The output of a three-phase induction motor is the amount of torque to move the load. If the load torque carried by the three-phase induction motor is greater, then the three-phase induction motor will not rotate. And if the load torque carried by a three-phase induction motor is too small, this is considered excessive. In this analysis the method used by the author is the experimental method of analysis using the Power Simulator application with load data and induction motor data. Based on the analysis, it was found that Istart and Inominal on a 15 kW induction motor have different values according to the torque value used, so the torque value is directly proportional to the Istart value. Motor induksi adalah motor yang menggunakan medan magnet agar dapat mengubah energi listrik menjadi energi kinetik serta memiliki slip antara medan magnet stator dan medan magnet motor. Motor tiga fasa memiliki fitur yang dapat diatasi dalam beberapa instalasi, salah satunya adalah sistem penggerak bintang (Y)-delta multi sistem (Δ) yang sederhana dan dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem kerja pada star delta dengan motor tiga fasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sehingga hasil dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan merancang sistem kontrol dengan beberapa tombol seperti star, delta dan off. Dimana hasil realisasinya pada rangkaian putaran motor akan mengalami kecepatan yang lebih tinggi ketika ditekan tombol delta. Tujuan untuk melaksanakan kedisiplinan secara rutinitas khususnya pada jaga mesin adalah untuk memperlancar proses operasional kapal, dan seorang Chief Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk me manage kru nya dalam melakukan kedisiplinan jaga. Agar semuanya berjalan lancar tanpa ada kendala. Sumber data diperoleh secara langsung di atas kapal dan dari buku-buku referensi yang berkaitan dengan judul. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini agar para ABK mesin dapat lebih fokus dan disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas jaganya. Penyebab terjadinya ketidakdisiplinan ABK di kapal MV. Coal briquettes generally have a slowignition time. Therefore, this study modifies coal briquettes by adding a blazingstimulant of palm frond fiber and potassium chlorate. The objectives to be achieved in this study wereto find out the effect of pressure variations modificationsof coal briquettes to the ignition time. In this study, the briquetting process was done by varying pressure of 200 Psi, 300 Psi, 400 Psi, 500 psi and 600 Psi. Coal briquette powder particle size used in this study was 80-100 mesh while the particle size of oil palm frond fibers used were 40-50 mesh. The results showed that the fastest ignition time obtained at a pressure of 200 Psi with ignition time 132 seconds. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi geometrik elemen-elemen jalan dan mengetahui tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan Jenderal Besar Soeharto. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif untuk mengetahui kondisi geometrik elemen-elemen jalan serta penggabungan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif guna mengetahui tingkat pelayanan jalan, mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor KM 14 tahun 2006 dengan syarat memiliki tingkat pelayanan sekurang-kurangnya B dan model pertumbuhan lalu lintas. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Jenderal Besar Soeharto di Desa Mohungo yang dibagi menjadi 2 segmen dengan mengukur geometrik jalan, kecepatan lapangan dan hambatan samping di sekitar ruas jalan; dan data sekunder pada instansi /dinas terkait. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa masih ada beberapa elemen jalan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar perencanaan dan beberapa elemen belum tersedia/terbangun pada kedua segmen. Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan informasi saat ini semua informasi akan lebih mudah dan efektif diterima setiap orang, maka dalam mengakses informasi penyebaran Covid-19 dengan perangkat mobile. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Geografis Penyebaran Covid-19 di Kota Manado Berbasis Mobile dengan sistem operasi Android. Android yang merupakan sistem operasi yang banyak digunakan dan mudah, menjadi pilihan dalam pengembangan sistem ini. Metodologi penelitian pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Waterfall, karena metode ini menjalankan proses pengembangan bertahap one by one yang harus diselesaikan untuk menuju ke tahap selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan implementasi antarmuka web app, antarmuka aplikasi dan hasil pengujian black box, aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan. The community is the main source of information for this agency in terms of monitoring the use of natural resources in their environment, but it is the community themselves who rarely provide information because the community must report directly and it takes time and money to report. One alternative that can be done to provide good service is to build an information system application for communication media with the Work System Framework approach. Work System Framework is a system where humans or machines participate in running business processes using information, technology and resources, in conducting analysis and design modeling is carried out with the Unified modeling language. \u0000Pelayanan publik atau layanan masyarakat diartikan sebagai pemberian layanan kepada masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan. Balai Konservasi Dan Sumber Daya Alam adalah sebuah Instansi yang bergelut di bidang konservasi dan sumber daya alam yang bertanggung jawab mengawasi upaya-upaya penangkaran dan pemeliharaan tumbuhan dan satwa dilindungi oleh perorangan, perusahaan dan lembaga. Masyarakat merupakan sumber informasi utama bagi instansi ini dalam hal pemantauan terhadap pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di lingkugannya, tetapi justru masyarakat sendiri yang jarang memberikan informasi dikaranakan masyarakat harus melakukan pelaporan secara langsung dan membutuhkan waktu dan biaya untuk melakukan pelaporan.
