Studies have shown that AI diagnosis is almost as accurate as that of human experts. However, problems with the use of AI in clinical medicine must be identified and carefully examined to insure that it can be used safely. Herein, I illustrate various concerns related to the use of AI and show how it can be put to practical use in clinical medicine. The concerns about the use of AI include the following: differences in expectations for AI, failure to correctly diagnose disease because of a lack of data available for learning, and over dependence by physicians using it to make a diagnosis. AI can also be useful to hospital staff other than physicians. We should not leave the business of medicine and healthcare to AI systems, but use it to assist with decision-making and to raise labor efficiency and effectiveness. *Corresponding Author: Prof. Eisuke Hanada, Department of Information Science, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Saga University, Saga, Japan; E-mail: hanada@cc.saga-u.ac.jp Citation: Hanada E (2020) Potential Problems and Uses for Artificial Intelligence in Clinical Medicine. From a developers’ viewpoint, AI is limited because it can search only in its learned data. This means that AI cannot associate knowledge from domains that it has not learned or does not have access to. Performance of AI in Clinical Diagnosis Although there are differences by country, a physician's license is granted on the premise of having studied the fundamentals of medicine across all domains. However, almost all physicians have a specialty as their main focus, and physicians who work in large hospitals tend to be highly (and narrowly) specialized. Often when building an AI system for use in clinical medicine, one or several of these highly specialized physicians take the initiative. In such cases, AI will tend to learn only knowledge based on the specialty of the physician(s) involved. This means that such specialized AI will overlook the existence of illnesses that have not had the chance to learn or that are out of the scope of the AI system. AI on which two or more clinical departments have co-operated is seldom seen. Some symptoms are associated with a broad range of diseases and may differ by patient, even patients with the same disease. An example of a problematic case is a patient who has had their primary disease diagnosed but who newly contracts another disease, the symptoms of which may differ from those of other patients with the sa","PeriodicalId":31240,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Systems","volume":"67 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79624587","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Medical records contain large volumes of aggregated and longitudinal clinical data that could insist patient safety. In order to minimize the cost, replication of records and infrastructure, the emerging technologies like server virtualization and cloud computing is unavoidable at present medical environment. Cloud technology facilitates data storage, that keeps for all time availability of every individual patient information. Storing and maintaining the patient information is very essential for the future reference by any other hospitals and medical experts. Cloud computing makes convenient to the other stake holders of healthcare environment such as pharmacist, nurses, lab technicians, physician and other specialists. Existing patient’s health records (PHR) maintained by manually and electronically (EHR) and stored in localized server controlled by hospital authority. In this article, we outlined new prophecy of Cloud based storing system called Cloud Health Record (CHR), we suggest that the new system will help to store huge volume of patient information and it will facilitate sharing the patient records on the cloud based system for getting further and better opinion from the physician, who lives anywhere. *Corresponding Author: Dr. Prakash Kuppuswamy, Department of CNET, College of Computer Science & Information Systems, Jazan University, KSA; E-mail: prakashcnet@gmail.com Citation: Kuppuswamy P, Sundaram S, John R (2020) Designing Framework of Cloud Health Record (CHR) System for Patient Health Information Storage: A New Prophecy. The vehicles exchange data via vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) or vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication. The securities of data communications focus on deciding data trust. The concept of trust estimates the reliability of communications data. In particular, we have mainly focused on problems of mistrust or data trust in the VANET network. In this paper, we will study some models of trust and compare them, which will help to reduce the impact of trust problem and try to improve it. *Corresponding Author: Dr. Rachid Chelouah, University of ParisSeine, ETIS laboratory, CNRS UMR8051, France; E-mail: rc@eisti.eu Citation: Bousmaha N, Maachaoui M, Chelouah R (2020) Survey: Trust Management in VANET. Entity-oriented trust model In this approach, we describe the models that are based on the reliability of the entity (vehicle), which is based on obtaining information about the sender and neighbor receivers. However, the change of vehicle position allows frequent interruptions, which makes difficult to have sufficient information about the neighbors. The authors of [8] propose a VANET Dynamic Demilitarized Zone (VDDZ) trust model that uses a public key infrastructure and distributed cluster algorithm. As shown in Figure 5. The objectives of the trust model VDDZ is to exclude the entry of malicious or obscure vehicles in cluster, it prohibits using directly the communication of a cluster head (CH) with other member vehicles. This technique represents a set of registration authority (RA) vehicles located 1-hop away from the certification authority. This cluster algorithm uses two parameters: 1. The trust metric (Tm): allows calculating confidence it for each vehicle. 2. The mobility metrics: preserves security and stability of cluster head. The Head cluster determines the trust level of vehicles in the cluster by a trust metric. The (Tm) is a continuous value between 0 and 1. Of course, new vehicles start with Tm = 0.1 and all vehicles with Tm <1 must behave well to increase their trust metric. Trusted vehicles are those with Tm = 1 [9], and this algorithm uses two types of messages: 1. The HELLO message, consisting of speed, identity, position, current status, Tm table and current neighbors. 2. BEACON ELECTION, consisting of an IP address, number of hops, relative mobility (RM) and number of trusted neighbors (NTN). Figure 1 describes a VDDZ. In India, it is one of the main economic sources and different types of plants are farmed every year which hinders normal growth of the plants. That’s the reason from long ago researchers are searching for new methods of classification of plant diseases. Although there are different neural networks already used for plant disease classification, but only using these methods do not make the best tradeoff between time and accuracy. So to remove this constraint, we proposed method for plant disease classification based on BPNN and PSO. Now we have added some more data to our dataset and applied Principal component analysis to reduce the number of total features and on these features we have applied BPNN with PSO. We have used images of leaves affected by different bacterial and fungal diseases: Alternaria alternata, Anthracnose, Bacterial blight, Bacterial leaf scorch, Cercospora leaf spot, and Downy mildew in our experiment and our proposed method achieves approximately 96.42% accuracy.","PeriodicalId":31240,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Systems","volume":"13 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79623655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we give a modified version of merge sort, which in practice shows substantial improvement in running time than the top-down and bottom-up implementations of the classical merge sort. Our algorithm works as a bottom-up manner and the modifications happen in three places: (a) given n elements in an array, first the algorithm considers the array as n / 2 consecutive pairs and sorts each pair in-place by one comparison; (b) in subsequent steps, during the ”merge” process of two subarrays, if the last element in the left subarray is smaller than the first element in the right subarray, the algorithm simply returns; and (c) if the last element in the right subarray is smaller than the first element in the left subarray, then the algorithm swaps the elements in the two subarrays by their entirety. Steps (b) and (c) happen in-place. For the case not in (b) or (c), the algorithm follows the classical merge technique with an extra array. Our experimental results also show that case (b) and (c) happen a good amount of time in practice and that is the reason that our algorithm gives better running time than the classical merge sort.","PeriodicalId":31240,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Systems","volume":"69 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90908304","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, studies using image processing to detect E.coli bacteria have been restricted. There is an urgent need to incorporate image processing into systematic reviews for the identification of E.coli in water or food samples. The E.coli detection process takes between 24 hours to 48 hours as the bacteria needs to go through the growth phase as a result of a mixture of water samples and chemical reagents and then placed in an incubator at certain temperatures and humidity.  This article review several approaches for E.coli bacteria detection from standard technique, portable hybrid imaging system, hybrid smartphone and microfluidic biosensor, smartphone and paper microfluidics and goes to fibre optics. The colour change after several hours is an indicator for detecting the presence of E.coli bacteria in the water sample. Although standard techniques such as Gold Nanoparticles, Solid phase Cytometry, Viable Plate Count and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for detection the presence of E.coli, the use of this technique involving the transfer of water samples to the laboratory, trained staff, longer sample monitoring process, expensive costs and complex procedures.
