Information easily available on the Internet help researchers understand people they study. The existing techniques of the opinion mining usually consist of sentiment classification, feature-based opinion mining, summarization, comparative sentence and relation mining, opinion search, opinion spam, and the linguistic dictionary construction such as the WordNet. This paper, however, proposes differing methods of opinion mining from existing ones. The methods we present here enable credibility evaluation and result conversion using influence of each opinion holder on the Internet and their personal information, which are an analysis-result of LIWC, including their background information and tendency.","PeriodicalId":315132,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117345367","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To achieve success in m-commerce, companies must first understand consumer behaviors toward m-commerce adoption. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive review of the information system (IS) literature related to consumer perspectives of m-commerce, integrate research findings across studies in order to enhance the knowledge of consumer behavior regarding m-commerce adoption, and provide a clear direction for further discussion. An integrative framework based on finding according to a coherent and comprehensive review related studies in m-commerce field was proposed. This integrative framework proposed system quality, information quality, service quality, and bizware characteristics as critical factors that influence consumer behaviors toward adopting m-commerce through the perceptions of easy of use, usefulness, risk, and convenience.","PeriodicalId":315132,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115742540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Some conventional localization techniques employ GPS or other location-tracking devices installed on sensor nodes. On the other hand, other methods provide location information by taking into account node connectivity only. One example of such methods is a multidimensional scaling-MAP (MDS-MAP), which provides the most accurate location information to date. MDS-MAP, however, has a computational overhead of O(n^3) in a network of n nodes and also it intrinsically generates significant localization accuracy error in an environment with holes. This paper proposes a cluster-based MDS scheme for range-free localization, CMDS for short, which addresses the shortcomings of MDS-MAP and yields higher accuracy in all environments. Simulation results demonstrate that in a sensor network environment with holes, the proposed scheme gives up to 23% improvement in localization accuracy over hierarchical MDS (HMDS), which is an enhanced version of the conventional MDS-MAP.","PeriodicalId":315132,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114619674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Furthermore, nodes can communicate with each other without any fixed infrastructure as the base stations. The Ad-hoc On demand Distance Vector (AODV) is the most typical reactive routing protocol in MANET. It has been extensively studied through not only computer simulations but also implementations on real network. In this paper, an implementation of AODV routing protocol with multi-metric was presented. In the implementation, an Uppsala University routing protocol, AODVUU was modified in order to apply multi-metrics. Moreover, both AODV-UU and modified AODV-UU were implemented within a Linux-based test bed: a real ad-hoc network. Finally, the performance of both protocols was evaluated experimentally.","PeriodicalId":315132,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125860200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

IEEE 1588 standard defines a high precision clock synchronization protocol in measurement and control systems. In this paper, an excellent time synchronization scheme for WDS based on the IEEE 1588 standard is proposed. The application of IEEE 1588 on wireless distributed system is analyzed with emphasis on PTP synchronization accuracy influenced by topology choice and domain division. The two typical wireless network topologies, i.e. single-level star structure and multi-level tree structure, are employed in the scheme. Matlab simulations are carried out to evaluate the synchronization accuracy of the synchronization scheme for both network topologies. In addition, the PTP clock synchronization accuracy is researched on different access mechanism through simulations.","PeriodicalId":315132,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery","volume":"8 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126274235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to the limited bandwidth of the feedback channel, feedback reduction becomes very important in multi-user OFDMA systems. In this paper I propose a new feedback reduction scheme for downlink scheduling. In this proposed scheme, each user selects effective CQI reporting to BS. The feedback reduction scheme can reduce more feedback load and have more system throughput and fairness than the best-M feedback reduction scheme. Also the application of this scheme is not limited to specific scheduling algorithm.","PeriodicalId":315132,"journal":{"name":"2010 International Conference on Cyber-Enabled Distributed Computing and Knowledge Discovery","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131794404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
