One of the ways brands differentiate themselves from their competitors is to carry out interesting marketing activities for consumers. In this sense, sense-oriented marketing strategies can be used to activate the purchasing behavior of consumers. This research aims to reveal how consumers are affected by sensory marketing elements when purchasing sports ready-to-wear products and their differences according to demographic characteristics. Tekin (2021) used the scale of “the effect of sensory marketing on the buying behavior of ready-made clothing”, which he used in his graduate study. The sample group consists of 241 female and 259 male participants who volunteered and visited the sports shops of 6 shopping centers in Istanbul. In the analysis of the data, Multiple Frequency, Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis analyzes were applied.It is seen that men, participants with university education, 34-41 age group and 2501-4000 TL monthly income spend more in the consumption of sports textile products. The participants stated that they purchase 10% or less of their monthly budget for sports products, they mostly buy from the physical store, they prefer classical music in the store, they show more demand for light colored products, and the majority prefer the Adidas brand. The effect of visual, olfactory and tactile stimuli in the store atmosphere on the consumption of sports textile products, on gender and education; visuality of brand and store design on gender, education and monthly income; It has been determined that olfactory and auditory stimuli show significant differences according to education and monthly income. It is seen that the effect of product visualization and the effect of olfactory, auditory and tactile stimuli do not change according to any personal characteristics.","PeriodicalId":314203,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational Issues","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123117934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, it is very important to examine and discuss the facts to minimize the negativities in the decision-making factors of the referees. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the level of occupational burnout suffered by football referees on job performance in the context of TFF 8th region referees. For this purpose, Maslach Burnout Inventory was used to determine the burnout levels of the participants and the job performance scale developed by Koca and Yıldız was used to measure their job performance. As a result, a significant negative relationship was found between the occupational burnout and job performance of football referees, which are the sub-dimensions of midlevel negative occupational burnout, emotional exhaustion, desensitization, and personal achievement and work performance, and in summary, a negative relationship was seen between occupational burnout and job performance in football referees.","PeriodicalId":314203,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational Issues","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128975692","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The samples were 22 Grade 7 students in a school in Thailand selected by a purposive sampling method. The instruments were the 12PBL learning management plan, a learning achievement test for reading comprehension, and a satisfaction questionnaire for the 12PBL learning management. The effectiveness of the 12PBL learning management plans was assessed using the effectiveness index (E1/E2) with the determining criteria of 80/80 and a paired-sample t-test. Mean scores, percentages, and standard deviation were used to analyze the questionnaire data. The results of the study show that the 12PBL technique could be considered an alternative solution for fixing reading comprehension problems. Moreover, the instructional technique also brought about satisfactory learning in a language classroom.","PeriodicalId":314203,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational Issues","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129028232","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Knowledge management was employed in the early stage of the investigation. The objectives of this study were comprised of 1) developing an innovation to be used by teachers, parents, and public health personnel to provide support to the visually impaired children; 2) sharing knowledge regarding mental health support of the visually impaired students to vision teachers, parents, and relevant public health personnel; and 3) outlining a number of approaches for mental health support to visually impaired children. This study began with an interview with relevant individuals to identify various issues of innovative development with knowledge management. A knowledge management team was formed with participating blind schools which aimed to measure the knowledge level of each school, to design and develop an innovation, to provide access to the knowledge and to identify methods for knowledge sharing. The innovation was adopted in five schools, where the presentation of the investigation results, and knowledge sharing forums were required. There were three main findings: 1) the innovative knowledge management tool was perceived as a handbook with both regular font and braille codes for teachers, parents, and public health personnel to assist visually impaired children with their mental health. The E1/E2 efficiency score of the handbook was 83.55/82.36 which was higher than the stated requirements; 2) Teachers, parents, and public health personnel received a statistically significant higher mean score of cognitive disabilities in mental health support of visually impaired children after the use of the handbook at the.05 level; and 3) a policy recommendation at school, Education Area Office, and Department of Mental Health served as a guideline of mental health support for children with visual impairment.","PeriodicalId":314203,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational Issues","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127197377","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
