Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk for five years when viewed from the financial ratios of liquidity and profitability. The object of this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Negara Indonesia in 2014-2018. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis with the research subjects of financial report data during the 2014-2018 period. The research uses data collection techniques in the form of document studies. The liquidity ratio is measured by 3 ratios, namely the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. While the profitability ratio is measured by 2 ratios, namely Return On Assets and Return On Equity. The results of the research on liquidity ratios at Bank BRI show unhealthy results, while the quick ratio and cash ratio data have fairly healthy data. BNI has an unhealthy current ratio, quick ratio and unhealthy cash ratio. Meanwhile, the profitability ratios have very healthy and unhealthy data in common. Healthy data are shown in ROA and ROE while unhealthy data are shown in BOPO and NPM.","PeriodicalId":312352,"journal":{"name":"The Cambridge Kant Lexicon","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1920-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128068631","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For him, the concept of fakr includes ascetism, fena and servitude in time. He defines mysticism, Sufi and servitude on the axis of fakr and builds the view of Sufi thought about existence, knowledge and morality on the basis of the fakr together with adopting an understanding of Sufism based on Quran and the Sunna. On the other hand, according to him, fakr is not only a profound and spiritual state in which the truth is acquired but also an operational manifestation that invites Sufi to the responsibility against God, World and Human. In the practice of Sayyid al-Kebir Ahmed al-Rifai, this manifestation appearing itself as züll, meskenet, humility and incompetence has emerged in the shape of not seeing your soul superior to any other being and criticize it as the Melami way. In this article, the approach of Sayyid Ahmed al-Rifai to the concepts of fakr and futuwwah is discussed and a detail evaluation is made after presenting a summary of the views of Sufi on these concepts.","PeriodicalId":312352,"journal":{"name":"The Cambridge Kant Lexicon","volume":"176 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1904-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116396214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was only recently that andexanet alfa was approved as a reversal agent for these medications. However, cost of reversal with andexanet alfa raises a major implication to hospitals with an average cost of $29,700 and $59,400 for a single low and high dose, respectively. Prior to this approval, lack of evidence for reversal strategies often lead to using prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC) for traumatic intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) in attempts to reverse anticoagulation and prevent hematoma expansion. This study aimed to assess outcomes of patients on factor Xa inhibitors who received PCC for traumatic ICH compared to those on VKAs. Methods: A single-center, retrospective chart review of adult patients who received PCC for VKA or factor Xa inhibitor reversal for traumatic ICH from 2016-2018. Patients were excluded if they did not have a follow-up computed tomography scan. The primary endpoint was rate of hematoma expansion. Secondary endpoints included rate and time to decompressive craniectomy, external ventricular drain placement, ICU length of stay (LOS), hospital LOS, venous thromboembolism (VTE) occurrence and disposition. Results: 58 patients were included in the study, 40 of which were in the VKA group and 18 of which were in the factor Xa inhibitor group. Baseline characteristics were similar between groups, except for baseline INR, vitamin K administration, and intraventricular hemorrhage, all of which were significantly higher in the VKA group. Patients in both groups received a median dose of 25 u/kg of PCC. Hematoma expansion occurred in three patients (7.5%) receiving VKAs and zero patients (0%) receiving factor Xa inhibitors (p=0.55). Secondary outcomes were similar between the VKA and factor Xa inhibitor groups, including rate of VTE (12.5% vs 0%, p=0.31), ICU LOS (2 days vs 2 days, p=0.76), hospital LOS (7 days vs 8 days, p=0.65) and death (22.5% vs 11%, p=0.48). Conclusions: Similar outcomes were seen in patients with traumatic ICH on VKAs and factor Xa inhibitors when reversed with PCC. PCC may be considered an alternative reversal agent, particularly in circumstances where andexanet alfa is not a feasible option due to cost and location.","PeriodicalId":312352,"journal":{"name":"The Cambridge Kant Lexicon","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1876-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133802713","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
