This research uses social construction theory proposed by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman. The research approach used is qualitative research with the case study method. The determination of informant criteria was carried out by means of purposive sampling. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by following the interactive data analysis model from Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data display, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study show surau-based education in the 21st century is packaged in the form of Al-qur’an reading and writing programs at TPQ-TPA, didikkan subuh, wirid remaja, and youth boarding schools. Surau is interpreted today, no longer as it was before the 21st century, namely martial arts, and a place to sleep or where adult men gather but functions the same as a mushala and a mosque, namely a place of worship and learning that are not only for boys but also for girls of school age. The house of worship for Muslims in Padang is used as a means of implementing certified qur’anic educational institutions. The novelty in this research is the internalization of surau-based 21st century education values.","PeriodicalId":31651,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial Mamangan","volume":"29 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139334692","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The focus of the study was carried out in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, as one of the implementers of the GPPTT and as a Food Barn. The communication system based on black box analysis shows that community empowerment based on the GPPTT Program is good, it is carried out based on five elements consisting of environmental input, controlled input, uncontrolled input, desired input and unwanted input. The pattern of analysis of the GPPTT program system is based on the existence of GPPPT policies, empowerment strategies and technical guidelines that affect the empowerment of farmers in adopting the jajar legowo cropping system so as to produce a paradigm shift in empowerment communication. The method is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and literature studies. The analytical knife used is the concept of organizational capability put forward by Neo and Chan. The study's results stated that there were obstacles in the aspects of able people and agile processes, including limited staff, barriers to competency development, team member recruitment that could have used the merit system, substandard educational qualifications, and limited resources. This condition results in flawed thinking ahead, thinking again, and thinking across, which must be developed within the organization. The recommendations proposed are improving able people and agile processes by increasing educational qualifications, competency development programs, and merit system-based recruitment. Districts must also apply thinking ahead, thinking again, and thinking across in building dynamic organizational capabilities. Meanwhile, in the context of optimizing the development of village government administration, it is necessary to develop competence in the field of village administration for sub-district officials.","PeriodicalId":31651,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmu Sosial Mamangan","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43916922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
