Employment and life style patterns are gradually transforming with the advent and influence of globalization, modernization, and urban ways of living and enhanced competition from the other nations. The role of women is very challenging due to the higher level of expectations; they have to gratify to make their living in the male dominating society. Women have to perform multiple roles and are expected to make proper balance between their personal as well as professional lives. In order to meet their personal, professional and social needs, they have to struggle with numerous gauntlets in the complex environment. The conflict in their job role and family role is one of the biggest challenges in the present era. India is an agrarian country where agriculture is the backbone of the economy and precision farming could be quite useful. In the present article, through a systematic literature review, the vital role of precision farming is outlined. Also, the article identifies various challenges and opportunities associated with the adoption of precision farming in India. In-depth interviews with ten farmers of the villages located near Hyderabad City of India were conducted. The article is among the first preliminary study to explore the awareness, usage, challenges, and opportunities behind the adoption of precision farming in India. In this respect the aramid bidirectional reinforced epoxy based composites are fabricated with varying the proportion of marble dust (0, 10 20 and 30 wt.%). Steady state erosion test is performed on different impingement angle to investigate the erosion behavior of composites. The results reveal that erosive resistance of the composites is increasing with incorporation of marble dust and exhibit semi brittle erosion behavior. To increase the performance of erosive wear resistance of fabricated composites L16 orthogonal array design of taguchi method is implemented. Marble dust content, Impingement angle, erodent size and impact velocity are considered as control factors under the set of design experiments. A difficulty encountered in design of MIMO Receiver in detecting of signal in noisy &amp; large MIMO environment of the transmitted signal. To get minimum error of probability designing of a receiver is required by considering theoretical &amp; practical difficulties. However, with this design receiver will become more complex. MLD &amp;VBLAST is the optimal method for signal detection but with increase in modulation order &amp; transmit antenna amount complexity increases. There are few IT issues as far as this ERP is concerned. These issues are coined as barriers or critical success factors in the light of ERP implementation in Indian Industries. This paper helps to resolve these IT issues concerned with ERP system in Indian context. Also, there are few challenges in management as far as this ERP system implementation is concerned. The methodology used to resolve the issues and for the challenges in management are statistical software tools. These are SPSS, Statistical tests and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The large part of Indian Cinema is Bollywood which is multi-million dollar industry. So, this Paper attempts to predict whether the upcoming Bollywood Movie would be Blockbuster, Superhit, Hit, Average or Flop. For this Data Mining techniques (classification and prediction) will be applied. Data Mining is the process of discovering different patterns from large data sets and from that various relationships are also discovered to solve various problems which come in business and helps to predict the forthcoming trends. The main difference between classification and prediction is that the classification predicts the definitive categorical labels and prediction techniques predicts the continuous values. Every big business is engaging a large amount of data so after analyzing them the company can define different strategies to achieve business aims and profits. For these, there are various techniques available with different data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Logi Analytics, Orange, etc. To make classifier or prediction model first step is learning stage in which we need to give the training data set to train the model by applying some technique or algorithm and after that different rules are generated which helps to make a model and predict future trends in different types of organizations. All the techniques related to classification and Prediction such as Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, Adaboost, and KNN will be applied and try to find out efficient and effective results. These Algorithms would be applied in Orange. The orange tool is Open-Source software which incorporates Data Mining, Machine Learning and Data Visualization which makes our work easy and everything in one place. All these functionalities can be applied with GUI Based workflows available with various categories such as data, Visualize, Model, Evaluate. This paper focuses on Comparative Analysis that would be performed based on different parameters such as Accuracy, Confusion Matrix to identify the Best possible model for predicting the movie Success. This Prediction can help Production Houses for Advertisement Propaganda and they can plan their costs and by assuring these factors they can make the movie more profitable.
