The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on economic growth, such as a decline in each quarter of 2020. It also affects the income and level of consumption of the community. UMKM, as the spearhead of economic affairs, can certainly provide solutions to the problems faced. The tendency of the halal industry, especially in halal products, is currently experiencing a panic, where all products must have a halal certificate. This study aims to analyze the potential of halal-based UMKM on the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is qualitative with a literacy approach, referring to the findings that correlate with the studied variables. The result of this research is that halal-based UMKM provides economic improvement. The population of Muslims in Indonesia reached 229.62 million people, and it has an impact on the level of consumption of foods and drinks labelled as halal, especially during a pandemic. The tendency that occurs determines consumption in society. This standard helps differentiate between methodological work that is characterized by objectivity, and doctrinal or ideological work where subjectivity predominates. However, there are major obstacles that stand in the way of applying this objective assessment; namely the problem of defining the boundaries between al-Manhajiyah (methodology) and al-Madhhabiyah (doctrinal thinking or ideology) in Islamic Thought. Defining those boundaries encounters, and is influenced by, a series of problems, most notably the conceptual confusion caused by the lack of precision in the definition of the words: al-Manhaj (method) and al-Madhhab (doctrine). This study aims at solving these problems by determining the points of convergence and divergence between what is purely objective and methodological, and what is purely subjective and based on doctrinal affiliation. In order to achieve this goal, this paper used a conceptual approach to study the concepts of al-Manhaj (method) and al-Madhhab (doctrine) based on their maturity, and the agreement upon their meaning. The paper also demonstrated the impact of each criterion on objectivity in Islamic Thought. Finding the north using a compass, especially in buildings, is not encouraged so that an alternative method is needed. Apart from using a compass and istiwa stick (gnomon), Polaris can also be used to reference the north, but it is not popular because of its limited appearance, which is only easily observed in areas which located above latitude 10o N. This study aims to examine theoretically the accuracy of Polaris as a reference for the north point in determining the Qibla direction. This research belongs to library research using secondary data. The data were obtained from various sources such as Stellarium software and various relevant articles. Based on this research, it is concluded that in the region near the equator (less than latitude 10o N), Polaris is difficult to observe because it is very low above the horizon. Thus, for the sake of determining the Qibla direction, the results are inaccurate. Whereas in regions that are located far north from the equator (at latitude above 10o N) the north point can be determined easily because Polaris can be observed quite high. This also includes memorizing verses of the Qur'an and studying Arabic for eighteen hours a week at school. They also learn to speak and understand Arabic scripts. This process is a good effort to improve students' ability and understanding of Arabic texts. But in reality, most of the students face difficulty in understanding the Arabic language, especially in understanding the text because they find it difficult to memorize the vocabulary and they have a lack of vocabulary, and this makes them weak in understanding and speaking the Arabic language. Therefore, the researcher wanted to conduct a research entitled: \"The Effectiveness of the Crossword Tool in Improving Students' Understanding of the Arabic Text in SMP IT Madrasatul Quran\". The aim of this research is to improve the students' ability to understand the Arabic text and know their response to the use of crossword puzzles. The method of research in this research is Classroom action research. The research was conducted on eighth grade students of the SMP IT Madrasatul Quran. The research tools used are the questionnaire and the test. The result shows that the application of the crossword puzzle is effective in improving the students' understanding of the Arabic text with the mean score 86.16, and the students respond positively with the mean score 3.64. The teacher used the book “Mutammimah Al-Ajrūmiyah” using the traditional methods at the Dar Al-Ihsan Institute, Aceh Besar. The researchers noticed that the teacher's teaching process did not consider the students' conditions, as they did not cooperate in the learning process, so the process of teaching and learning became boring for them. This condition affects their lack of understanding of the lesson. Therefore, this study aims to apply the cooperative learning method with the Jiqsaw method to improve the students' ability to understand the rules of grammar and identify the students' responses in the learning process and the teacher's efforts to overcome the problems that occur during the learning process. This research was conducted using the action research method in the classroom, and the research tools used were tests, questionnaires and observations. The research participants of this study are all students of the Dar Al Ihsan Institute, which numbered 518 students, while the sample taken is the fourth-grade students, numbering 27 students. As for the results of this research, the students' average score is 89.44, which indicates the effectiveness of this method in improving the students' ability to understand grammatical rules. The teacher overcomes the problem by discussing and using concept maps to make it easier for students to understand the lessons when learning and provide learning motivation so that they are happy when learning the language. The researcher employed descriptive analysis as the research method. The data were collected using scientific documents and interviews. The study result shows that economic crisis in the era of Prophet Yusuf included fifteen years of food crisis and the budget planning consisted of three stages namely: early warning stage and the preparation for the crisis called as the seven first phase and phase facing the crisis called as the seven second phase and the reactivity phase is called as annual cycle. The Libyan economic crisis was due to the decrease of its macroeconomy and the weak condition of state institutions leading to significant oil production decrease and the shutdown of the harbors, the increase of the unemployed due to drastic decrease of non-oil sector, liquidity in financial sector without state assistance further weakened Libyan economy both in the trade and industrial activities contributing to high inflation.
