to hone linguistic and interpersonal intelligence through the youth trainer program, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. In the interview process, the researchers obtained data from the training division, teachers, administrators and students. Data analysis technique by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data by extending participation and triangulation. The conclusion of the research is that through the young trainer program, the students' linguistic and interpersonal intelligence has been proven to be honed. Moving on from these assumptions and the problem of weak madrasa management today, the authors are interested in conducting research with the aim of describing and analyzing profiles, implementing and evaluating strategic management and boarding schools in improving the quality of education. This research is a descriptive qualitative research method and the type of research is a case study conducted at MA Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani where the subjects of the research are the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, treasurer, education staff, madrasa committee and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the profile of MA Sheikh Zainuddin NW Anjani described the vision, mission, goals, objectives and profile of madrasa resources. Strategic management and boarding schools at MA Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani are carried out through madrasa internal and external environmental activities which are described through the madrasa organizational structure, teamwork and division of madrasa tasks, study days and times, financing assets, curriculum, madrasa promotion, new student admissions, culture madrasas, code of ethics, madrasa policies, geographical, demographic, cultural environment and community appreciation, government regulations, developments in science and technology, involvement of madrasa committees, partner institutions, alumni and strategic management and boarding schools in an effort to meet national education standards. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the Creswell model which includes four stages, namely preparing data, coding, using code to build descriptions and themes, and showing how these descriptions and themes will be written in a qualitative narrative or report. The results of this study indicate that the types of early reading difficulties in students are not able to recognize and pronounce the letters of the alphabet, difficulty distinguishing the same letters, difficulty reading one consonant letter and one vowel letter, difficulty reading open syllables, difficulty reading syllables into words, and reading is still stuttering. The causes of early reading difficulties are interest factors, motivational factors, parental factors, and teacher factors. The research subjects are educators and education staff. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification until the data is saturated. The results of this study indicate that the principal is a transformative leader with evidence that has the Idealize Influence dimension the principal has charisma so that he becomes a role model, The principal's inspirational motivation is able to become an inspiration for his followers to achieve school goals, the principal's intellectual stimulation is a visionary figure for ideas and ideas to advance educational institutions, the principal's individualized consideration listens to aspirations and treats educators and education staff humanely for the development of their institutions. To be independent, universities carry out liberalization through the selection of new students. The emergence of the phenomenon of several allegations of new student admissions provides opportunities for liberalization policies in recruiting new students that have excesses that need to be studied for opportunities and challenges for PTKIN, which is identical to the mission of da'wah. For this reason, it seeks to discuss the liberalization policy in the selection of new students in terms of (1) the forms of legal policy; (2) the challenges of negative excess (3) and the opportunities for advancement for PTKIN. The research uses qualitative methods, through a literature study approach, by collecting secondary data in the form of relevant documents to answer research questions. The results of the study indicate that (1) the Indonesian government has liberalized higher education, in the form of a higher education autonomy policy, in which each institution is given wider authority to obtain funding from the public through the selection of new students. (2) In practice, liberalization in the selection of new students poses negative excess challenges: Increasing education funding by the poor; being stuck in the material-oriented corporate paradigm; Falling into the behavior of corruption, collusion, and nepotism. (3) Liberalization provides opportunities for progress for PTKIN to optimize the role of education financing by the community; The diversity of PTKIN student backgrounds; the Opportunity to build a humanist and fair PTKIN. This research aims to determine the internalization of character values ​​through scout extracurricular activities. This research approach is a qualitative method that investigates character values established through scout extracurricular activities. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this study is scout coordinators, scout coaches, and students of classes 3, 4, 5 and 6 MI Istiqamah Singgahan Tuban. The study results show that scouting activities are done weekly or during school holidays. The current negative impact of developing science and technology affects the moral decadence of students, but scouting activities can establish good morals. The types of scout material taught and applied include PBB activities (Rules for the Rows), rigging, Morse code, semaphore, and exploration. Students' character values are cooperation, hard work, independence, discipline, and caring. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analysis by collecting various data and sources, then analyzing and systematically describing the urgency of multicultural education in character development in the era of society 5.0 at universities. The study's results found that students' character in university began to decline. Multicultural cultural values ​​have been abandoned. Many students have ignored etiquette, manners, and behavior, especially lecturers as teachers or educators. So, through multicultural education, it is expected to contribute in terms of character building. The results showed that talent and interest development management was managed by the deputy head of student affairs, extracurricular coaches, student organization coaches, and students council (OSIS). Management stages include planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. This research contributes to the management studies on developing students' talents and interests in Islamic schools integrated into the school system and elaborates on the supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors for the implementation of the management of the development of student's talents and interests include the solid cooperation and performance of all madrasah parties, the effective and efficient use of funds through BOS funds, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the figure factor of the principal of MAN 1 Tidore.
