In this paper, an incremental mining algorithm for erasable itemset is proposed. It is based on the concept of the fast-update (FUP) approach, which was originally designed for association mining. In this regard, we first discuss differences between the typical semiotic communication model and instagram social network communication model. Then having discussed design aspects of an instagram as well as its application user interface, we try to show how social semiotic requirements can best fit in instagram as a social networks media for sharing pictures and extending social relations among artists, citizens and business agents. In this paper it will be shown by recruiting a clear social semiotic model that instagram can also be utilized as a successful platform for pictorial and multimodal sign production and distribution. In the end we discussed the collective semantic intelligence based on instagram. Feature vectors are obtained by using Daubechies wavelet transforms with different degrees and their effect on the classification success is examined. When the results are evaluated, it is determined that Artificial Neural Networks algorithm is the most successful method using db3 and db5 wavelet coefficients as feature vector. In such cases, we have to rely on subjective estimations made by persons with practical knowledge in the field of interest, i.e. experts. However, in some realistic situations, the decision makers might be reluctant or unable to assign the crisp values to the evaluation judgments due to his/her limited knowledge. In other words, there is a certain degree of hesitancy in human cognition and his/her judgment. The probabilistic approach turns out to be insufficient in modeling the subjective uncertainty. Taking advantages of the Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy sets in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty into account, they can be used to handle with the subjective evaluations of experts, who may have insufficient knowledge of the problem domain or uncertainty in assigning the evaluation values to the objects considered. The adaptive conflictless scheduling is an alternative to existing synchronization mechanisms used in known solutions of concurrency problem to provide parallel tasks processing without resource conflicts. Used in this paper scheduling concept eliminates deadlock between tasks that are caused by the wrong allocation of shared resources, regardless of the specification of task environment. The adaptive conflictless scheduling, in opposition to other solutions dedicated to specific problem, is a universal approach and can be used to solve different concurrency problems. This article presents versatility of applications of adaptive conflictless scheduling by its usage in two classical concurrency problems: readers and writers and dining philosophers. Analysis of scheduling rules, when conflictless scheduling is applied, shows lack of task starvation in both classical concurrency problems. If conflictless scheduling is used, there is no need to use any other synchronization mechanisms for control tasks access to groups of shared resources. In presented approach only the programmer has to separate tasks and for each of them has to establish and report all required shared resources. Then tasks synchronization in accessing resource groups will be performed according to the adaptive conflictless schedule, which is the sequence of conflictless schedules. The concept of conflictless scheduling bases on efficient resource conflict detection between tasks by its resource identifiers and delayed execution of conflicted tasks using many FIFO queues assigned individually to each group of shared resources. The paper shows that merging both stacking and rotation-based ensemble techniques with machine classification based on data reduction may bring additional benefits with respect to the accuracy of the classification process. The finding that has been confirmed by computational experiments. In this paper, we try to answer important questions that have to be asked before the creation of a prediction market e. g. “What factors influence the prediction market error and how could this be minimized?”. This paper treats the problems more broadly. The designed device, composed of seven rotary joints, is equipped with the closed loop Bowden cable conduit system with linear DC actuators. This conduit system was applied in order to significantly reduce the mass of designed construction. The article describes the proposed kinematic structure, as well as the simple dynamic analysis of the ExoArm 7-DOF. Such outliers can have negative (i.e. abnormal observations) or positive (i.e. detection of new features) impact on their work. Despite the fact, that several methods of outlier detection already exist, there is still a need to improve them. In this work we propose a method for evolutionary outlier detection. The novelty of our approach is a set of criteria, which are used to decide, whether to treat observation as an outlier or not.
