Métodos: Estudo de delineamento transversal e abordagem qualitativa-interpretativa realizado com 7 pais de crianças nascidas prematuras em acompanhamento em ambulatório de crescimento e desenvolvimento de um hospital de ensino do Distrito Federal. A coleta de dados ocorreu em dezembro de 2017 e janeiro de 2018 por meio da estratégia de entrevista aberta em profundidade, além da construção do genograma e ecomapa da família, na perspectiva dos pais, como estratégia complementar. A análise dos dados teve como referencial metodológico a Pesquisa de Narrativas e referencial teórico, o Interacionismo Simbólico, desvelou quatro categorias temáticas: crenças, medo e insegurança parental; natureza do cuidado e conceito de maternidade e paternidade; aprendizados e práticas parentais; e apoio social. Resultados: As narrativas revelaram insegurança e medo dos pais para cuidar dos filhos em casa após a alta hospitalar, em especial pela imaturidade do prematuro, mas apesar disso procuram oferecer o suporte necessário para manutenção do cuidado, valorizando pequenos detalhes e conquistas desenvolvimentais da criança frente aos inúmeros desafios e limitações de apoio social que enfrentam no cotidiano. Conclusão: Os conhecimentos, crenças e valores que sustentam as práticas parentais no contexto da prematuridade têm repercussões na vida e na adaptação dos pais ao nascimento e cuidado do prematuro. O engajamento da equipe de saúde deve ser constante para promover a autonomia, a segurança, a eficácia e o bem-estar parental no cuidado desenvolvimental do filho prematuro.","PeriodicalId":31750,"journal":{"name":"Revista Brasileira em Promocao da Saude","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70661614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: Descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional study with 88 bus drivers and 75 fare collectors from Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. To determine the domain scores (nutrition, physical activity, preventive behavior, social relationship and stress control), the Individual Lifestyle Profile questionnaire and anamnesis were applied. Data collection took place from September to October 2016. The maximum significance level assumed was 5% (p≤0.05). Chi-square test was used to assess the association between responses and job function, and T-test for independent samples was used to compare variables between groups. Results: There was a statistical difference (p>0.001) between bus drivers and fare collectors for age (40,36±8,55; 31,30 ± 8,68 years), time in function (11,47±8,53; 6,14±5,46 years) and time in the transport company (12,8±6,64; 6,35±5,56 years) and there was no association between the answers of the questions and the function performed (p>0.05). Considering the five domains, the workers showed negative behavior for nutrition (p=0.68) and physical activity (p=0.50), and regular behavior for preventive behavior (p=0.09), social relationships (p=0.45) and stress control (p=0.98), without significant differences between groups. Conclusion: Comparing bus drivers and fare collectors, it is noteworthy that there are differences in age, time in function and time in the company, but not in lifestyle and the public transport workers have a negative lifestyle profile in nutrition and physical activity.","PeriodicalId":31750,"journal":{"name":"Revista Brasileira em Promocao da Saude","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48448586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Synthesis of data: Description of the experience of creating an electronic tool, responsible for thematic patient safety, which took place between January 2016 and December 2018. The construction of the PISP followed the following steps: definition of 62 health indicators; presentation, qualification, and standardization of the data to be collected; registration of HUF managers on the web platform; and feeding the system, with data input by the 39 HUF. The implementation of the PISP prioritized 23 indicators used by accrediting institutions and recommended by national documents, distributed among process (13%) and result (87%) indicators. The results were the involvement of the 39 HUFs, the exchange of experiences, the sharing of information, and the institutionalization of the Management in Sight Program, which provides opportunities for the continuous monitoring of these indicators in the institution to improve the quality of health services. The experience brought immense learning, allowing those involved to develop skills during the process. The process of implementing a culture of continuous evaluation stands out as difficulty and the availability of the actors involved in adhering to this proposal as ease. Conclusion: The panel of patient safety indicators presents itself as an innovative resource in monitoring the processes and results of the implementation of the Patient Safety Centers, bringing an important characteristic of quality management systems: transparency in the management and dissemination of results.","PeriodicalId":31750,"journal":{"name":"Revista Brasileira em Promocao da Saude","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70661545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
