Banyaknya marketplace yang masyarakat ketahui, Shopee-lah yang menjadi salah satu paling banyak diminati, tak kecuali masyarakat yang tinggal di perkotaan, yang gemar melakukan pembeliaan secara online melalui e-commerce Shopee, konsumen juga mempunyai niat untuk melakukan repurchase pada situs yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perceived usefulneess dan percieved value dan dampaknya terhadap online repurcase intention.  Penelitiian ini termasuk dalanm penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumulan data penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada 100 responden  menggunakann teknik purpoosive sampling dna nonprobability sampling. Metode untuk analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived value secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap online repurchase intention. Riset ini merupakan riset kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tehnik akumulasi fakta kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 jiwa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposeful sampling dan konsumen Toko Trend Hijab. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif parsial terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian serta variabel mutu produk berpengaruh positif parsial terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek serta mutu produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. However, the coverage of social security for informal workers in Indonesia remains very low. Therefore, the study aims to identify the factors that drive informal workers' desire to enroll in social security programs. The Theory of Planned Behavior will be utilized as a tool to uncover these factors. The study will compare the findings with the policies implemented in Indonesia and Taiwan as a comparison for countries with extensive social security coverage. The research sample is determined by using purposive sampling method with 100 respondents participated in this study. Data are examined by using structural equation model - partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results show that Attitude Toward Behavior and Perceived Behavioral Control have a significant impact on the intention of informal workers to join social security programs, while subjective norms have not been proven to have a significant impact. In conclusion, Indonesia needs to review its current policies, which primarily focus on subjective norms, and learn from Taiwan's successful implementation of broad social security coverage. It is essential to deepen our knowledge about the performance of employees in the context of FWA because the results of previous studies need to be more consistent. This study examines the mediating role of work engagement and supervisor support on the relationship between FWA and team member performance. The data were collected from 316 employees working in digital startup companies in Indonesia. The research is analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that work engagement and supervisor support as mediating roles affect the relationship between FWA and employee performance. The results found work engagement as a mediating relationship between supervisor support and employee performance. Supervisory support in the form of support for employees makes them feel more valued, and it affects job performance.
