The research method used is the Quantitative Research Method. The population of this study were students of class VII, VIII and class IX, which consisted of 76 students. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. The results showed: (1) There is an influence between Gadget Use and Emotional Intelligence because the value of tcount > ttable is 2.514 > 1.99167. Likewise in the F test (Simultaneous) on the variable Gadget Use with Emotional Intelligence it was found that Fcount = 6.321 and with a significance level of 0.014 <0.05. (2) There is an influence between the use of gadgets and morals because the value of tcount > ttable is 9.087 > 1.99167. Furthermore, in the F test (Simultaneous) on the variable Use of Gadgets with Morals, it was found that Fcount = 82.571 and with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05. (3) Based on the results of the analysis in this study by testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of Gadgets on the Emotional Intelligence and Morals of students during the Covid 19 period at SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Medan. This can be seen from the t test between Gadget Use and Emotional Intelligence with a tcount > ttable, namely 2.514 > 1.99167. Likewise in the t test between Gadget Use and Morals with a value of tcount > ttable, namely 9.087 > 1.99167. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the principal, two teachers and one student. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that: first, the principal has prepared a plan before the implementation of online learning begins, the plan is adapted to the concept of virtual learning. Second, the school principal supervises the implementation of online learning using various strategies, starting from supervision techniques, supervision models and supervision approaches. Third, the obstacles that occur in the supervision of school principals in the implementation of online learning, are: (1) time load in carrying out the principal's managerial duties and responsibilities, (2) the teacher's lack of knowledge about the use of technology, (3) some students do not have learning media complete online. This article aims to reveal the influence of local wisdom and spiritual learning. With local wisdom-based education, we can optimize the creation of education that can make sense of Indonesian human life. It means education will then be able to become a spirit that can color Indonesian human dynamics forward. The research method used in this study is the method of content analysis/meta analysis. Content Analysis is a study that combines the results of many original, systematic, planned studies, retrospective observations, with formal statistical analysis. The results of this study found that spiritual learning is one of the factors that influence the behavior of educated participants alongside other factors such as the intellectual, emotional, environmental, cultural and personal abilities of students. Humans have a spirituality to achieve a healthier self-development because we have that potential. This spiritual pedagogic, invites teachers to practice this value in learning activities that are mixed with local awareness of educated participants. The writing of this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach (library research), by conducting a careful review of some material and leadership theory. Initial predictions that premarital sex that occurs among adolescents cannot be separated from the influence of pornographic videos and various information about pornography which are very easily accessible from the internet, so that information about sex must be provided in a manner and guidance that is in accordance with eastern customs, built with shame and ibda ' binafsih. This study specifically explains the efforts of the family as an institution that has special authority in children's education. Meanwhile, there is very little information about sex education with actual or Islamic principles of decency and it has even become taboo to talk about in society. Observing this phenomenon where in the midst of an information battle that leads to freedom of values, parents with the support of society and the government must work together to provide understanding to children about the dangers of free sex. Provide healthy sex information to children, starting from the family to the management of healthy social media by the government as their responsibility. The selection of samples using the Probability Sampling technique with the simple random sampling method from class X, XI and XII. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires made with Google Forms and then sharing them online via Whatsap. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the student's research stated that online learning was still not effective based on data acquisition from 25 statements given by researchers to 97 respondents. It can be seen from the average results on the indicators of learning effectiveness. First, active learning obtains an average value of 2.62 belonging to the less effective category. Second, various learning methods obtain an average value of 3.09 belonging to the less effective category. Third, learning motivation obtains an average value of 2,826 belonging to the less effective category. Fourth, the democratic atmosphere obtained an average value of 2.6 belonging to the less effective category. Fifth, lessons at school need to be linked to real life, obtaining an average score of 2.94 belonging to the less effective category. Sixth, conducive learning interactions obtain an average value of 2.34 belonging to the ineffective category. And seventh, the diagnosis of learning difficulties obtained an average value of 2,746 belonging to the less effective category. Thus, the total average of all indicators obtained a value of 2.7374 belongs to the less effective category.
