On the other hand, the statement seems to illustrate that the students brought up in the institution are not concerned with worldly matters. The learning curriculum is said not to care about the function of the mind but instead makes students passive and only follow what is presented by the teacher. Using a content analysis approach, this study pays attention to the content of the book Ta’alim Al-Muta’allim written by Imam Al-Zarnuji. This book is a guide for the citizens of traditional educational institutions whether in terms of curriculum, aspects of teaching and learning, and ethics of life. The main objective of this study is to see whether the use of the book can influence positive thinking and lifestyle that not only think about the question of the hereafter but also perform the responsibilities that need to be fulfilled in the world. The results of the study found that the content of the book not only focuses on educational practice, but also encourages students to earn a living but with good intentions, especially to increase knowledge. This type of research is library study, using the method of collecting data documentation by using books and journals as the main source. The data obtained are presented and analyzed so as to obtain interesting and scientific conclusions. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which took place at the Pesantren Al-Anwar in Rembang and the Pesantren Al-Luqmaniyyah in Yogyakarta, with the object of research being the students from the pesantren who actively participated in the bahs al-masāil forum. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) a description of the student’s readiness in facing the ANBK, (2) what factors were the obstacles for student in preparation for ANBK. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach regarding the student’s readiness Utara in facing ANBK. Preparations made by students in facing ANBK include participating in the socialization carried out by teachers who serve as proctors and technicians. Then students participating in computer use training accompanied by teachers which are carried out after school. During this training the teacher provides motivational support to students to stay motivated, enthusiastic, and not worried in facing ANBK There are several obstacles to students' readiness to face ANBK, namely students have low technological literacy, limited available computer equipment, limited power sources as a resource for using computer equipment, and limited internet networks causing students to not be able to participate in simulations on the ANBK website. This research was qualitative. The subjects were principals and PAI teachers. The data were collected using observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The results indicated that in the planning process for character education during the COVID-19 pandemic, an educator is required to prepare an attractive lesson plan. While in the implementation of character education, educators instill character values with the method of inquiry, discussion, question and answer, lectures, giving advice, and the Al-Quran Tahfidz program. The method used was a qualitative method using library research. The study showed that during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the teachers and students conducted their teaching and learning using media such as laptops, smartphones, or tablets connected through the network by providers or WiFi. Students' physical health was distracted due to the duration of using those media was too long. At the same time, insufficient supervision by parents also affected their psychological health since all information spread very quickly without any qualified filter. However, teachers also experienced the same cases as students' have. The purpose of this study was to describe an integrated approach as an alternative medium for Islamic education innovation. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and interview. The data were analyzed using Miles Huberman and Saldana's stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the integrated approach implemented at SMP IT Salman Al-Farizi Yogyakarta was able to be an alternative media for Islamic education innovation in the millennial era. Experimental methods were used in this study, while data collection techniques used observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the use of the Collaborative learning approach was very good at 88.46%. The experimental class was also categorically very good by 85.48%, while the control class was categorically as good only by 78.39%. There was a significant difference between the learning outcomes using the Collaborative learning approach and the conventional one.
