Salah satu penyebab belum berhasilnya pemberian asi ekslusuf pada ibu yang bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggetahui hubungan pekerjaan ibu terhadap pemberian asi ekslusif pada bayi di kantor kecamatan sunggal kabupaten deli serdang tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam peneltian ini adalah ibu menyusui. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cloven. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan mayoritas ibu membarikan asi ekslusif sebesar (34,1%), namun cangkupan asi ekslusif di kantor kecamatan sunggal kabupaten deli serdang masi di bawah target. According to A recent survey of beginning was conducted at Port Health Office of Medan in 2018, that knowledge and attitude of the crews still less about the use of contraseptives and the act of not doing a check health routinely. \u0000 This study is an analitic research disign it is the cross section aimed analize ascertaining the knowledgeand attitudes of the prevention sexually transmitted infections disease. The population for this study were 254 crew. Samples were taken 72 crew. Data analysis is done by using chi-square with 95 % confidece level. \u0000The result of study revealed that there was a correlation of knowledge with the act of prevention sexually transmitted infection at Belawan port in 2019 (p=0,002<0,05), and there was a correlation of attitude with the act of prevention sexually transmitted infection at Belawan port in 2019 (p=0,000 <0,05) \u0000It was suggested that it is expected that Health Officer in Port Health Belawan will increase the socialization sexual transmitted infection disease, distribute brochurs or leaflet to crew member. In the vagina there is normal flora (microorganisms) which must be balanced. If this can not be done by women, it will cause disorders such as vaginal discharge. One well-known genus of plants that is widely used by the community is Batak (Allium). Most of this genus is used by the community as a spice in cooking and traditional medicine. Batak onion plants can inhibit the growth of microorganisms such as fungi that cause vaginal discharge. This study aims to determine the effect of the onion batak on Fertile Age Women (WUS) who experience vaginal discharge in Lau Rakit Village, STM Hilir District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method uses a \"quasy experiment\" research design with a \"pretest-posttest with control group\" design. The population in this study were all WUS in Lau Rakit Village, STM Hilir Sub-District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Sampling was done by random sampling using cluster sampling technique. A total of 36 samples were taken by cluster sampling from the entire population in Hamlet (I, II, III) Lau Rakit Village, Sub-District STM Hilir, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, which consisted of 18 respondents as an experimental group and 18 respondents as a control group. Research instruments using questionnaires and data analysis using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann Whitney test. The results showed that these onion plants can inhibit the growth of microorganisms such as fungi that cause vaginal discharge. Observational research Methods is crossectional research design approach. The research was conducted in the Working Area Community Health Center of Kolang Tapanuli Tengah Regency. The population in this study were all maternity mothers between June to December 2017 in the work area of Health Center of Kolang Central Tapanuli Regency as many as 256 people, this research use Slovin formula, so the amount of research sample is 156 respondase.The result of Bivariate study showed that there was a significant relationship between: a) maternal age with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,001), b) there was a significant correlation between maternal education with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,001), c) there is a significant correlation between maternal job with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,002), d) there is a significant correlation between mother attitude with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-v= 0,002), e) exist (p- = 0.000,), there is a significant correlation between travel time and the utilization of health care facility of midwifery (p-= 0,000), f) there is a significant relationship between support families with utilization of midwifery care facilities (p- = 0,000), g) there is a significant relationship between means infrastructure with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,002), officer attitude factor is the most influencing factor in the utilization of midwifery health services. The early stages of development are vital because they will set and determine the next processes. The developments which need attention are gross motor and fine motor development. Nutritional status is one of the most influencing factors for gross motor and fine motor development especially for 12-36 months years old children. \u0000Objectives : The aim of the study is to analyze the association between the nutritional status with the motor development of 12-36 months old children \u0000Design : The research used descriptive correlation with the design of cross sectional. The sampling used proportional random sampling technique to 62 samples of 12-36 months old children. \u0000Result : Based on the data analysis of nutritional status with gross motor development obtained the Kendal tau p-value=0,000 and p < 0,05 it meant that Ha was accepted so was a correlation between nutritional status with fine motor development. And based on the data analysis of nutritional status with fine motor development obtained the Kendal tau p-value=0,000 and p < 0,05 it meant that Ha was accepted so was a correlation between nutritional status with fine motor development. \u0000Conclusion : There was a correlation between nutritional status with motor development of 12-36 months old children. Leucorrhoea is not always a disease because there is also normal vaginal discharge. Poor personal hygiene cause vaginal discharge. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and vaginal discharge problems in female scavenger in the Landfills Tadukan Raga STM Hilir 2018. The type of research used was descriptive research with a cross sectional approach, namely an analytical survey. The sample of this study amounted to 23 respondents using total sampling. The data analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate with Chi Square statistic test with a significance limit (α) of 0,05. The reseach showed that the majority of scavenger mothers had good skin hygiene, and good hand and nail hygiene as many as 13 people with a percentage (56,5 %), and having poor Genetalia Hygiene as many as 13 people with a percentage (56,5%). The conclusion there is no relationship between skin hygiene and vaginal discharge (ρ = 0,341), there is no relationship between hand and nail hygiene with vaginal discharge (ρ = 0,660), and there is a correlation between genetalia hygiene and vaginal discharge in scavenger mothers (ρ = 0,019). Patient satisfaction with the use of birth attendant became one of the main components or most important. Thus, patient satisfaction is one of the goals of improving the quality of health services. In improving the management of service quality complaints / complaint of patients is needed. Until now there are still some complaints (one of which is the lack of attention of the birth attendant) of the patients and families of patients received by the hospital, either directly or indirectly. This type of research is a survey with cross sectional design. Analytical survey method used to determine the factors associated with utilization of satisfaction birth attendants in the Hospital Grand Medistra Lubukpakam The population in this study were women giving birth in hospitals Grand Medistra Lubukpakam with a sample of 73 people. The study was conducted in September s / d in October 2015. The data was obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple logistic regression test at the level of 95%. Multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression test showed that the variables of knowledge has the most impact on satisfaction utilization birth attendants, namely in terms of the value of B = 5.041 (95% CI 1.262; 20.129), which means that the knowledge variable has the effect of five (5) times to satisfaction utilization birth attendant. The Indonesian government targets exclusive breastfeeding coverage of 80%. The results of the 2010 Riskesdas in North Sumatra only reached 20.2%. From year to year, it declined, especially in Medan.This study aims to determine the factors associated with breastfeeding in postpartum mothers at the RSUD. Dr. Pirngadi Medan in 2015.The study design used was cross sectional in the primary data consisting of 48 respondents. The study was conducted on March 28-April 28, 2015 using a questionnaire filled out by the respondents themselves. Analysis of the data used is chi square. The results showed that most of the middle age were 56.3%, secondary education was 64.6%, working IRT as much as 100%, delivery by sectio caesarea as much as 70.8%, knowledgeable as much as 79.2%, sources of information from officers health as much as 62.5%, and those who received support as much as 83.3%. Proportion of breastfeeding to postpartum mothers at Dr. Pirngadi Medan is 83.3%, has more fulfilled the national target (80%). Factors related to breastfeeding in this study were knowledge (predisposing factors), sources of information (enabling factors) and husband / family support (reinforcing factors). Nutritional needs in adolescents are higher than the age of the child. Increased nutritional requirements in adolescence were energy, protein, calcium, iron and zinc. Many problems faced by adolescents related to nutrition and health problems. As for the problems that were usually experienced in the teenage phase are Obesity and Anemia. Anemia is a condition when the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin in red blood cells was below normal. In women, normal hemoglobin is 12-16 gr percent and erythrocytes 3.5-4.5 million / mm3. Many things could be factors anemia, one of the causes was a lack of iron (Fe) so called iron deficiency anemia or iron nutritional anemia. \u0000This research was descriptive by using primary data obtained through the use of questionnaires where the sample used was total sampling from the entire population, namely 32 female students of SMA Dharma Bhakti Medan. This study aims to determine the production of breast milk produced in mothers who were given Daun Bangun-Bangun soup and analyze the effect of giving Daun Bangun-Bangun on breast milk production in Desa Biru-Biru in Candirejo. The design of this study was quasy experimental design with a total sample of 32 people with a total sampling. 16 respondent as case group dan 16 responden as intervension group. With the type of Posttest-Only Control Design. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of Daun Bangun-Bangun to the production of breast milk.
