In this respect the aramid bidirectional reinforced epoxy based composites are fabricated with varying the proportion of marble dust (0, 10 20 and 30 wt.%). Steady state erosion test is performed on different impingement angle to investigate the erosion behavior of composites. The results reveal that erosive resistance of the composites is increasing with incorporation of marble dust and exhibit semi brittle erosion behavior. To increase the performance of erosive wear resistance of fabricated composites L16 orthogonal array design of taguchi method is implemented. Marble dust content, Impingement angle, erodent size and impact velocity are considered as control factors under the set of design experiments. 摘要

本研究的目的是研究环氧基大理石粉填充芳纶双向纤维增强聚合物复合材料的冲蚀磨损响应。在这方面,芳纶双向增强环氧基复合材料是用不同比例的大理石粉尘(0,10,20和30wt .%)制成的。通过不同冲击角度下的稳态冲蚀试验,研究了复合材料的冲蚀行为。结果表明,随着大理岩粉尘的掺入,复合材料的抗冲蚀性能增强,并表现出半脆性侵蚀行为。为提高复合材料的抗冲蚀磨损性能,采用田口法进行了L16正交阵列设计。在设计试验集下,以大理岩粉尘含量、冲击角、侵蚀尺寸和冲击速度为控制因素。冲击速度对大理石粉填充芳纶增强环氧复合材料的冲蚀响应有显著影响。
