Terdapat perbedaan dan persamaan pandangan antara antara Al-Maqrizi dan Keynes terkait inflasi dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan pemikiran atau studi tokoh dengan menggunakan studi literature sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan studi komparasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat kesamaan pemikiran antara Al-Maqrizi dan Keynes, dimana inflasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor moneter dan non moneter yaitu penguasa yang tidak bertanggung jawab dan peningkatan sirkulasi uang yang mengakibatkan terjadi kelebihan jumlah uang beredar di masyarakat. Namun demikian Keynes menambahkan bahwa Inflasi = f (jumlah uang beredar, pengeluaran pemerintah, suku bunga, dan investasi). Berbeda dengan Al-Maqrizi yang tidak menyinggung suku bunga dalam pemikirannya tentang inflasi. Selain itu terdapat perbedaan lain, yaitu bahwa menurut Al Maqrizi ada faktor alamiah yang menyebab terjadinya inflasi, dimana faktor ini terjadi secara alami dan manusia tidak bisa menghindarinya, seperti adanya bencana yang menyebabkan persediaan berkurang namun permintaan meningkat. Sedangkan Keynes tidak menyinggung adanya faktor alamiah sebagai penyebab dari inflasi. LAZ memerlukan pencatatan akuntansi ZIS berdasarkan PSAK 109. Namun penerapan PSAK 109 masih belum maksimal diterapkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mununjukan bahwa: 1) Pengelolaan penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana ZIS masih disajikan dalam satu laporan keuangan 2) Proses akuntansi ZIS di LAZ Al-Kasyaf menggukan metode pencatatan sangat sederhana, dimana ketika ada penghimpunan dana dicatat saat kas diterima, diakui sebagai penambahan dana dan pengeluaran dana dicatat saat kas dikeluarkan, diakui sebagai pengurangan dana 3) Kesesuaian akuntansi ZIS di LAZ Al-Kasyaf dengan PSAK 109 belum sesuai pada keseluruhan dari ke empat elemen yang ada. Pada elemen pengakuan dan pengukuran, terdapat 8 paragraf yang sudah sesuai dan 3 paragraf yang belum sesuai. Pada elemen penyajian belum sesuai, karena menyajian laporan keuangan belum memisahkan antara dana ZIS dan dana amil pada laporan posisi keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi syariah dan perbankan syariah angkatan 2020-2021 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel pengambilan keputusan. Selanjutnya secara parsial variabel faktor budaya dan social tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel pengambilan keputusan. Secara parsial variabel faktor pribadi dan factor psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel pengambilan keputusan. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with sharia cooperative managers and customers of KSPPS BMT Anduring, as well as through observation and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from articles, books, magazines and other relevant references. The data analysis technique was carried out using analysis of reduction, display, verification and descriptive narration. The results of the study show: First, increasing the productivity of small entrepreneurs (customers), because, with the additional capital provided by KSPPS BMT, customers can develop their business; Second, increasing people's income, because with the financing provided, customers, can continue and develop their business and ultimately increase people's income; Third, to create jobs, the financing provided by KSPPS BMT Anduring is used by customers to start their business, this will cause a lot of workers to be absorbed in carrying out the business, especially workers from the family environment. This proves that the distribution of funds carried out by KSPPS BMT Anduring has played a significant role in empowering the economy of the community (customers) because the implications of the provision of financing provided have achieved the goal of economic empowerment of the people, namely forming a more independent society. The results of the study show that corporate image and perceived value have a considerable and significant influence on the muzakki's decision to distribute zakat at LAZ LMI, namely 67.7%, and the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. This means that if there is an increase in corporate image and perceived value, it will increase the muzakki's decision to pay zakat, and vice versa if there is a decrease in corporate image and perceived value, it will reduce the muzakki's decision to pay zakat. A company's success is strongly influenced by human resources, which are the company's driving force. Quality human resources can be seen from how the output is displayed. Therefore, companies must pay attention to the actions and needs of their workers to provide work results that are in line with company expectations. This study aims to see how the effect of compensation and leadership style on turnover is moderated by job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample size for this study was 107 employees of PT. Locco Mandiri Indonesia by collecting data through a questionnaire. SPSS or PASW (Predictive Analytics Software) is used to analyze the data in this report.
