Dalam konteks pertumbuhan ekonomi global, perusahaan dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk menjaga keseimbangan. Oleh karena itu, sistem manajemen dan pengendalian yang efektif sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG dan Manajemen Risiko di PT Bank Papua. Selain menilai implementasi GCG di perusahaan tersebut, penelitian ini juga memeriksa kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses ini. Di dalam penelitian, penulis mengumpulkan data dan informasi penelitian dengan menggunakan proses dokumentasi oleh mengumpulkan instrumen yang terkait dengan manajemen risiko dan tata kelola yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini, data Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yang diartikan sebagai suatu metode analisis data dengan menggambarkan, menggambarkan, dan menggambarkan subjek atau objek yang diteliti berdasarkan fakta-fakta itu dilihat atau apa adanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG dalam manajemen risiko melibatkan berbagai pihak internal perusahaan, seperti pemegang saham, komisaris, direksi, dan komite audit. Mereka harus bekerja sama dan berperan aktif dalam menjalankan prinsip-prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik, terutama dalam mengelola risiko-risiko yang unik dalam sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah An Nahl Islamic School dengan permasalahan turunnya jumlah murid dalam 3 tahun ajaran terakhir yang salah satunya dampak dari pandemi covid-19, dengan selesainya pasca pandemi covid-19 ini, manajemen sekolah haruslah mempunyai strategi untuk bisa meningkatkan Penerimaan Peserta Didik baru (PPDB), dalam hal ini Penulis membantu untuk membuat suatu penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kurikulum, fasilitas, dan harga dalam memilih sekolah pendidikan formal serta untuk mengetahui apakah brand activation dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kurikulum, fasilitas, dan harga dalam memilih sekolah pendidikan formal. This type of fossil fuel is still being used by many countries despite it negative side effect to environment for example a greenhouse gas emission. Coal attractiveness is due to the fact that it is cheaper compared to other fossil fuel, resulting coal industries is still growing and predicted for many years to come. In Asia Pacific there are many countries dubbed as largest producers of coal, with China, India, and Indonesia being on the top three countries in Asia Pacific. With expected growth of 3.5% on yearly basis this makes Asia Pacific a significant contributor of the worlds coal industry. With that as well Asia Pacific contributes around 52% of the worlds carbon emissions in year 2020. Indonesia as the third largest coal producers, have approximately 8.9% growth in 2021. With projected coal production of 2.6% Year on Year. PT. Trimata Benua is one of the key players in Indonesia’s coal production. However, the company experience lack of productivity in operations, causing their production target missed. Is the absence of knowledge management system in the company causing that issue to arise. With that the company need to roll out and plan effective and structured knowledge management system to address their business issue. This research is based on three research questions. First one what is the best fit knowledge management strategy, second is to identify issues in operations, and the last one is to have suggestion for the company on the implementation plan based on their needs. This research will answer those research questions by referencing to the knowledge management theories on the People, Process, and Technology (PPT) as well as adopting Nonaka’s SECI model in knowledge transformation cycle and Jann model knowledge management framework (Jann). Since this research is the first stage of implementing knowledge management system, it will be a qualitative method used with data collection gathered through interviews. Data will be analyse using thematic analysis. There are several issues identified in relation of People, Process, and Technology. Ranging of the lack of professionalism, incomplete SOP, awareness and training program, and the minimum technology that is supporting operation team causing the inability of easy access to knowledge. By applying and utilize PPT, SECI, and as well as Jann framework, author manage to compile and design knowledge management system that is best fit for the company. Identifying the challenges, addressing capability gaps on the organization as well as identification of organization critical knowledge to achieve the objectives of implementation. This research analyzes gaps in primary care facilities across 627 districts in Indonesia's West Java Province. A data-driven approach identifies shortages and proposes an evidence-based strategic construction plan to improve equity. Demand was forecast using national standards of 1 clinics per 30,000 population. While some areas meet or exceed standards, severe shortages affect many districts. Gap analysis quantified deficiencies by subtracting existing clinics from projected demand for each district using simple linear extrapolation for each kota and kabupaten. Quantifying gaps at district level highlighted disparities not evident in provincial summaries. The gap analysis methodology substantiated widespread inequities by comparing granular demand modeling to current infrastructure. Findings demonstrate analytical techniques incorporating sub-regional data can identify hidden disparities and inform targeted policy. The technique provides a data-driven approach to inform healthcare planning and resource allocation, with applications for regional systems globally. In 2020, Average demand was 2 puskesmas, ranging up to 15. In total 363 districts fell below the minimum national standard for clinics per capita. Mapping visualized clusters of highly deprived regions. In 2020, with West Java's 47 million residents, total modeled demand is 1771 puskesmas and up to 1959 in 2032. Current healthcare quantity was collected through web scraping district websites, finding only 1016 existing puskesmas. This reveals a significant shortage, with over 55% of districts below the standard. Distribution inequity was evident, with puskesmas density spanning 0-10 across District. These findings clearly demonstrate a need for expanded investment in primary care infrastructure. To achieve more equitable access, a multi-year strategic construction plan was proposed targeting new clinic development in underserved districts. The plan stratified districts into priority tiers based on the severity of shortages. Digital transformation is the process of organizations to improve radically their performance using technology. The output from digital transformation is a digital platform as a new business model or core of the digitalization business process. One way for an organization to build a new business model is using co-creation, which means creating process value-making with the customer as the main collaborator. this research will overview a potential implementation of value co-creation in the NPO digital platform and the impact on the digital transformation process. The impact will be orchestrated with a mechanism in a digitally transformed innovation process. This research uses mixed methods qualitative & quantitative from key stakeholders in the NPO and donors of the NPO. The finding: transparency is the key for NPO to recover their current condition and it can implement in digital platforms. Opening three processes of transparency (distribution preparation -distribution process - report) and can also show their area distribution. But the process must be orchestrated with internal stakeholders related to digital adoption, leveraging digital technologies, developing digital capabilities, and managing boundaries. Sedangkan dalam penentuan risiko-risiko dominan tersebut didasarkan pada ranking nilai total masing-masing faktor menggunakan metode kecenderungan maksimum. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat lima faktor risiko yang dipersepsikan oleh responden sebagai faktor risiko yang paling berpengaruh dalam investasi pada PDAM Tirta Remu Sorong, yaitu a) air tidak terbayar/ kehilangan air, b) pembengkakan biaya konstruksi, c) tingkat pelayanan air minum, d) gangguan teknis dalam kegiatan operasi dan e) tingkat suku bunga. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh PDAM Tirta Remu Kota Sorong adalah: a) Hambatan Sumber Daya yang terdiri dari Sumber Daya Manusia dan Fasilitas, b) Hambatan Disposisi (Sikap Pelaksana), c) Hambatan Struktur Birokrasi (Fragmentasi), dan d) Hambatan Lingkungan Politik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan RS Panti Wilasa Citarum yang berjumlah 539 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan RS Panti Wilasa Citarum yang berjumlah 84 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi moderasi.
