This research method was a pre-experimental design using the one-group pretest-posttest design type. The samples for this research were the students of class X MIPA Al-Mustaqim who were studying for the 2021–2022 academic year. A saturated sampling technique was used to perform the sampling. The data collection technique for this study was a test consisting of thirteen multiple-choice questions and three essays. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Paired Sample T-Test. The data analysis findings showed that before being given treatment, the average score of factual knowledge was 39.20, conceptual knowledge was 47.60, and procedural knowledge was 44.00. After the treatment, the average score for factual knowledge was 68.80, conceptual knowledge was 67.97, and procedural knowledge was 67.00. The results of hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test showed differences in the average learning outcomes before and after using the direct instruction learning model assisted by the Phyphox application media in terms of factual, conceptual, and procedural knowledge. Based on these findings, it was determined that the direct instruction learning model with the assistance of the Phyphox application was effective in learning to provide students with opportunities for the successful learning process, with a Cohen's effect size of 1.94 (classified as very high). The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Therefore, as many as 12 physics teachers from SMA and MA in Merauke City were sampled in the study. The sample in this study was selected through a purposive sampling technique with criteria based on educational strata, length of teaching, educator certificate and ease of access. Furthermore, data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire containing 30 statement items with a Likert scale consisting of 5 answer choices. Then, data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The result of this analysis is the accumulation of basic data in the form of the percentage of total responses followed by determining response criteria using interpretation criteria. Based on these criteria, it can be seen that the criteria for physics teachers' perceptions of the need for digital teaching materials. The study results show that the average perception of physics teachers is 88.1% and is included in the criteria for needing digital teaching materials. According to the teacher's perception, the order of priority for teaching material needs is e-module with the TPACK approach (91.3%), e-student worksheets with a scientific approach (83.3%), and interactive multimedia-based learning videos (75%). This research collected data on the perceptions of physics teachers at SMA and MA Merauke as a stage of needs analysis in development research. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of STEM-integrated problem-based learning (STEM-PBL) in enhancing students' science literacy skills. This research is part of research and development with the ADDIE model in the implementation and evaluation stages. The implementation test used a one-group pre-test and post-test design on 58 students divided into two groups. The data collection instruments were science literacy tests and an interview questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) paired t-test results showed that there was a significant increase in students' science literacy skills in both groups; (2) independent t-test results showed that there was no significant difference in the average N-gain score of science literacy in both groups; and (3) n-gain test results for science literacy showed an increase in science literacy in both groups in high criteria. Thus, STEM-PBL is effective in enhancing students' science literacy. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method. A total of 31 science and physics teachers participated as the research sample which was determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a mixed questionnaire consisting of 14 questions which were then distributed online using Google Form. Based on the findings, learning using the LMS offers many advantages, but the findings also show that there are deficiencies in terms of the internet network which has an impact on delays in incoming information to students. Then, the results of the analysis show that 100% of science and physics teachers need the application and development of LMS to make it easier for them to convey physics material so that it is more flexible, effective, and efficient. The LMS expected by the physics teacher contains features such as video conferencing, uploading files/tasks, discussion forms, quizzes, and absences, then the LMS is user-friendly, can be used without the internet, and manages grades automatically. This study employed the ADDIE methodology comprising five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The average mistake percentage for acrylic material was 4%, cake mat was 13%, and rice paper was 10%, according to the findings of the accuracy of the teaching aid on the moment of inertia material based on Arduino Nano and the TCRT5000 sensor. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the validation of teaching aids on the moment of inertia material based on the Arduino Nano using the TCRT5000 sensor by three media experts obtained an average score of 95% in the \"very feasible\" category and by three material expert validators on teaching aids obtained an average percentage of 97.33% in the \"very decent\" category and the guidebook an average percentage of 99% is in the \"very decent\" category. Student reactions to teaching aids received an 80 percent score in the \"very suitable\" area and a 79 percent score in the \"good\" category for the handbook. This research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design and a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. In this research, the Class XI science students of SMA Negeri 1 Mentaya Hilir Utara during the 2022-2023 school year would present as the population. Class XI IPA I was selected as the experimental class, while class XI IPA II was presented as the control class in the sample. The collected research data will be analyzed using the Willcoxon test, the Mann-Whitney difference test, and the N-gain test. The improvement (N-Gain) of all indicators has reached the moderate category. Indications in the element of elaboration increased the highest, while indicators in the aspect of originality increased the lowest. Based on the improvement in each indicator and the results of regression tests on each indicator, it is demonstrated that STEAM learning has a very favorable effect on students' creative thinking abilities. This study aimed to characterize the profile of students' scientific literacy and self-concept. The descriptive research approach was employed in this study, with a single case design. Learning observation sheets, interview sheets, scientific literacy tests, and student self-concept surveys were utilized as study instruments. The quantitative data acquired from questionnaires and tests in this study will be examined descriptively by percentage. Students' scientific literacy abilities are still rather low in general. Competency domain indicators for explaining scientific phenomena are in the medium category, obtaining a percentage of 78%, while competency domain indicators for evaluating and designing scientific investigations are in a low category, obtaining a percentage of 58%, and competency domain indicators for interpreting data and scientific evidence are in the deficient category, obtaining a percentage of only 46%. Students' attitudes toward learning physics are rated as modest. Penelitian ini menggunkan model (Research andDevelopment). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D denganlangkah-langkahDefine,Design,Develop dan Dissemination. Namun untuk penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap 3D yaitu Define,Design, dan Develop. Tahapan analisis pada Define dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kebutuhan yang dilakukan di tiga sekolah yaitu SMA N 7 Kota Bengkulu, SMA N 4 Kota Bengkulu, dan SMA N 9 Kota Bengkulu kemudian dilakukan perancangan pengembangan instrument soal. Instrumen tes berisikan 6 soal uraian yang menggunakan indikator keterampilan problem solving. Setelah itu instrument yang telah disusun divalidasi oleh tiga pakar yaitu dua ahli dan satu praktisi. Berdasarkanhasilujivalidasiaspekmateri, aspek konstruksi, aspek bahasa memperoleh persentase validasi berturut-turut sebesar 100%, 98,6% dan 100%. Dengan demikian instrumen yang disusun dikategorikansangat layak digunakan. This study aims to produce a valid problem-solving skill test instrument and determine the feasibility of a problem-solving skill test instrument on straight-motion material.This research uses a model (Research and Development). The development model used is a 4D model with the steps of Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination. However, this research is limited to the 3D stage, namely Define, Design, and Develop. The analysis stage in Define was carried out by distributing a needs questionnaire which was carried out in three schools, namely SMA N 7 Bengkulu City, SMA N 4 Bengkulu City, and SMA N 9 Bengkulu City; then carried out the design of the question instrument development. The test instrument contains six description questions that use problem-solving. After that, the instrument that has been compiled is validated by three experts, namely two experts and one practitioner. Based on the validation test results, the material aspect, construction aspect, and language aspect obtained validation percentages of 100%, 98.6% and 100%, respectively. Penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) model 4D dimodifikasi menjadi 3D (define, design, develop) karena terbatasnya waktu dan materi yang diperlukan dalam penelitian agar menyelesaikan penelitian ini hingga tahap uji keterbacaan produk. Penelitian ini merupakan tahap define dan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara guru fisika serta angket kebutuhan siswa dan guru. Studi pendahuluan melibatkan 45 siswa dan 3 guru fisika di 3 SMAN Kota Bengkulu. Hasil angket kebutuhan guru menyatakan sebesar 100% guru belum melibatkan pembelajaran fisika dengan menghubungkan pengetahuan sains dan budaya lokal Bengkulu dan angket kebutuhan siswa juga menyatakan sebesar 89% guru mereka belum melibatkan pembelajaran fisika dengan budaya lokal Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil angket kebutuhan siswa dan guru juga dinyatakan bahwa 84% siswa menjawab “ya” yang termasuk kategori “sangat setuju” dan 100% guru menjawab “ya” dengan kategori “sangat setuju” apabila modul materi suhu dan kalor berbasis etnosains (Batik Besurek) ini dapat dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan diperlukan bahan ajar alternatif berupa modul fisika berbasis etnosains (Batik Besurek) materi suhu dan kalor untuk siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMAN Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan modul suhu dan kalor berintegrasi kearifan lokal, dikarenakan belum adanya pengembangan modul di tempat penelitian, sehingga dapat memotivasi pembelajaran siswa dan guru dalam mengenal kearifan lokal Bengkulu kegiatan membatik kain besurek. This study aims to describe the needs analysis for developing an ethnoscience-based heat and temperature material module (Batik Besurek) for class XI MIPA students at SMAN Bengkulu City. The 4D Research and Development (R&D) model was modified to 3D (define, design, develop) due to the limited time and material needed to complete this research up to the product legibility test stage. This research is a defined stage and uses descriptive data analysis techniques. The research instruments were interviews with physics teachers and questionnaires for the needs of students and teachers. The preliminary study involved 45 students and 3 physics teachers at 3 Bengkulu City High Schools. The results of the teacher need questionnaire stated that 100% of teachers had not been involved in physics learning by linking science knowledge and local Bengkulu culture. The student needs questionnaire also stated that 89% of their teachers had not been involved in physics learning with Bengkulu's local culture. Hasil penelitian untuk arus AC menunjukkan sinyal keluaran berbentuk gelombang sinus, sedangkan hasil penelitian pada arus DC menghasilkan sinyal keluaran yang lurus dengan tegangan yang tetap. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh disesuaikan dengan konsep simulink matlab dalam perancangan rangkaian arus AC dan DC listrik yang telah diajarkan di sekolah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah simulink ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu penunjang praktikum fisika dari segi visualisasi. This study aims to include a study on the design of AC and DC currents using Matlab Simulink. This research uses 4D development, which is carried out only until the design and development stage. The research results for AC current show that the output signal is in the form of a sine wave, while the research on DC current produces a straight output signal with a fixed voltage. So that the results obtained are adjusted to the concepts that have been taught at school.
