Also, the habits learned from their parents, and the environment makes them a person who follows the climate as they are around. Without realizing it, negative imitation will have a negative impact, sometimes even contrary to existing norms. With that, the Gestalt Spiritual group counseling service is expected to understand and realize that the behavior they imitate is wrong. The research method used is a pre-experiment that will be used to determine whether there is any influence in gestalt spiritual group counseling. The research sample consisted of sixteen people who were divided into two groups of guidance. The research results obtained after the experiment was carried out, namely that there were changes for students' better. Oleh karena itu, agar tidak terjadi turover yang berkelanjutan maka perlu keterlibatan semua pihak, khususnya pimpinan. Pimpinan memiliki peran penting di dalam mempengaruhi dan mengajak seluruh karyawan untuk bekerja secara total dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Selain itu, memberikan kompensasi dan mendorong motivasi kerja sangat penting. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan tentang Mengantisipasi Turnover Melalui Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Secara metodologis, penelitian ini berbasis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistic regresi linear berganda. Dalam mengumpulkan data, digunakan metode angket, sehingga diperoleh skala jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai hasil statistik parsial dan simultan berada pada kategori signifikan. Artinya, perusahaan harus memberikan perhatian kepada karyawan mealalui pemberian kompensasi dan motivasi, agar tidak terjadi turover yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian perlu adanya menanamkan budaya yang baik. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan tentang adanya peran lingkungan dan budaya dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja. The research findings are as follows: 1) The following steps are taken to create Rejang culture-based PAI textbooks: First, conduct a needs assessment at the research site. The needs analysis results are used as the basis for compiling a draft textbook, secondly validating the draft textbook that has been made, thirdly revising the textbook in accordance with input from validators consisting of material experts, education experts, linguists, and practitioners/teachers, fourthly conducting limited trials of books that have been revised, fifthly revising based on consideration of the results of limited field trials, and sixthly conducting tr 2) PAI textbooks based on Rejang Culture are appropriate for developing a work ethic. 3) Rejang Culture-based PAI textbooks are effective at developing students' work ethic. The implication of this research is that as the distance between students and learning materials closes, the use of local culture in textbooks creates an attraction for reading books, fostering enthusiasm for learning, making it easier to absorb, understand, and achieve learning goals faster. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian single subject research dengan design A-B-A. Subjek dalam penelitian ini empat orang yaitu dua calon pengantin laki-laki dan dua calon pengantin perempuan. Analisis data mengunakan analisis secara visual atau visual inspection dan ditambah dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi relaksasi dengan teknik desensitisasi sistematik efektif untuk menurunkan kecemasan pada calon pengantin, hal ini terlihat dari hasil sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The stages in this method are planning, conducting, and reporting. The locus of this research is the literature research results of several researchers, who examined several schools related to the person-centered counseling approach. The results of this research are an increase in student independence in learning when the teacher applies a person-centered counseling pattern. This has been proven in several studies. The research approach used is quantitative with associative methods through field surveys. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the intensity of teacher communication on student learning motivation in the industrial era 4.0 for students of SMP Negeri 26 Seluma. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an influence of the intensity of teacher communication on student learning motivation in Islamic education learning management in the industrial era 4.0 at SMP Negeri 26 Seluma. The correlation calculation results show that the value of the \"r\" count is 0.472 with N = 26 at df 24 with a 5% significance level of 0.388. While the calculated rxy result of 0.472 was greater than the \"r\" table at a significance level of 5%, so the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of teacher communication intensity on motivation to learn Islamic Education in the industrial era 4.0 students of SMP Negeri 26 Seluma can be accepted.
