The model and structure of an intelligent multi-service platform for building management is presented, which includes the following components: monitoring and management of engineering subsystems; access control; accounting and control of working hours; renting; resident/tenant portal; video content analysis based on neural networks and deep learning; resource analytics. The intensive development of production leads to a reduction in the reserves of natural resources, including precious minerals. Therefore, the task of saving the use of minerals is urgent. In this article, to solve this problem, a new information method is proposed for recognizing and comparing the volumes of minerals in order to sort them. Improving the accuracy of sorting minerals is necessary to minimize the loss of valuable raw materials in the production of jewelry. According to the proposed technology, the total volume of the mineral that is supplied for sorting is determined, and then this gross volume is compared with one or several net volumes of jewelry produced. The proposed technical solutions allow increasing the accuracy of sorting minerals and reducing the amount of waste during further mechanical processing of semiprecious minerals. Eromenko","doi":"10.1109/ATIT50783.2020.9349354","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ATIT50783.2020.9349354","url":null,"abstract":"The transmission of the information signal through the communication channel is accompanied by the addition of additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN), industrial interference, atmospheric noise, etc. In addition, the signal may have an additional frequency and phase shift caused by the movement of the receiver concerning the transmitter. The article is devoted to the study of the effect of the listed conditions on the errors number dependence in the communication channel on the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). It also explores the possibilities of reducing the effect of signal propagation conditions in a communication channel by using symbolic synchronization, which is based on a phase-locked loop (PLL). The early-late-time and Gardner synchronization error detectors are investigated. The early-late-time synchronization error detector is 1.5 dB more efficient than the Gardner detector at low SNR and has a simpler implementation scheme. An energy efficiency study of a coherent digital communication system with quadrature phase-shift keying (QPSK) modulation at the phase shift in the propagation medium is performed. The energy efficiency of a non-coherent digital QPSK modulation system is reduced by 10 dB at the phase shift of 30° in the propagation medium. Frequency shifting has a significant impact on the energy efficiency of the communication system. The energy efficiency of the digital communication system decreases by 10 dB when 0.1 Hz frequency offset occurs and symbolic synchronization is missing. Symbol synchronization circuit increases the energy efficiency by 7 dB with a frequency shift of 0.1 Hz. When the value of frequency offset increases, the energy efficiency of coherent communication expands. The main control channel is the dependence of the coolant temperature and the temperature of the granules. The criterion of optimality for the control system is obtained. The transfer function was obtained using the MATLAB System Identification package. The transition to the vector-matrix model is made. The Riccati equation is solved. The main factors influencing the process are identified and a control system with LQR-regulator is created, which meets the requirements of stability, dynamics and reliability. A transient process is obtained, which brings the temperature of the granules to a given level in 364 K.
