Symptoms that people withDiabetes Mellitus complain about are polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, weight loss, andtingling. Diabetic foot ulcers are chronic complications arising from uncontrolledhyperglycemia, one of which is complications in the form of vascular disorders, chroniccomplications of diabetes mellitus in the form of open sores on the feet which can beaccompanied by local tissue death.The purpose of community service: is to identify theknowledge of the elderly about diabetes mellitus and identify the risk of developingdiabetic foot ulcers. The time required from preparation to implementation is 2 weeks.Respondents: All elderly people with a diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus as many as 30people, participated in this activity until it was completed. The results identifiedknowledge of the elderly in a good category and from 30 elderly people 23 people wereidentified as having a risk of developing Diabetic foot ulcers. Hipertensi disebut the silent killer karena sering menjadi pembunuh tanpa adanya keluhan, sehingga penderita tidak mengetahui dirinya mengalami hipertensi dan baru diketahui setelah terjadi komplikasi. Hipertensi menjadi kontributor tunggal utama untuk penyakit jantung, gagal ginjal, dan stroke di Indonesia. dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Quasy Experimental adalah suatu intervensi pada kelompok subjek dengan kelompok pembanding atau tanpa adanya kelompok pembanding, Adapun dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design (rancangan pra-pasca tes pada satu kelompok, dengan tidak adanya kelompok pembanding/kontrol). Hasil pengabdian ini Rata-rata tekanan darah sistol sebelum intervensi pemberian susu kedelai adalah 157,99 mmHg dan setelah intervensi 151,06 mmHg. Sedangkan rata-rata tekanan darah diastole sebelum intervensi pemberian susu kedelai adalah 91,24 mmHg dan setelah intervensi 86,7 mmHg. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan intervensi pemberian susu kedelai terhadap perubahan tekanan darah sistol dengan nilai ρ value 0,000 dan tekanan darah diastol ρ value 0,000. Kedelai mengandung antioksidan yang dapat memperbaiki tekanan darah dan meningkatkan kesehatan pembuluh darah. Secara umum, lansia mengalami perubahan fungsi fisiologis organ tubuh sebagai akibat proses penuaan. Karena hal tersebut, lansia merupakan kelompok rentan berbagai penyakit, seperti diabetes mellitus, gout, dan penyakit jantung. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar gula darah, asam urat, dan kolesterol secara rutin sebagai tindakan preventif. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membuat lansia lebih sadar untuk melakukan tindakan preventif dalam menjaga kesehatannya. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah lansia di Desa Krobyokan Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebanyak 42 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam satu hari di Posyandu lansia. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi, pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan serta usia untuk mengetahui Indeks Massa Tubuh, Kemudian dilakukan pengukuran tekanan darh, lingkar perut, kadar gula darah, asam urat dan koleterol. Analisis dilakukan dengan deskriptif analitik. Hasil yang didapatkan, sebagian besar lansia memiliki kadar gula darah sewaktu <200mg/dL, asam urat <6mg/dL dan kolesterol <200mg/dL. Currently, Indonesia still has nutritional problems, one ofwhich is stunting or short stature. Conditions in Indonesia based on data from the Studyon the Nutritional Status of Toddlers in Indonesia (SSGBI) 2019 are still relatively high,where the prevalence of stunting is 27.67%. In June 2022, a survey and data collection ofchildren under five in Krembung Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency wasconducted to obtain data on 20 toddlers experiencing stunting. This Community Serviceaims to improve the knowledge and skills of posyandu mothers in Krembung Village,Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency regarding Optimizing Toddlers with Baby Massage.Initial Community Service activities carried out field surveys, licensing, implementationand evaluation. One form of community service is the efforts of the midwifery studyprogram, architecture, science and health, by carrying out activities in the communitythat are beneficial, one of which is massage as a form of community service. This is because the body cannot release or use insulin adequately. Insulin isa hormone released by the pancreas and is the main substance responsible formaintaining blood sugar levels in the body in a balanced condition. An increase in bloodglucose levels is a common symptom that occurs in people with diabetes mellitus. If leftunchecked, it can cause various complications, both acute and chronic. The purpose ofthis community service is to determine the sugar levels of people with DiabetesMellitus.The method applied in community service activities is the examination of bloodsugar levels in the community by taking blood specimens. The results obtained from 30people with diabetes mellitus that most of the respondents had Blood Sugar Levels <200mg/dL as many as 3 people (10%) and 200 mg/dL 27 people (90%). The incidence of anemia inpregnant women in Indonesia is still high, namely 37.1, the prevalence ofanemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is 37.1%. cases of anemia in pregnant women have increased every year, namely in 2015 at the Sengkol HealthCenter as many as 200 cases, and in 2016 as many as 251 cases. Hemoglobinlevels as an early detection of anemia in pregnant women.His communityservice partner is the Chair of STIKes Yarsi Mataram and the Head of theMidwifery Study Program for the Bachelor program. This service to thecommunity uses the method of counseling and checking the hemoglobin ofpregnantwomen using the \"easy touch\" Hb meter. The results obtained fromthis service were the examination of 30 pregnant women in two polindes areasof the Sengkol Public Health Center, namely Tanak Awu Village and KetareVillage. From all participants, the average Hb level was 10.5 g/dL, the averageage of pregnant women was 20 years. The participants felt that this activity wasvery beneficial for them for the health of themselves and their fetus. Secara umum pandangan masyarakat tentang pendidikan sex merupakan hal yang dipandang “tabu” utuk dibicarakan terhadap anak, terutama anak usia dini. Masyarakat beranggapan bahwa ada masanya mereka akan memahaminya secara alamiah. Pendidikan seks yang yang tidak diberikan di usia dini mengakibatkan tingginya kekerasan seksual pada anak yang dilakukan orang-orang terdekat anak termasuk keluarga Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang sex education pada anak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di SDN 46 Ampenan dengan peserta yang diambil dari kelas V dan VI. Metode yang digunakan ceramah dan Tanya jawab, dengan media yang digunakan LCD proyektor dan leaflet. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dari peserta anak-anak murid kelas V dan VI yang hadir tampak sangat antusias, setelah kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan mengenai sex education tampak adanya peningkatan pengetahuan. The high mortality rate in Indonesia is caused by nutritional factors. Exclusive breastfeeding is able to reduce infant mortality, but the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is still below the scope. Insufficient milk production is one of the causes of the low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding. In Indonesia, there are many plants that can promote breast milk, but cases of insufficient milk production are still high. The use of local plants as breast milk stimulants must be supported by comprehensive information so that they have a beneficial effect. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct health education on the use of local plants as breast milk promoters. The activity of providing health education on the use of local plants as an effort to increase breast milk production was carried out in Terong Tawah Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency on November 8, 2021 and was attended by 09 respondents. The results of the participants' pretest and posttest showed an increase in knowledge about the use of local plants as an effort to increase breast milk production.
