The research method used in this research is a research and development method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research has produced a computer-based exam application. Validation test results, this application is suitable for use. The average total score for the material expert validation assessment was 93.75%, and the total score average was 90.44% for the media expert validation assessment with each score included in the \"very feasible\" criteria. The response of students to assess the ease of use showed a score of 82.4%, and the ability of the application to prevent cheating was 81.7%. This study uses a descriptive method with a meta-analysis approach to the results of scientific research published nationally. There are 8 national journals that fall into the research category. The results showed that learning as a whole with the application of the TGT cooperative learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes with an effect size of 0.459 from the control group. Based on the level of education, it can improve student learning outcomes with an effect size of 0.352 for junior high school education and 0.524 for high school education. Based on region, several regions in Indonesia, namely the island of Java, obtained results with an effect size of 0.743 and Sumatra with 0.419. And based on the dependent variable, the TGT cooperative learning relationship with learning outcomes has an effect size of 0.453; learning achievement has an effect size of 0.743; and understanding the concept has an effect size of 0.335. The three results of this study indicate the magnitude of the influence of the TGT type of cooperative learning model in learning physics. The practicum modules presented by educational institutions still seem monotonous or less varied. To overcome the problems experienced by these students, it is necessary to use learning media that utilizes technological developments so that current learning media can be packaged in an attractive way, one of which is by making learning media in the form of an Android-based flipbook maker assisted module application (powerpoint). Almost all students have smartphones, because smartphones provide so much entertainment for their users so this can be used to support the learning process, so the use of smartphones can also be useful in improving the quality of education and achieving goals in education. The application in this study contains a cover, introduction, material, video and bibliography. This research method uses a type of research method in the form of research and development methods using the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development / Development, Implementation and Evaluation, the research objective is only to develop and test the feasibility of learning media applications based on validator assessment. The data collection instrument consisted of a material expert validation sheet and a media expert validation sheet given to 2 (two) validators. This study shows the results of the assessment of media experts reached 86.11% with a very good category and also the assessment of material experts reached 84% with a good category. Website-based learning media developed using Google Sites on the subject of Sound Waves received an average validation score of 50.50% by media experts and 63.50% by material experts. Based on the results of the analysis, the percentage of validity results obtained from media experts 75%, material experts 78.125%, linguists 74.5%, and trials to groups of students with 91.66% results.
