On the other hand, Islam as a religion also has a source of law that regulates human life and of course the laws regulated in Islam are in the name of God and justice. Human rights debates often occur when Islamic law wants to be applied, for example, cutting hands, capital punishment and so on. Though the punishment is in the name of God and justice. This is the object of a research study on how Islam views human rights, this study has also been carried out by several researchers such as Sitti Aminah's writing with the title \"Human Rights in the Perspective of the Qur'an\", besides that there is an article from Nur Asiah who wrote an article with the title Rights Human Rights Perspective of Islamic Law. Although these two articles write about human rights, there is a difference with this research, which lies in the methodology and discussion. The methodology used is the comparative method, which means that comparisons between several cases of Islamic law and ordinary legal cases such as imprisonment and hand cutting are compared. Many methods, techniques and approaches are offered by hadith scientists to pave the way for understanding hadith so that hadith which is a product of the past can be kept up to date and become a guide for Muslims who are rahmatan lil alamin. To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the matan of hadith, one way is to have knowledge of the form of matan used by the Prophet Muhammad in the expression of hadith. The forms of hadith expressions referred to are Jawamil kalim, tamsil, ramzi, qiyas and conversational forms, which are the privileges of the Prophet Muhammad in conveying hadith. The five features are adapted to the case faced by the Prophet Muhammad, and cannot be focused on a particular hadith. Thus, the language of the Prophet's da'wah has a meaning value package in conveying parables and symbolic expressions for friends' questions. The expression in the form of matan, can be one of the tools in understanding hadith. The three agendas offered in the form of our attitude towards old traditions, our attitude towards Western traditions, and our attitude towards reality, are an epistemological construct of the development of systemically intertwined Islamic studies. Karya Amina Wadud tersebut sesungguhnya merupakan kegelisahan intelektual yang dialaminya mengenai ketidak-adilan gender dalam masyarakatnya. Salah satu sebabnya adalah pengaruh idiologi-doktrin penafsiran al-Qur’an yang dianggapnya bias patriarki. Dalam buku tersebut Amina Wadud mencoba untuk melakukan dekonstruksi dan rekonstruksi terhadap model penafsiran klasik yang syarat dengan bias patriarki tersebut. Amina Wadud adalah seorang tokoh Feminis yang dengan pengalaman dan jenis kelaminnya sebagai perempuan telah mengalami kegelisahan dan kegalauan akan kondisi perempuan yang ter-subordinatkan dari kaum laki-laki pada zamannya. Kegelisahan dan kegalauan ini mendorongnya untuk melakukan studi dan penelitian terhadap Al-Qur’an dengan asumsi bahwa teks suci itulah yang mungkin menjadi sebab timbulnya pemahaman yang menempatkan perempuan pada posisi yang ter-subordinatkan dari kaum laki-laki. The importance of understanding the exegetical patterns/models driven by the Sufis, in order to become a better alternative to the patterns of understanding/interpreting the Qur’an. This article will conduct an analysis with a focus on: Sufi interpretation; scientific analysis and religious appreciation, discourse of meaning in Sufi interpretation, and patterns/models of al-Qusyairi's Sufistism interpretation. The research framework used is Abdullah Saeed's hierarchy of values to read the hierarchy of meaning of the Sufi al-Qusyairi interpretation. The findings of this research include: Sufi interpretation is a tafir based on knowledge (knowledge) and the depth of Islamic charity (experience). Al-Qusyair Sufi interpretation is elaborates between knowledge and Islamic spiritual experience. In the discourse of meaning, Sufi interpretation is based on the condition of the Sufi soul at different states (ahwal) and spiritual levels (maqamat). However, mystical perception of the Qur’an must come to terms with its birth meaning. The Sufistic interpretation of al-Qusyairi can combine the meaning of isyariyyah with the meaning of lahiriah verse. The challenge for the current generation (millennial) is the opening of all channels of information that are very easy to obtain but not accompanied by good assistance from teachers and parents, so they are prone to absorb wrong information or even information that is not suitable for the size of the mind and soul. The next problem that occurs at this time is the reduced role of a teacher in shaping character and providing teaching materials that they should receive. This paper will invite to explore how the process of transformation of Islamic education was exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad and the Archangel Jibril before his companions regarding the methods used and what materials should be taught as the basis of Islamic knowledge. This research will use the literature method through the hadith literature and books that recite the hadith. The author also uses a philosophical and hermeneutic approach in understanding this hadith to get a new understanding but not out of an educational context. The method used is transect walk. This method is carried out as a strategy to map the existence of cultural heritage from the existence of complexes of ancient tombs. His findings that the identification of ancient tombs in the city of Medan, especially in Martubung village, namely the Tomb of Datuk Hasan, Tomb of Datuk Payung, Tomb of Datuk Tongah, Datuk Dadih and Tomb of Datuk Hitam. To maintain the cultural heritage, the government collaborates with local communities to conduct socialization and conservation activities that include physical protection, transfer, excavation and recording, maintenance. Besides that, ukhuwwah can also eliminate fanaticism (asabiyyah). In Islam, humans are considered special because of their devotion. The Prophet made ukhuwwah a strong bond, not just an expression. Actions that are tied to the relationship of blood and possessions and recognition will be created by mutual love, high sacrifice that is engraved on a good role model, namely Rasulullah Saw. \u0000Ukhuwwah dalam Islam memiliki tujuan yaitu menghilangkan persaingan antar individu, suku, cinta diri yang berlebihan, sifat ego dan menghidupkan spirit saling membantu, bekerja sama dan saling mencintai dengan dasar cinta karena Allah Swt dan Rasul-Nya. Selain itu ukhuwwah juga dapat menghilangkan fanatisme (as}abiyyah). Dalam Islam, orang tidak akan memiliki keistimewaan di hadapan Allah swt. serta tidak dipandang terdepan maupun terbelakang kecuali dengan kadar ketaqwaannya. Nabi juga telah menjadikan ukhuwwah ini sebagai ikatan kuat dan bukan sekedar ungkapan yang tidak bermakna.
