This company has several divisions and units, one of which is the Project Deployment Center (PDC) division has a unit called Project Operation-Commercial Sector (POCS). The task of this unit is to meet the need for information and materials needed for project operations in accordance with the approved plan and to monitor and evaluate all commercial sector project activities. In carrying out project operations, especially related to monitoring, this unit only displays data in the form of google spreadsheets, so project managers and teams have difficulty in monitoring the data of their immovable assets. To solve this problem, it is necessary to visualize data in the form of a monitoring dashboard. This monitoring dashboard includes registration, borrowing, returns and calibration. Registration is required to register assets, borrowing and return transactions are intended if the assets are borrowed and returned, calibration is intended if the assets will be calibrated. This monitoring dashboard uses Looker Studio which functions as a data visualization medium in the form of a monitoring dashboard. Customers can easily get the latest information about the services provided in real-time. So it is hoped that it can improve performance significantly. To develop it, several data collection techniques were used, namely by conducting in-depth interviews, making observations and documenting them. Meanwhile, the research methodology is TOGAF ADM 9.1. This method is known to be the best method that can develop architecture in a structured and reliable manner. Several types of diagrams that help in designing this system are Value Chain, BPMN, Context Diagram, Use Case, and Class Diagram. It is hoped that this enterprise architecture design will enable budgeting to be monitored and improved immediately by stakeholders. The result of this research is an enterprise architecture design to support business processes at Tanjung Pandan Customs and Excise. In 2021, there were 4855 cases of tuberculosis in Bogor City. The large number of tuberculosis cases in Bogor City requires clustering the spread of tuberculosis disease based on Health Service Facilities (Fasyankes) in Bogor City using the K-Medoids algorithm, which aims to determine the characteristics of Fasyankes in tuberculosis cases. The K-Medoids algorithm is an algorithm that uses the clustering partition method to group a number of n objects into k clusters. In this study, Silhouette Coefficient testing was applied to maximize clustering results, the clustering results obtained were 2 clusters formed with Silhouette = 0.574652. So that with the implementation of K-Medoids clustering, the results of 2 clusters are obtained, namely, cluster 0 there are 15 Fasyankes which contain high identified characteristics and high positive TB diagnosis results. However, there are 3 Fasyankes that have a high number of identified patients but a low value of positive diagnosis results. These Fasyankes are included in cluster 0, because they are influenced by the high number of identified patients. While cluster 1 contained 29 Fasyankes that contained low identified characteristics and low positive TB diagnosis results. However, there are 9 Fasyankes that have a low number of identified patients but a high positive diagnosis result. This progress has also benefited succulent farmers who seek information about their plants. Although succulent plants are widely cultivated in urban areas of Indonesia, farmers still face issues such as sudden attacks from diseases and pests. The author developed an expert system for diagnosing diseases and pests in succulent plants using the forward chaining method. The research involved interviewing succulent plant experts and studying literature on the symptoms of diseases and pests in succulent plants. The data collected and analyzed determined the system's needs based on the type of disease and pest, type of symptoms, and production rules. For the final stage, testing is conducted using the black box method, user acceptance testing, and accuracy testing to verify whether the forward chaining method is effectively applied in the expert system and can be properly used by users, specifically succulent farmers and the community. The results indicate that this application is effective in assisting users and succulent farmers in diagnosing diseases in succulent plants. The application testing results, obtained through user acceptance testing, showed a value of 85.5%. Similarly, the accuracy testing results obtained a value of 83.3% from respondents.
