It accelerates and stabilizes iterative process. Simple effective algorithm to calculate exact relaxation for n-points iterative method is proposed and justified. A study of the thermal field electron emission from a thin dielectric (ZrO2) layers at the needle - shaped W and Mo microcrystals have shown that the emission process behavior does not agree with the classical thermal field emission theory. It is established that at temperature of NBS substance ~ 2000 ±100 K electron emission process is activated at rather low values of extraction fields intensity (less ~ 50 V/μm). It is shown, that in a stationary mode of an electron emission from the investigated NBS surfaces the emission current density achieves abnormal high values (the order ~ 108 A/cm2) and the reduced brightness of an emitted electrons flux can make ~ 106A/(cm2sr V). The detected phenomenon of sharp increase of emission ability for investigated NBS was named abnormal thermal field emission (ATFE). The model of the found out phenomenon for field emission process from a NBS of a kind: a conductor (metal) - a thin dielectric layer, is offered.","PeriodicalId":314830,"journal":{"name":"2014 2nd 2014 2nd International Conference on Emission Electronics (ICEE)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131643630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper we consider the applied aspect of organising distributed service systems in a cloud. In particular, we consider the advantages provided by cloud solutions: geographical distribution, operating stability, and scaling flexibility. We show the drawbacks of existing broker and brokerless solutions of organising messaging between the nodes of distributed service systems. In this context, we describe a solution that will use the existing transportation scheme as the basis and will allow to solve fundamental issues, such as expanding the database of messaging patterns, system scaling, and flexible workload redistribution between the heterogeneous nodes of a cloud system.","PeriodicalId":314830,"journal":{"name":"2014 2nd 2014 2nd International Conference on Emission Electronics (ICEE)","volume":"25 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131790536","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Working with real equipment implies occurence of various perturbations influencing on optical parameters of the laser beam. This increases divergence of beams and causes diminishing surface density of energy beacause of irradiation and affecting the pointing accuracy of optical navigation systems. One of the approaches to partial compensation of the perturbations influence is using adaptive optical control systems.
