By causing profound and complex changes in all levels of the sociocultural environment, digital culture has also changed the psychological, physiological, spiritual, and moral consequences of an individual and family in general. The challenges that digital culture poses to family life by modifying relations of spouses, are also reflected in the upbringing of children and their education, reshaping language, changing mentality, and restructuring value hierarchies. This paper approaches the topic through two thematic units, the first of which aims to detect some of the most serious challenges of digital culture confronting education in the family. The second part discusses the phenomenon of the “technological disconnect” of family members and some aspects of the challenges that this new phenomenon poses to education in the family. This part of the paper discusses the “technological disconnect” of parents and its implications on children and their moral education, observing the problems of shifting responsibility for upbringing and education to the technology and media, as well as the phenomenon of parental alienation syndrome. The aim of this paper is to find contrary claims in the Scriptures to prove that Jesus is the eternal Teacher. This implies that Jesus’ mission has not come to end with his mission on Earth. In the first part of the paper, we will explain the Old and New Testaments’ meanings of a teacher. This will be followed with stating the differences between Jesus’ teaching and the teaching of the scribes and Pharisees. The aim of this is to prove the historicity of Jesus of Nazareth. In the second part of the paper, we will deal with the consideration of truth and connect the concepts of authenticity and truth. The eternal teacher of the Truth with his teaching frees those who accept him and encourages them to change their hearts and lives. His teaching transcends time and space boundaries. In comparison to the teachers of this world, Jesus is an authentic teacher who lives all that he teaches as example for his disciples of his communion with his Father. The teaching of Jesus is different from the Jewish teaching, as well as from any other teaching. Jesus as teacher of teachers provides an example of learning, especially in situations of temptation. Therefore, the first part of this paper elaborates some features of life during the pandemic that affected the whole world, the earthquakes that hit Zagreb and Sisak-Moslavina counties as well as the population of migrants, primarily observed in a spiritual- religious context. Who is more called than a religious education teacher to provide an answer to the fundamental question of what it really means to believe and live the faith today, in this time of challenge and temptation? Jukić","doi":"10.34075/sb.62.4.4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.34075/sb.62.4.4","url":null,"abstract":"U radu se prikazuje kako se odgovornost liječnika za štetu propisivala tijekom povijesti, odnosno kako se postupno povećavala. Također, za lakše razumijevanje prirode pravnog odnosa između pacijenata i pružatelja zdravstvene usluge koja je uistinu najbitniji faktor pri utvrđivanju postojanja građanske odgovornosti, cilj je rada prikazati u glavnim crtama odgovornost liječnika kod pružanja zdravstvenih usluga u skladu s važećim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj. Razgraničenje pojma liječničke pogrešku od pojma komplikacije najbitniji je faktor za utvrđenje postojanja odgovornosti pružatelja zdravstvene usluge za štetu. Slijedom toga, osvrnuli smo se i na vrste odgovornosti liječnika (kaznenopravnu, građansku, stegovnu-disciplinsku), pojam nesavjesnog liječenja kao zasebnoga kaznenog djela te postupak za naknadu štete u RH. Na kraju članka u kratkim se crtama spominje postupak naknade štete, navođenjem statističkog primjera otvorenih slučajeva za naknadu štete, koje je pokrenuo pacijent zbog nezadovoljstva koje je potaknuto upravo nastalim posljedicama u vidu pogoršanja zdravlja pacijenta, ali i smrtnim posljedicama nakon izvršenih zdravstvenih zahvata liječnika kojima su pacijenti bili podvrgnuti. Oni su pokrenuti kako bi se njima zaštitila povrijeđena ljudska prava. {"title":"Theological Analysis of One-Year Pilgrimage Records in the Sanctuary of our Lady of Remete","authors":"Franjo Podgorelec, Marko Maglić","doi":"10.34075/sb.62.4.2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.34075/sb.62.4.2","url":null,"abstract":"U radu se induktivno-statističkom metodom analizira proštenjarska knjiga svetišta Majke Božje Remetske iz 2012. godine, u koju su hodočasnici zapisivali svoje prošnje, zapise i osobne dojmove. Statistički su obrađeni identifikacijski podatci, statistika spola, preferirane molitvene forme, motivi prošnja i zahvala, dominantnimarijanski naslovi, molitva pojedinim svetcima te zavjetni zapisi. Na svaki od statističkih podataka slijedio je osobni kritički osvrt što je učinjeno i u samom zaključku. Svrha je ovakvih istraživanja pastoralne naravi. Naime, na osnovi tih istraživanja može se uočiti činjenično duhovno stanje hodočasnika, njihovi motivi, pozitivne vrline na kojima treba dalje graditi, kao i manjkavosti u izboru prioriteta, što bi valjalo postupno ispravljati kroz pastoralni rad u svetištu. Budući da proštenjarska knjiga pripada točno određenom svetištu, valjalo se osvrnuti i na samu povijest svetišta, koje je tijekom povijesti mijenjalo svoje čuvare: od pavlina, dijecezanskih svećenika pa danas karmelićana. Jedno je od glavnih obilježja svetišta što hodočasnici većinom dolaze pojedinačno a manje u organiziranim skupinama.
