The research observation period was from January 2015 to April 2019 using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) data processing method. ARDL is used to determine the short-term and long-term independent variables on the liquidity variable. The results of data processing found that CAR has a significant negative effect on FDR, but it is not significant in the short term. Likewise, ROA has a significant positive effect on FDR only in the long term. NPF in the short and long term has a significant negative effect on FDR. Then BOPO has a significant positive effect on FDR only in the long term. The BI Rate has a short-term and long-term effect on FDR, but in the short term, the BI Rate has a significant positive effect, while in the long term, the BI Rate has a significant negative effect on FDR. Inflation has a negative effect but does not significantly affect FDR in the long and short term. IPI in the long and short term has a significant positive effect on FDR.","PeriodicalId":31300,"journal":{"name":"Altijary","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45123026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to determine the behavior of the Indonesian millennial generation with Islamic financial literacy variables, religiosity and service quality towards the decision to save in Islamic banks. This research is quantitative research by using online questionnaires to respondents who are qualified as millennial generation or their birth years are from 1980 to 1999. The sample used is 170 respondents from the Indonesian millennial generation. The analysis in this research used multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicated that the Islamic financial literacy variable and service quality had a significant effect on saving decisions. Meanwhile, the religiosity variable did not significantly influence the decision to save. It showed that the millennial generations’ decision to save at Islamic banks has shown their rationality in behavior in the way of increasing financial literacy and choosing good service quality. Meanwhile, their high level of religiosity did not necessarily affect their decision to save at the Islamic Bank.","PeriodicalId":31300,"journal":{"name":"Altijary","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48134429","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Maqashid Sharia Index (MSI) is a measuring tool in calculating the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). This study aims to measure the FSR of Islamic commercial banks using the MSI measuring instrument method. The results will see the extent to which MSI can calculate the FSR of Islamic retail banks. MSI also estimates how far MSI is connected to the FSR. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The data obtained is in the form of secondary data. The data is compiled based on the financial reports of BUS that are registered with the OJK from 2012 to 2020. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses the documentation method. The analysis used includes regression test, partial test, ANOVA test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that MSI has a positive effect on FSR. MSI also provided information that the FSR provided positive results for Islamic commercial banks by being aware of the ummah's problems.","PeriodicalId":31300,"journal":{"name":"Altijary","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41909225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Islamic financial sectors consist of issuing covering finance represented by the value of Islamic funds and the value of outstanding Sukuk. The governance factor is represented by the number of Islamic finance regulations and the number of Islamic finance scholars. The awareness is represented by some institution education about Islamic Finance and several news/articles about Islamic finance. The Islamic social fund is represented by the fund of Zakat and Charities, and the fund of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This research use panel data and a random effect for analyses. The result shows that three variables positively contribute to economic growth; the value of outstanding Sukuks, the number of Islamic finance regulations, and the number of Islamic educations about Islamic finance. The purpose of this research is to examine the behavior of volatility patterns in shares incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index using the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) model. This study uses daily data from six stocks contained in the Jakarta Islamic Index during the period January 1, 2009, to December 31, 2019. Data volatility is seen using the GARCH model. Estimation results for daily data show that the volatility of ASII, SMGR, TLKM, UNTR, and UNVR shares is influenced by the error and return volatility of the previous day. This is indicated by the GARCH effect on each regression result. The results of the study are beneficial for an investor, and if you want to invest with a low level of risk, you can choose TLKM shares. But if you're going to get a high level of return, you can invest in UNTR shares. For securities analysis, you can use the GARCH model that has been tested to predict volatility in the Jakarta Islamic Index.","PeriodicalId":31300,"journal":{"name":"Altijary","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49049492","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The total population used in this study are all conventional and Sharia banks that publish their financial statements on the OJK. The research variables used include Financial Self Sufficiency (FSS) as the dependent variable. Return on assets (ROA), Cash to deposits (CTD), Loans to assets (LTA), Deposits to assets (DTA) as independent variables. The analysis used is the tree classification. The tree classification method requires the dependent variable in the form of categorical data. Processing results show that three financial performance factors affect financial sustainability, namely ROA, LTA, and DTA. Error in the analysis process is 29%.
