There are notable distinctions between the two business models in several areas that, upon closer examination, can offer entrepreneurs, practitioners, researchers, and the government guidance in devising the most appropriate business model approach. The subsequent goal of this research is to conduct a more thorough analysis of the organizational behavior variations between startups and larger businesses. Because numerous research sources have been completed but have yet to be more thoroughly consolidated, this study uses a literature review approach to address the research issues posed. This approach is also capable of identifying variations from the given context. According to the study, established businesses and startups differ in three ways. The study's findings, to be more precise, revealed variations in the two business models' definitions and life cycles. Second, the social relations system and structure derived from these two company models differ. Finally, these two categories of businesses must deal with varying degrees of uncertainty in the workplace. Sensor EDA mengukur properti kelistrikan pada kulit sebagai indikator banyaknya keringat pada kulit. Kadar keringat tersebut dapat mencerminkan aktivitas saraf simpatetik yang muncul dalam berbagai kondisi seperti stres, gugahan emosi, hingga beban kognitif. Karena sifatnya yang portabel, noninvasif, dan memberikan pengukuran yang objektif, EDA telah banyak digunakan dalam penelitian psikologi untuk menyelidiki proses-proses mental terkait dalam berbagai konteks. Banyak masyarakat yang menganggap penurunan fungsi kognitif pada lansia merupakan sesuatu yang wajar terjadi. Anggapan tersebut timbul akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan perhatian dari pendamping dan orang di sekitar lansia. Stimulasi kognitif kepada lansia dapat dilakukan melalui aktivitas fisik dan non-fisik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat dan kader di Posyandu Lansia mengenai ragam stimulus kognitif yang dapat diberikan kepada lansia untuk meningkatkan fungsi kognitifnya. Kajian literatur ini membahas empat stimulus yang dapat diberikan kepada lansia, yaitu Aktivitas fisik, Reminiscence Therapy, Memory Training, dan Puzzle Therapy, termasuk kelebihan serta kelemahan dalam segi durasi pelaksanaan, properti, teknis pelaksanaan, maupun faktor lainnya. Paradigma transformatif merupakan sebuah kerangka kerja penelitian yang menekankan prinsip keadilan sosial dan konsep tanggung jawab sosial ilmu pengetahuan. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa paradigma transformatif dapat menjawab apa yang selama ini menjadi persoalan atau kesenjangan (research gap) dalam riset-riset tentang disabilitas di Indonesia. Persoalan atau kesenjangan tersebut adalah masih dominannya penggunaan perspektif patologis dalam riset-riset disabilitas di Indonesia, termasuk studi-studi yang dilakukan di ranah psikologi. Artikel ini disusun berdasar tinjauan literatur atas referensi-referensi utama tentang paradigma transformatif yang ditulis oleh Donna M. Mertens. Pekerjaan yang bermakna menjadi pembahasan penting dalam dunia industri dan organisasi, sebab dampaknya yang sangat besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Perlu diketahui apa saja sebab-musabab (anteseden) suatu pekerjaan menjadi bermakna. One of critical factors that contributes to well-being is living arrangement. Ageing in place is a concept that refer to the ability of older people to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their homes as long as possible. However, there are some of older people and families who experience scare resources in caregiving and housing. To overcome these issues, institutional care is provided by the government to assist older people who do not have sufficient social supports. However, transferring older people from home to institutional care are still being a debate in Indonesia. In another words, institutional care is considered taboo by most Indonesians. In addition, international literatures emphasized the important of ageing in place and regard institutional care quite opposite to ageing in place. Therefore, this literature study aims to discuss the concept of ageing in place, institutional care, and to propose the idea to integrate the two conflicting concepts in order to facilitate inclusiveness among older people. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mengajukan definisi yang lebih padat tentang keterikatan kerja melalui sintesa terhadap lima model ini untuk mendapatkan perspektif yang komprehensif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dinamika keterikatan kerja dipandang dari sisi anteseden (pendorong), kondisi psikologis, dan dampak (konsekuen).
