Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dimulai dari strengths (kekuatan) dan produk. Karena penduduk Indonesia merupakan mayoritas beragama Islam, maka wisatawan sangat mudah untuk mengakses tempat ibadah. Selain itu, pemerintah dalam menjaga wisatawan, ia mengeluarkan aturan bahwa fasilitas penginapan dan makanan harus dijamin kehalalannya. Strategi kedua ialah weaknesses (kelemahan) dan harga. Indonesia tentunya menjadi negara yang terkena dampak Corona Virus tersebut membuat setiap pendapatan secara global dan nasional pun menurun drastis seperti wisata-wisata yang ada di Indonesia. Strategi ketiga ialah peluang (opportunities) & promosi. Oleh karena itu pemerintah lebih fokus pada improfisasi dengan mempromosikan wisatawan yang ada di Indonesia dengan melalui media atau instrumen online lainnya. Strategi terakhir ialah ancaman (threats) dan distribusi. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari data sekunder yaitu data publikasi BPS Provinsi Sumut dan Satu Data Perdagangan Kemendag RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan model OLS. Temuan penelitian ini, secara parsial, produksi lemak dan minyak hewan/nabati di Sumatera Utara berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor lemak dan minyak hewan/nabati di Sumatera Utara, nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai ekspor lemak dan minyak hewan/nabati serta inflasi di Sumatera Utara tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai ekspor lemak dan minyak hewan/nabati. Sehingga urgensi menjalankan dan menjaga kemaslahatan publik itu sesungguhnya bukan sekedar terkait dengan pemimpin dan kepemimpinan, namun seluruh umat Islam juga memiliki kewajiban untuk menjalankan dan menjaganya. Agar sejalan dengan tujuannya untuk mewajudkan kemaslahatan dibidang spiritual (keagamaan) maupun dalam bidang social ekonomi. Sejalan dengan yang dialami oleh tiga bank syariah besar milik pemerintah dilakukannya merger dan akuisisi yang tidak hanya sebatas upaya dan komitmen dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah. Namun juga menjadi pilar baru kekuatan ekonomi nasional, mendorong Indonesia sebagai pusat ekonomi dan keuangan syariah global, maka dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinannya melakukan perubahan dalam pelaksanaan merger dan akuisisi bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan telaah literatur dari beberapa penelitian yang sudah ada dan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode data sekunder yang diperoleh dari artikel jurnal, artikel prosiding, buku, dan internet. The research method used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sampling technique uses random sampling by distributing questionnaires according to predetermined characteristics. The results of this study state that religiosity and income levels have a positive effect on the intention to pay zakat. The public, customers, have devised other means of financial dealings, hours spent on banking and rate of operations affected, the rate at which customers frequently move into banks reduced, more mobile banking users, and increased usage of a wide variety of banking services. Efisiensi dan risiko digunakan sebagai variabel intervening dalam penelitian kami. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 11 atau lebih bank syariah yang terdaftar di Direktori Perbankan Indonesia. Metode sensus pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan bank syariah yang ditemukan di direktori perusahaan perbankan Indonesia dan di situs web resmi masing-masing bank syariah. Alat Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Pembiayaan bagi hasil memiliki dampak menguntungkan pada efektivitas dan profitabilitas bank syariah, menurut temuan penelitian tersebut. Pembiayaan bagi hasil dan bagi hasil bank syariah dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh risiko pembiayaan. Efisiensi memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan pada keuntungan bank syariah. Risiko memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan pada keuntungan bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model pengukuran kinerja islami pada Baznas Sumut dengan pendekatan Maslahah Performa (MaP), menganalisis peta penelitian terkait kinerja islami pada Baznas Sumut dengan pendekatan Maslahah Performa (MaP) secara kualitatif deskriptif dalam lima tahun terakhir, serta menganalisis respons akademisi Ekonomi Islam terhadap model pengukuran kinerja islami pada Baznas Sumut dengan pendekatan Maslahah Performa (MaP). Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan konten analisis dan focus discussion group oleh ahli ekonomi, jumlah artikel yang digunakan sebanyak 15 artikel yang terbit dari tahun 2018 sampai 2022. The promotional strategy carried out by Ayunature Roromendut uses special ads, endorsements, paid promote through Instagram. Ayunature Roromendut also often holds events such as product giveaways, price reductions, coupons or vouchers, and product discounts.
