Selecting study’s topic and advisors influence implementation of the study. Therefore, study’s topic is able to improve academic institution quality, however a large number of thesis documents on the repository cause difficulty to get information related to advisor’s expertness and the frequent or rare topic is former studied. Association rule mining can be used to mine information on the related item. This study aims to analyze advising patterns system in Master program on Agriculture based on supervisors and their topic research on metadata thesis of IPB repository and text documents of summary using data mining approach. The datas were collected from the repository of Bogor Agricultural University website and processed using R language programming. Pattern result of the reseach were that the most popular association on supervisor was occurred at support value of 0.00793 or equivalent to 7 theses and four popular topics were Botanical insecticide, Global warming, Upland Rice, and Land Use Change. The problem under research is “How does the development of a model mobile Learning Management System (mLMS) based on Android Honeycomb as students’ learning medium improve the quality of the teaching learning and accessibility of basic professional courses, especially for the Curriculum and Instruction course in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia? The research adopted the development model of Thiaragajan, Semmel, & Semmel, consisting of “define, design, and develop.” The subjects were students taking the professional basic course of Curriculum and Instruction in the Department of Accounting Education A and Department of German Education B. The instruments used were online questionnaires and tests.The findings show: (1) The development of mobile Learning Management System (mLMS) based on Android Honeycomb was carried out through the stages of needs analysis of the model, development of conceptual framework, and development of software requirement; (2) The model of mobile Learning Management System (mLMS) based on Android Honeycomb consists of three stages, namely pre-learning activities, learning, and post learning; (3) The use of mobile Learning Management System (mLMS) based on Android Honeycomb was able to increase the learning outcomes in the course of Curriculum and Instruction in UPI. Menurut data statistik tahun 2015, saat perpustakaan masih menempati lokasi yang lama, pengunjung yang datang ke perpustakaan per hari rata-rata 48 orang. Data statistik kunjungan akhir tahun 2016 setelah menempati lokasi yang baru sejak bulan April 2016 sampai Desember 2016, rata-rata pengunjung per hari hanya naik menjadi 49 orang per hari, padahal secara teori letak perpustakaan yang baru lebih strategis karena lebih mudah dijangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat pemustaka potensial untuk berkunjung ke perpustakaan. Pemustaka potensial adalah mereka yang tercatat sebagai anggota perpustakaan akan tetapi jarang atau bahkan tidak pernah datang kembali ke perpustakaan untuk memanfaatkan layanannya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proporsive sampling, dimana sampel memiliki kriteria sebagai pemustaka potensial. Karena keterbatasan waktu penelitian, ditetapkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 orang.Sampel diambil dari mahasiswa program D3 dan D4 angkatan 2015 dan 2016 serta mahasiswa program D4 angkatan 2014. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei eksplanatori. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif dan teknik analisis data inferensial dengan uji statistik analisis jalur (path a nalysis). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, obserasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Divisi Pengembangan Ekonomi Daerah - Perpustakaan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Jawa Barat. hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari pengaruh faktor- faktor iklim komunikasi organisasi yang terdiri dari kepercayaan, pembuatan keputusan bersama,faktor kejujuran, faktor keterbukaan dalam komunikasi ke bawah, faktor mendengarkan dalam komunikasi ke atas dan faktor perhatian pada tujuan- tujuan berkinerja tinggi yang dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kinerja pegawai Divisi Pengembangan Ekonomi Daerah Unit Humas dan Komunikasi Publik -Perpustakaan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Jawa Barat yang terdiri dari atas quality (kualitas), quantity (kuantitas) dan timeliness (ketepatan waktu). Meskipun demikian, tingginya tingkat penggunaan internet masih belum memberikan dampak yang optimal terkait pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya anak muda. Rendahnya tingkat literasi digital, serta kurangnya pengetahuan akan konten yang positif di Internet membuat sebagian anak muda di Indonesia belum dapat memanfaatkan peran teknologi dan media digital secara optimal dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari, terutama terkait dengan peran teknologi tersebut sebagai sumber informasi mengenai pengetahuan dan pendidikan. Banyaknya konten-konten negatif menimbulkan beragam permasalahan seperti hoax , cyberbullying , cybercrime , pornografi, hingga politisasi isu SARA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif untuk memetakan beragam konten positif dengan tema pendidikan pada media sosial YouTube. Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa kreator konten di YouTube yang khusus membahas tema pendidikan masih sangat terbatas. Beberapa akun YouTube yang menjalankan fungsi media edukasi bagi anak muda terutama adalah “Kok Bisa” yang mengemas kontennya dengan menggunakan animasi, bahasa yang sederhana, dan penjelasan yang tidak begitu rumit, serta beberapa akun milik perusahaan rintisan di bidang jasa layanan pendidikan seperti Quipper, Zenius, dan Ruang Guru yang memiliki kanal berisikan pembelajaran elektronik, tutorial dan tips pembelajajaran. Media edukasi di YouTube masih memerlukan kontrbusi banyak pihak karena kami melihat misalnya masih belum banyak konten edukasi dengan genre vlog , dan masih belum banyak konten-konten kreatif lain yang juga bertemakan pendidikan. In the learning process, candidates or students should be introduced to the knowledge, attitude, and skills required to become a librarian. Through the learning process in the Etika Profesi Pustakawan (Professional Etiquette of Librarians) subject, students are introduced to a number of attitudes, ethics, and knowledge, prompting them to think critically in order to become a professional librarian with good etiquette. To achieve such goal, the learning process should be designed in the first place using the ADDIE approach to achieve expected results in accordance with the goals set. The present study is a review on an instructional design which can be developed to improve the quality of learning process, particularly in the efforts to enhance students’ critical thinking skill in order to become an ethical librarian. The development of the learning design employs the ADDIE approach. The ADDIE model consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The Analysis step is purposed to identify potential factors causing a gap in the performance. In the Design step, the expected performance is tested and assessed using proper testing method. The Development step comprises an activity to produce and validating the selected learning resources supporting the learning process. The Implementation step comprises the preparation of learning environment and the involvement of the students. At last, the Evaluation step is done to evaluate the quality of the learning process and products, both before and after the implementation of the program. Dengan tersedianya naskah kuno di perpustakaan maupun musium diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarakat luas, tidak hanya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh generasi sekarang, tapi juga oleh generasi yang akan datang. Dalam upaya mempertahankan informasi yang terkandung dalam naskah kuno bukanlah hal yang mudah, apalagi usia naskah kuno yang mencapai ratusan tahun. Selain itu, bahan naskah kuno pada umumnya berasal dari bahan kertas yang sangat rentan terhadap kerusakan serta penggunaan yang terus menerus oleh pengunjung perpustakaan akan mempercepat kerusakan dari naskah kuno tersebut. Maka perlu adanya upaya untuk melestarikan naskah kuno. Salah satu perpustakaan yang memiliki naskah kuno adalah Perpustakaan Yayasan Pangeran Sumedang. Di perpustakaan tersebut terdapat berbagai koleksi yang salah satu diantaranya yaitu naskah kuno “Babad Sumedang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman pustakawan dalam melakukan pelestarian naskah kuno “Babad Sumedang”. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian fenomenologi. Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan antara pemanfaatan media sosial instagram dengan kemampuan literasi media pemustaka UPT Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pemanfaatan media sosial instagram dengan kemampuan literasi media pemustaka UPT Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Nasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemustaka di UPT Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Nasional dengan jumlah 9.818 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 99 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional, dan analisis data menggunakan korelasi spearman rank. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertututp dengan skala empat kategori Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan media sosial instagram dan kemampuan literasi media. Collaborating in the School Literacy Movement (GLS) activities is one of the bills that must be present in the program, wherein every student of the Library and Information Sciences University of Education program students is required to: 1) Be able to prepare the classroom learning collaboration design with coaching teachers, 2) Able to implement library learning practices, and 3) Able to describe Practical Review Results.
