The online trading system has become a common thing for today's society. Freight forwarding companies, whose job is to deliver goods from sellers to buyers, have an important role in online trading. One of the freight-forwarding companies is SiCepat Express Baleendah. The delivery route used by SiCepat Express Baleendah is not organized so it is often inefficient. This problem in Mathematics is known as the Traveling Salesman Problem and can be solved using the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) Algorithm. Hence, it is necessary to know how to determine the route of delivery of goods using the CIH Algorithm, also, the comparison of results and efficiency between the routes obtained from the application of the CIH Algorithm and the routes used by SiCepat Express Baleendah. From the research, it was found that the total distance for shipping goods obtained using the CIH Algorithm with Python was 3,757 km, while the route from SiCepat Express Baleendah was 4.840 km. The application of the CIH Algorithm with Python is proven to provide a route with a total distance of 22.38% smaller than the total distance traveled by the route used by SiCepat Express Baleendah. \u0000Abstrak. Sistem jual beli secara online sudah menjadi hal yang umum bagi kalangan masyarakat saat ini. Perusahaan pengirim barang, yang bertugas untuk mengirimkan barang dari penjual ke pembeli, memiliki peran penting dalam jual-beli online. Salah satu perusahaan pengiriman barang adalah SiCepat Express Baleendah. Rute pengiriman barang yang digunakan oleh SiCepat Express Baleendah tidak terorganisir sehingga seringkali tidak efisien. Permasalahan tersebut dalam Ilmu Matematika dikenal sebagai Travelling Salesman Problem dan dapat diselesaikan dengan Algoritma Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH). Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu diketahui cara menentukan rute pengiriman barang menggunakan Algoritma CIH serta perbandingan hasil dan efisiensi antara rute yang diperoleh dari penerapan Algoritma CIH dengan rute yang digunakan SiCepat Express Baleendah. Dari penelitian didapatkan total jarak tempuh pengiriman barang yang diperoleh menggunakan Algoritma CIH dengan Python adalah sebesar 3,757 km, sedangkan hasil yang digunakan oleh SiCepat Express Baleendah adalah sebesar 4,840 km. Mangosteen fruit export is one of the fresh fruit export commodities from the agricultural sector which contributes to the country's foreign exchange. The increase in the country's foreign exchange is influenced by the increasing volume of mangosteen exports, so there needs to be special handling related to the quality of the mangosteen fruit to be exported. Analysis of the quality control of mangosteen exports can be done using Statistical Quality Control (SQC). Quality control analysis using SQC begins with forming a flowchart to review the flow and processes that will be carried out, then to make it easier to show and understand the data, check sheets and histograms are arranged. Based on the results of the analysis using the control chart p which shows that the damage that occurs is still outside the control limits at several intervals with an upper control limit of 0.068. The Pareto diagram shows that the most dominant damage was found in the size mismatch of the mangosteen fruit, which was 8197.5kg or 90.152% of the damage. Based on the scatter diagram, it is known that there is a very strong relationship, indicated by a correlation of 0.934 between the size discrepancy and the damage that occurs, while the discrepancy in the maturity level of the mangosteen shows a low correlation with a correlation of 0.305. This means that the size discrepancy has a very strong impact and the maturity level discrepancy has a low impact on the damage that occurs. In addition, by using a causal diagram, it is known that the factors that cause damage to the mangosteen fruit are caused by environmental factors and human factors. \u0000Abstrak. Ekspor buah manggis menjadi salah satu komoditas ekspor buah segar dari sektor pertanian yang memiliki kontribusi terhadap devisa negara. Peningkatan devisa negara dipengaruhi oleh meningkatnya volume ekspor buah manggis, sehingga perlu adanya penanganan khusus terkait mutu buah manggis yang akan di ekspor. Analisis kendali mutu ekspor buah manggis dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Statistical Quality Control (SQC). Analisis kendali mutu dengan menggunakan SQC diawali dengan membentuk flowchart untuk meninjau alur dan proses yang akan dilakukan, selanjutnya untuk memudahkan dalam menunjukkan dan memahami data disusun check sheet dan histogram. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan peta kendali yang menunjukkan bahwa kerusakan yang terjadi masih diluar batas kendali dibeberapa interval dengan batas kendali atas sebesar 0,068. Diagram pareto menunjukkan kerusakan yang paling dominan terdapat pada ketidaksesuaian ukuran buah manggis yaitu sebanyak 8197.5kg atau 90,152% dari kerusakan yang terjadi. Berdasarkan diagram sebar diketahui terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat ditunjukkan oleh korelasi sebesar 0.934 antara ketidaksesuaian ukuran terhadap kerusakan yang terjadi, sedangkan ketidaksesuaian tingkat kematangan buah manggis menunjukkan hubungan yang rendah dengan korelasi sebesar 0.305. Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is an operational approach for selecting the best alternative by involving several criteria among many potential alternatives. One of MCDM problem is the selection of exemplary students which must be done properly and objectively. One of the methods to use is the preferences selection index (PSI). The PSI concept does not require weight importance of the criteria, which makes PSI is well constructed in its algorithm. The results showed the recommendation for 5 best alternatives for exemplary students at SMPN X with the highest preference scores 0.98949, 0.97755, 0.97659, 0.975165, and 0.97229. \u0000Abstrak. Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) adalah pendekatan operasi yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan alternatif terbaik dengan melibatkan beberapa kriteria di antara sejumlah alternatif yang berpotensi. Salah satu masalah MCDM adalah dalam pemilihan siswa berprestasi yang harus dilakukan dengan tepat serta objektif. Hal tersebut agar siswa yang terpilih sesuai dengan proporsi kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi dan tercapainya tujuan yang optimal. Salah satu metode yang digunakan ialah preferences selection index (PSI). Konsep PSI tidak membedakan bobot kepentingan kriteria sehingga PSI terkontruksi dengan baik dalam algoritmanya. The economy of a region consists of various interrelated sectors. The linkages between sectors can be analyzed to determine which sectors have a high contribution rate to the economy of a region or are referred to as leading sectors. Determination of the leading sector for a particular year can be done through input-output analysis. The input-output tables used to analyze the leading sectors are not published every year, so the input-output tables for a particular year are sometimes obtained through the estimation method. There is technical coefficient matrix in the input-output table which states the total input ratio for a sector to the total output of other sectors. This study aims to estimate the technical coefficient matrix in Tegal Regency in 2020 using the RAS method. The estimation is based on the input-output table of Tegal Regency in 2016. The results of the technical coefficient matrix estimation are used to create a multiplier matrix which then analyzed to determine the leading sectors by calculating the dispersion power index and the sensitivity index of each sector. Based on analysis, it was found that the manufacturing sector and the construction sector are the leading sectors in the Tegal Regency area in 2020. \u0000Abstrak. Perekonomian suatu wilayah terdiri dari berbagai sektor yang saling terkait. Keterkaitan antar sektor dapat dianalisis untuk menentukan sektor yang memiliki tingkat kontribusi tinggi dalam perekonomian suatu wilayah atau disebut sebagai sektor unggulan. Penentuan sektor unggulan untuk tahun tertentu dapat dilakukan melalui analisis input-output. Tabel input-output yang digunakan untuk menganalisis sektor unggulan tidak dipublikasikan setiap tahun, sehingga tabel input-ouput pada tahun tertentu terkadang diperoleh melalui metode penaksiran. Dalam suatu tabel input-output terdapat matriks teknologi yang menyatakan rasio jumlah output suatu sektor yang diperlukan sebagai input untuk menghasilkan satu unit output pada sektor lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menaksir matriks teknologi di Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2020 menggunakan metode RAS. Penaksiran tersebut didasarkan pada tabel input-output Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2016. Hasil taksiran matriks teknologi digunakan untuk membuat matriks pengganda yang selanjutnya dianalisis untuk menentukan sektor unggulan dengan menghitung indeks daya penyebaran dan indeks derajat kepekaan setiap sektor. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence public awareness of the Covid-19 vaccine in Sumedang Regency. Sumedang Regency was chosen as the research location because it is one of the areas in West Java with the highest immunization rate. This attracted the attention of researchers, prompting them to conduct a study using the Multivariate Adaptive Regression Spline (MARS) method to determine the elements that influence vaccination awareness of the local population. This study uses secondary data from the population of Sumedang Regency who has carried out the Covid-19 vaccine on September 28, 2021. Before performing the MARS analysis, the researcher used normality, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests to validate the assumptions of the regression model. The findings reveal that categories, doses, types of vaccines, and age variables are predictor variables that affect public awareness of the Covid-19 vaccine. \u0000Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesadaran penduduk dalam melakukan vaksin Covid-19 di Kabupaten Sumedang. Peneliti memilih Kabupaten Sumedang sebagai lokasi penelitian, dimana kabupaten ini merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Barat yang memiliki tingkat vaksinasi tertinggi. Hal ini menarik perhatian peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian dalam mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesadaran penduduk setempat untuk melakukan vaksinasi dengan metode Multivariate Adaptive Regression Spline (MARS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder penduduk Kabupaten Sumedang yang telah melakukan vaksin Covid-19 pada tanggal 28 September 2021. Sebelum dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode MARS, peneliti melakukan pengujian asumsi model regresi terlebih dahulu melalui uji normalitas, uji hetesrokedastisitas, serta uji autokorelasi. One way to minimize traffic queues is to use traffic lights with appropriate cycle time settings. The existence of traffic lights is very helpful to curb traffic, but there is still a less than optimal use of traffic lights. For example, in the traffic lane in the Pasteur area of Bandung, determining which flow should be green or red first and how long it takes the lights to turn on in each color. One solution to solve this problem is through the point coloring approach of the Graph by implementing the Welch-Powell algorithm and support with Queuing Theory as a representation of the traffic light model. Using the information about the direction of the currents in the Pasteur junction, a graph can be formed and the point coloring is performed using the Welch-Powell algorithm. The results of the implementation of the Welch-Powell algorithm obtained the duration of one new cycle at traffic lights. Furthermore, the results obtained by testing with Queuing Theory where the results obtained that the duration of the new pasteur traffic light is more optimal than one traffic light cycle based on field data. \u0000Abstrak. Antrian lalu lintas menjadi permasalahan umum yang dihadapi berbagai kota di Indonesia. Salah satu cara meminimalisir antiran lalu lintas adalah melalui penggunaan lampu lalu lintas dengan pengaturan siklus waktu yang tepat. Keberadaan lampu lalu lintas sangat membantu untuk menertibkan lalu lintas, namun masih ada kasus penggunaan lampu lalu lintas yang kurang optimal. Sebagai contoh pada persimpangan lalu lintas di kawasan Pasteur Bandung, penentuan arus mana yang harus hijau atau merah terlebih dahulu dan berapa lama waktu lampu untuk menyala dalam masing-masing warna. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah melalui pendekatan pewarnaan titik pada Graf dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Welch-Powell serta dikaitkan dengan Teori Antrian sebagai representasi model lampu lalu lintas. Melalui informasi tentang arah dari arus-arus yang berada dalam Persimpangan Pasteur, dapat dibentuk sebuah graf dan dilakukan pewarnaan titik dengan algoritma Welch-Powell. Hasil dari implementasi algoritma Welch-Powell didapatkan durasi satu siklus baru pada lampu lalu lintas. Multiobjective problems are an optimization problem that has two or more purpose functions. The nadir compromise programming (NCP) method is one that can be used to solve multi-objective problems. To solve that the problem, the NCP solves the problem be based nadir value from each objective. One of problems that can be solved by NCP method is the optimization of the stock portfolio. With the invest, there are some goals taken into consideration for obtaining the optimal portfolio. For the goal of investing in the optimum stock portfolio selection to be reached, in this study will formulate three objectives considered that is optimized risk, maximizing expected return, and minimizing investment capital. The goal of the study is to figure out the use of the NCP method in the solved multi objective optimization problem with the stock portfolio based to data of closing price from 2015 to 2018. In the research analysed of six shares registered in the Indonesia stock exchange in sector property, real estate and building construction. From the optimization resulted 2 shares were selected with the optimal risk coefficient value of 1, expected return with a maximum of 0.01037969, and minimum of investment capital 390. \u0000Abstrak. Permasalahan multi objektif ialah permasalahan optimasi yang memiliki dua atau lebih fungsi tujuan. Metode Nadir Compromise Programming (NCP) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multi objektif. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, NCP menyelesaikan permasalahan berdasarkan nilai nadir dari masing-masing tujuan yang ada. Salah satu permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan dengan metode NCP adalah permasalahan optimasi portofolio saham. Dalam berinvestasi, terdapat beberapa tujuan yang dipertimbangkan untuk memperoleh portofolio yang optimal. Agar tujuan dalam berinvestasi tercapai dalam pemilihan portofolio saham yang optimal maka dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan tiga fungsi tujuan yang dipertimbangkan yaitu mengoptimalkan risiko, memaksimalkan expected return, dan meminimalkan modal investasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode NCP dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan optimasi multi objektif pada portofolio saham dari data closing price mulai dari tahun 2015 sampai 2018. Pada penelitian dianalisis 6 saham yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada sektor property, realestate and building construction. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi-experiment dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent comparison group design. Subjek penelitian merupakan peserta didik di salah satu MAN di Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia, pada materi transformasi geometri. Sampel terdiri dari 60 siswa dari dua kelas IPA yang masing-masing mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional dan model pembelajaran creative problem solving. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari tes kemampuan penalaran, tes kemampuan komunikasi serta angket self-esteem. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Hotteling’s Trace. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran creative problem solving efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran, komunikasi, dan self-esteem; (2) model pembelajaran konvensional efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran, komunikasi, dan self-esteem; dan (3) terdapat perbedaan keefektifan antara model pembelajaran creative problem solving dan konvensional ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran, komunikasi, dan self-esteem.Abstract This study aims to reveal the differences in the effectiveness of creative problem solving and conventional learning models in terms of reasoning ability, communication, and self-esteem. This research was a quasi-experimental research with a nonequivalent comparison group design. The research subjects were students of a state Islamic senior high school in Purbalingga, Central Java, Indonesia on geometry transformation material. The sample was 60 students from two science classes who learn with conventional learning model and creative problem solving learning model. The research instrument consists of a reasoning ability test, a communication skill test, and a self-esteem questionnaire. The analysis used the descriptive analysis and Hotteling's Trace. This case study involved 29 participants who attended the mathematical problem test and cognitive style test, the two participants were categorized based on their cognitive style: Field Dependence (FD) and Field Independence (FI). The instrument used was a mathematical problem test to collect data on metacognitive that adapted from Stewart and a cognitive styles test to categorize the cognitive style that adapted from the Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT). An interview was conducted to determine the nature of mathematical error based on metacognitive failure. The description of data analysis and interpretation of the meaning of the findings applied the text analysis. The results showed the different metacognitive failures of the two participants. This was quantitative research with associative and comparative types. The samples were 70 students of a State Junior High School and 70 students of a State Islamic Junior High School in Batanghari district, Jambi, Indonesia, established using the purposive sampling technique. The interest and process skill data were collected using a questionnaire which was validated. The data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with paired sample t-test and Pearson correlation test. The result of this study showed that 1) there are differences in students' interest in mathematics between the two schools and 2) there is a relationship between process skills and students' interest in mathematics in the circle material for the two schools.
